Celebrations is a large, welcoming house in the lovely community called Carillon Beach. The house is conveniently located across from the #1 Dunes Walkover. It’s beautifully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, multiple, private bathrooms, and enough comfortable bedrooms for all.

This was our first time visiting Carillon Beach. We absolutely LOVED Celebration House. It was the perfect layout/size for our family. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The short walk to the beach was ideal. With double red flags several days, the kids enjoyed the different pool access. Some of us enjoyed the Pickleball courts - wish they had more as they were quite popular. Ken - I appreciate all of the communications prior to our visit and follow ups. Very easy to work with and provided some terrific suggestions for any questions that we had. Loved having the six chairs available each day - added bonus! The only suggestion would be having a few bikes available. We hope to visit again.

This is a great house! Very comfortable, clean & stocked well for a week at the beach. We loved the location - so easy to walk over to the beach. We had 6 adults & 5 kids - plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood is very cute - we loved riding our golf cart around to admire the houses. We’ve been vacationing in the Destin/30A area for 20 years. This is at the top of the list of our favorites. We’d stay here again! The only thing I could even recommend would be having a couple small laundry baskets for taking laundry up/down. Tons of toys, beach chairs provided. Kitchen had everything we needed and the extra fridge was clutch!

We have vacationed in properties in Carillon Beach with our adult kids and grandkids for many years. This home is so spacious and well appointed that it is our favorite so far! The 4 king bedrooms with baths and the kids upstairs twin bedroom and play area were perfect for everyone’s privacy and comfort. We could all be in the common area at one time without feeling crowded. The location directly across from the first beach walkover was great for easy beach access. The host is always quick to respond, gracious and so helpful. This is a wonderful place to make family memories!

This is our second time to stay at Celebration! Truly our favorite vrbo and beach stay in Carillon…and it’s because of Ken and Pat Ross! They put their guests first and have made a welcoming and perfect beach home for families! We look forward to our stay again next year!

We were there for our niece’s beach wedding. The weather was rather cool so we didn’t really get to enjoy all of the outside wrap around porches and decks. The house is very nice and clean. Great for a large family. We would like to go back in the spring or summer.

This house was perfect. We loved our stay! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home and there were plenty of beach toys and chairs. The pillows and beds were VERY comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at Celebration at Carillon Beach. The beach is literally steps away from the front door. When the little kids had too much beach time there are three pools that are within walking distance. The house was clean, extremely comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The third floor includes a play area and a big bedroom with four built in twin beds which the kids loved having their own space. We played board games almost every night after a full day in the sun.
The grocery stores are close by and the kitchen is spacious if you want to cook at home or you hop in the car for a short drive to find any restaurant you can imagine. It’s was a great family beach week.

Family beach vacation perfection
This was our third family (10 of us, including 4 school age grandchildren) visit to Carillon Beach and our beloved Celebration Beach House. The grandkids actually refer to it as “our beach house” when telling their friends of their adventures here. They OWN that third floor; it is perfect for them, their special, very well-equipped headquarters!
The rest of the house is equally well-equipped and perfectly appointed to encourage all who enter to immerse themselves in the relaxed beach vibe. The bright, sunny kitchen has everything. Everything! Early mornings on that front porch were heavenly. The beach is uncrowded. The 6 wooden, cushioned, beach chairs with umbrellas certainly got their workout. And of course the “30A” sand and sea can’t be beat! Thank you, Ken & Pat for yet another soul-replenishing stay at your wonderful beach house! (We’re already booked for 2023!)

I can’t say one negative thing about this property! The owners thought of everything. Comfortable seating and beds, well equipped kitchen, close to the beach walkover and plenty of room to spread out in the house! Beautifully decorated and attentive and kind property manager. We had a lovely week!

Perfect House
We could not have asked for a better house for our spring break with our friends. We had 6 kids in total, ages ranging from 16-7. The location of the house made it simple to spend the day at the beach and then head back for lunch. We especially loved the balcony to get out of the sun and enjoy an afternoon snack. We were all pleasantly surprised with how fully equipped the house was, it had everything we needed and more. The kids loved having their own space up on the 3rd floor.
Carillon Beach is a great location to be able to visit both Panama City Beach and the neighboring towns along 30a.

Awesome fall break
We loved everything about our stay at Celebration beach house! Amenities galore (can’t beat a second fridge for cokes/adult beverages) so much space (kids area on third floor was perfect for the five kids in our party ranging in age from 5-11) and perfect location with walkover to beach right across the street.

We love Celebration!
We have been visiting Carillon Beach with extended family for the past ten years, and Celebration is our favorite place to stay. Great communal space but also enough room to spread out and have privacy. Ken and Pat are gracious and responsive hosts. The house is always clean, kitchen well stocked, and amazing proximity to the beach (and a short walk to the pool). Can't wait to come back next year!

Fantastic Family Fun-cation!
Four generations of our family enjoyed a week at this lovely property. Hurricane Ida literally put a damper on the first half of our week, but we stayed inside and enjoyed games, reading, movies, and of course great food. When we travel as a family, each family member takes a night and prepares the meal for the group. This is perhaps the best-equipped kitchen we have ever run across in a VRBO! We had literally everything we needed, from a coffee grinder (and filters were provided) to a lemon juicer, and excellent knives and cookware! And the beaches, once the hurricane cleared out - are absolutely pristine! We also enjoyed the pools and other neighborhood amenities. The management was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We are totally pleased!

Family Getaway
We have stayed at Carillon Beach a few times, but always directly on the beachfront. This was the first time staying one row in. We were hesitant at first, but once we got there, we realized this was an unbelievable house and the location was never an issue. In fact it is only a few steps further that those beachfront. We could not have asked for a better maintained property with all of the amenities you could ever need. Only issue we had was a fire alarm going off due to hot shower, but property manager took care of immediately and even very late at night. Plenty of beach toys, amazing layout of the house. Each room was perfect and the bunk room on the third floor topped it all off for the kids. We would recommend this to anyone with a group of people. We all could not have been happier with this experience. Always the added bonus is being located inside Carillon which is an amazing location and feel. I would never want to stay at Rosemary or other”Umbrella Hell” locations. This community is truly a hidden gem.

Just Beautiful
The house is fabulous and the location is perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay there. It is so convenient to the beach and would be great with children. The kitchen is so well appointed and the bedrooms are awesome just love the bunk room. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Week
This house has everything you need. This is our 2nd stay in this house. The bedrooms are great for multiple families with 4 king bedrooms and bunk room on the 3rd floor. The location is perfect with just a walk across the walkway and 4 beach chairs come with the house. Plus multi toys/chairs/boogie boards are in the storage room. There is not 1 thing bad to say about this house. Love it!

Wedding Adventure
This home was above and beyond what I expected. My daughter got married at The Meeting House and the long weekend couldn’t have been more perfect. The location had easy access to the beach which made hanging out with the wedding party easy. The weather was perfect except the day of the wedding but by 4:00 it was only misty. The house was fully equipped even down to the detail of having soap dispensers and kleenexes available at each bathroom. I would live to come back one day and vacation here again! Thanks for hosting our stay and making it perfect!

This house was exceptional in every way: 4 king beds and the cutest decorated kids room with 4 twin beds and plenty of cubbies to store clothes, super nice bathrooms, stocked kitchen with ample space for everyone to gather, and best of everything was that the house was right across the street from the beach which had chairs and umbrellas specific for the house! And the details: washcloths set aside specific for make up removal, plenary of dishwasher and washing machine soap!!! Ken and Pat were delightful: sent us all the info we needed prior to our trip. Our family wants to go back ASAP!!!!
