The property and the neighborhood were in a great location. We were happy with most everything. Small misunderstanding about sheets and towels not being included in the rental.
Inside of Pats home was vera nice. Carpet could use a cleaning as it’s starting to become a bit spotty. (Bedrooms only, the rest is flooring) Beds were comfortable.
Pat was a very attentive host and we would absolutely stay there again.

We had a great week enjoying this lovely space! Great layout for a set of parents and kids in each “wing” of the house. Great porch! I really don’t think the pictures do the living space justice— it’s very nice and well stocked! We will be back!

Great house for a family coming to enjoy the beach and pool. Easy access to the beach, trolley and boardwalk. We have been coming to Bethany Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the better houses we stayed in. Highly recommend. Great communication with the host as well.

Great beach house with plenty of space for the 7 of us who spent the weekend here. Home is close to the beach and pools. Parking was a breeze thanks to the residential parking pass, which was so necessary bc we were traveling with a 2-y/o. One of our rooms was a little musty—but everything else was perfect. The owner is lovely, very thoughtful, and cares a lot about giving visitors the best possible experience. Would definitely return.

The house fit our families needs perfectly. Everything was very organized and clean. We love Bethany West and all the accommodations it has to offer. The outside deck was fantastic and the screened in porch. The owner has made this property just perfect for his guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is lovely and the common areas, especially the front deck, are perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the neighborhood - it is so wooded and peaceful that it almost felt like we were in the mountains. We enjoyed riding our bikes and walking into downtown Bethany, and took advantage of the parking passes, but also knew the shuttle was available if needed. We spent a few hours at one of the neighborhood pools too, which was very nice. One note about that: daily prices for the pool passes have gone up to $10, and weekly passes to $30 (I think). Still a great value! We enjoyed our vacation and the house immensely. :-)

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. We especially enjoyed the living room with ample seating and the large front porch/deck area. The neighborhood was quiet, one of our friends worked remotely from the back area, and it was conducive with reliable Wi-Fi. Easy bike ride to beach and downtown Bethany too!

I had a great weekend trip with my elderly parents and teenage son. It was the last weekend of the summer and so nice to be able to share it comfortably with family. The house layout- 2 BRs and a bath on each side of a huge, open living area - was very convenient for our needs. We enjoyed the spacious front deck and the homey living area. Beds were all great and we all slept well. We didn’t get a chance to use v the back room - kind of an indoor porch area - but it looked comfy.
The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to the beach and everything else.

We keep coming back to this property year after year. The property is comfortable and relaxing with use of the community pool /tennis courts. A short drive to the beach or can hop on the trolley to go into town. Thank you Pat

Cute beach bungalow
Pat's house was perfect for a weekend trip to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and a quick drive to the main boardwalk area. We would stay again.

Bethany 2020
This house is perfect for us. It has two bedrooms with a bathroom in-between on either side of the common area. The kitchen is wonderful! Fully stocked it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the deck in the evenings. This is our second year at the beach house and plan to go back! Thank you Pat for sharing your home!

Last minute getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautiful, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Location was a mile away from the beach, it was a nice quiet street and had a nice deck on which we spent alot of time. We would love to rent this location again!

Very comfortable stay.
Well-equipped home that’s convenient to town and beach activities. Great shady deck area with plenty of room to gather in the shade just about any time of day (or night). Comfortably furnished. The community pools and tennis courts are a nice option. We’d recommend.

Had a great time. Very clean and comfortable. Front deck was great for entertaining.
We rented two houses to accommodate our big family reunion. Worked out well for handling everyone for a couple of the dinner meals. It was close enough to the beach to walk - about 15-20 minutes. We all liked the fact that Bethany Beach was not quite as busy as Ocean City or Rohobath but we could get to those places if we wanted in a relatively short period of time depending on the hour of the day.

Very nice house in a good location!
Our family was very comfortable staying at this house. We were close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Used the community pool every morning for lap swimming. The Bethany west community is a good place to stay and we would gladly rent this house again.

Relaxing Getaway
Just what the doctor ordered - a comfortable place for my family to relax and enjoy all that Bethany Beach and the surrounding area has to offer.
The shaded front deck was great to sit out in the morning with a cup of coffee or later in the day with an adult beverage.
We took advantage of the pool on the super hot/humid days and was a big hit with our son.
Exactly the place we were looking for in a beach house. The house exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful time
Our family had a wonderful time at Pat’s home. The house is lovely and well maintained and is fully equipped. The kitchen is great and the open living space very comfortable.
Pat was very accessible and quickly responded with any questions.
We also like the neighborhood for walks. The beach is great and so are the shops. We will definitely come back.
The only negative is you have to bring your own linens but I still give it a five star rating!

Awesome beach house for extended family!
The layout for this beach house was perfect for our family. We consisted of 3 small children, 2 sets of parents, and 1 set of grandparents. There is plenty of space for spreading out, especially the back porch was a perfect playroom for early morning risers and the front deck was a lovely space for evenings or anytime during the day. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful Restful Getaway
This comfortable rental property is one that we will use again. The house was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever used. The modern kitchen was a joy to work in. Perhaps the best feature was a bathroom that had a walk in shower with a seat. One of our party has mobility issues and this shower was a godsend. Thank you owners. If you are in the Bethany Beach area, I definitely recommend this comfy house.

Very inviting and comfortable!
We have always loved the Bethany West neighborhood to stay in and have rented many different houses over the years. This home was one of the most comfortable that we have rented so far. We especially enjoyed the large front deck in the evenings as well and the adorable back porch area with a separate television. The space worked out perfectly for our family of six.
