The house was nicer in person than the photos. We loved the swimming pools, beach and shopping that were in walking distance of even the 3 & 5 year olds traveling with us. The screen porch was my dream space! Such a beautiful house - it was hard to leave!

This house is wonderful. Perfect walking distance to the beach and Seaside Square. We stayed for 2 weeks of Thanksgiving with our entire family. The house is very well stocked And the owner is super responsive!

There was a previously broken oven knob. You can see where it had been super glued. Owner took it upon themselves to charge us $500 for the oven knob!!

The house was perfect for our vacation with our adult sons. The house is located just a short walk from Seaside and the Beach Club. We had so much fun hanging out at the beach during the day and playing games in the evening! The house is beautifully decorated. Tracy is a wonderful host!

Check-in was easy. I contacted the owner in advance to discuss the possibility of early-check-in because one of my daughters was already in the area on vacation and needed a place to hang out till check-in, and the owner was accommodating. The home is beautiful, recently updated and nicer than the photos honestly. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, 2 bikes, and a bike wagon with a large basket on the back to bike items to the beach supplied. The public access to the beach was perfect, just a few minute bike ride to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed with even some extras like spices and ziplock bags. The house was super clean upon arrival. The only odd thing (not enough to complain about considering how perfect everything else was) was that the hand soap bottles were watered way down so when we would wash our hands, the soap pump would splatter the soap in different directions, which was inconvenient. We’re thinking maybe the cleaning crew ran short on hand soap just before our visit. Overall, this place was perfect. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Watercolor.

The house was great! Very close to everything. They have bikes to ride and a garage for your car and beach towels too. Tracy was easy to get in touch with and responded right away. We needed some help with one of the bikes, Bruce came to our rescue.....he was super nice and helpful. I recommend staying in this beautiful house, you will love it!!

Our stay at this amazing home was nothing shy of perfect. The home is located in Watercolor, but the location is just a couple minute walk from the heart of Seaside. Our kids loved the easy walk to the beach each morning, grabbing lunch at one of the food trucks on airstream row, running around the grassy town center, and of course taking full advantage of the Watercolor amenities. Since the home is technically located in Watercolor, the access to the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor were key (staying in Seaside doesn’t provide this access). Now for the home itself - what a dream. We’ve rented many homes in Florida, and they never quite match up to the photos… this home was the opposite! The huge family room was cozy and perfect for our family of 5 to relax after a day in the sun. The large dining table provided ample space for all of us. The gourmet kitchen was such a treat to use, and is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare meals. And the real kicker… the master bathroom! Tracy let me know after we booked our stay that the bathroom was being renovated, and it was finished just in time for our arrival. All I can say is WOW… huge soaker tub and massive shower, and gorgeous high-end finishes to boot. Tracy, the host, was always available via text, even when my app crashed and I needed the door code. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Beds were comfy, beach supplies and bikes were available for use - there’s not a negative thing I could say about this place. Thank you, Tracy, for a wonderful stay and family memories we’ll forever cherish!! Hope to be back next year!

This house and neighborhood are super cute. Really loved having the bikes with baskets to take to the beach and pools. Tracy was easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed this house and would recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic week at this house! We have rented several homes near this location but this one was my favorite- very comfortable, feels like you are in someone’s home (not a rental), two trikes are awesome to get all your stuff to the beach, garage was the best(not having to worry about all bikes locked up). Communication from property owner was stellar. Highly recommend!!!

This was the perfect size home for our family of 4. The location is perfect between beach , camp watercolor and seaside. Bikes, sand toys, umbrellas and a grill were all provided. We loved the screen porch in the morning/evenings. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary kitchen equipment. The garage door didn’t work which was inconvenient, but the owner was made aware and was addressing the issue. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great trip!

We had a great week at this property! My husband and I, along with our 3 kids (ages 5,8, &9), had more than enough room. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and ready for us! We loved having a garage and bikes with baskets large enough to carry all of our beach "stuff" easily. The location is an easy walk to Seaside, and an easy bike ride with kids to the beach or Camp Watercolor. We will be back!

Perfect house for me, my daughter and her two roommates after they graduated from Auburn University. The house is within walking distance to the beach and center of Seaside. Having the bikes available for our use was a plus! Will definitely stay again.

Property is excellent. Didn't appreciate surprise visit from maintenance to fix a previously broken leaky pipe. Upfront notice would have been more appropriate. We would stay there again.

Great location. Wish I would have had a golf cart but that was my fault. House was great. Beds comfortable and so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Property manager was very responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely rent again.

This house is in a great location for trips to Camp Watercolor and the tennis facility and decently located to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, silverware and dishes as well as pots/pans and appliances. The beach chairs and towels were also a nice touch (although we weren't expecting the towels so had brought our own). The layout of the house is great- having the kids upstairs each with their own bathroom made for a much more harmonious trip! The only real downsides were the garbage disposal and ice maker not being functional and not having locks for the bikes so we bought one for our son to use and didn't use the other bikes.

Way better than expected. First time in Watercolor. Will come again.

The location of this house is the best of watercolor and seaside, enjoy all the amenities of watercolor and you’re only steps away from all that seaside has to offer. The home was spacious and we were very pleased with everything available to us, including the bikes and garage for rainy day parking. Loved the screened in porches. Would definitely book again!

The property was immaculate; clean throughout, and all appliances, electronics, plumbing and electrical fixtures were in excellent condition. There's a large master bedroom and bath on the first floor, and two bedrooms with full baths upstairs. An updated kitchen with all amenities made it easy to prepare meals, and the relaxing family room for watching television/movies was spacious and comfortable. Screened-in porches on both levels made for an enjoyable morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The garage was very convenient, and we loved the bikes/trikes that came with the property, which made it easy to get back and forth to the beach or just enjoy a leisurely ride around the Watercolor community. I can't say enough good things about the owner, Terry. She was so kind and helpful; ensured all our needs were taken care of and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I literally booked our stay the night before we left as our initial reservation at another location was cancelled. Terry adjusted her schedule to ensure the property was ready for our arrival. She is truly a blessing and made us feel right at home.The only negative thing I can say is be prepared to say goodbye as the overall experience of Seaside and Terry's house make it very hard to leave.

Loved the house. We rented the same house in 2014. Great having a garage. Fun having the trikes to cart our beach stuff.

Tracy was a very communicative host - super responsive to my (many) questions. The house was clean, slept 3 couples (with kids) very comfortably. Can't beat the location right in the heart of the action, bordering Seaside for a quick walk in the AM to get coffee and breakfast. Garage is also a very nice catch all for beach gear!
