Unsere Gäste laufen den ganzen Tag hin und her zu einem schönen, privateren Teil des Siesta-Strandes, damit Sie die Menschenmassen vermeiden. Unser Haus schläft 14+ sehr bequem. Das Anwesen ist ein beeindruckendes Duplex: zwei Einheiten unter einem Dach, die gut zusammenpassen, da die vorderen Türen zu jeder Einheit einander gegenüberliegen, so dass es praktisch ist, sich vor und zurück zu bewegen. In der geräumigen Fronteinheit genießen Sie wundervolles Licht, während Sie in ein weitläufiges Wohnzimmer und eine große offene Küche (mit Bar und separatem Essbereich) gehen. Dies ist ein idealer Ort für Unterhaltung. Setzen Sie die Party fort - oder entspannen Sie sich einfach und nehmen Sie die Sonne in sich auf. Von der Wand bis zur Wand öffnet sich das Glas, das sich auf den Außenbalkon mit Essbereich, Relaxsofa und seitlichem Blick auf das Wasser öffnet. The property is excellent. Location is ideal for beach. It is an easy 10 min walk to the village and 100 feet from beach access stop. You don’t have to worry about parking at all.
The house is loaded with everything you need for going to the beach. Owner David is outstanding. Very easy to reach and prompt responding to texts . Exceptional stay. Highly recommended

The owner David is awesome! He returns messages promptly and was always making sure we had everything we needed. House was great, we had 12 people and completely comfortable. Lots of linens and so many beach towels, you never need to bring any! Had so many things for the beach, more than I’ve seen at any property I’ve stayed. This place really made it easy to not have to worry about going to buy extra things you need at a house when you fly for vacation. Highly recommend it and will stay again. Quick access to private beach area that wasn’t crowded at all!

This was an ideal place for 10 adults, 2 children under 10, and 2 babies. We had both units and used the front unit as our gathering space. We were at the beach in the morning and made good use of the pool ( shaded and comfortable) in the afternoon. David kept checking in with us to be sure we had everything and were ok since there was extensive rain and flooding while we were there, which we appreciated. Not obtrusive, just kind. David was a superb host and went the extra mile for us when we mistakenly left a valuable item behind. We also had a private chef for one meal which was delicious and super easy for us.
We highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Siesta Key with a large group.

Since we rented both units, the older grandchildren (20+) stayed in the larger unit and we stayed with the younger ones in the back unit by pool. The beach was fantastic and then getting back for a dip in the pool was perfect. We had Chef Steven (Chef Jeremy's sous chef) come in one evening to prepare dinner and it huge success. The short walk to the Village was fun for everyone. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO. FYI, the front unit is much larger with a true master bedroom.

Excellent vacation property right at the beautiful Siesta beach.
We've rented both units, so we had the whole house and pool area all to ourselves.
All details in the house are well though through, house is extremely clean and quiet. Large bedroms wth comfortable beds and plenty of common space in the front unit, smaller space in the back unit. Variety of food delivery options from restaurants in the area.
The beach is short stroll away, my 82 yrs old mom was easily making the walk without her walker. All beach necessities are availble at the house. The host David, checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable.
Will definitely stay again.

Very good choice for our kids and grandkids. Close to the beach access and walking distance to shops/restaurants. We had a traveling chef do one dinner and had plenty of room with 13 of us. We’d go back

We had the best time. The house was perfect for our group of 10 (ages 4-74). And even better that it was 2 separate units.
Th house was super clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated all the beach chairs and wagons to pull them in.
The location was perfect. We could walk to town or even take the free trolley. And super short walk to the beach!
And David was an excellent host. He was attentive prior to and during our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time surprising my mom for her 80th birthday in Siesta Key! The place was an ideal floorplan and layout for our needs. The front unit had a very large and comfortable living and dining area where we could fit 10 people around the table for most of our meals as well as all hang out and visit or watch the NFL playoffs.
The kitchen in the front unit was new and beautiful and very well equipped. We had a chef prepare a special dinner for us one of the nights and she remarked at what a great space the kitchen provided.
David was a very gracious host to say the least, even stopping by with a bottle of Prosecco for the birthday girl...her favorite! He remained in contact, checking in via text from time to time to make sure everything was great.
The back unit was smaller but functional and also provided a nice bit of privacy when looking for some quiet time. We utilized both the pool and grill in the beautiful and tropical backyard.
Lastly, the location was perfect! An easy walk to the village and a very short walk to the beach. Thanks David!

This place was perfect for our family! Lots of space, great beds, excellent location! David was very accommodating and helpful. Really appreciated all the little extras that he had for us. Beach supplies: beach chairs, beach towels, cart, etc. Kitchen supplies: seasonings/spices, detergent, paper towels, etc. Tons of bathroom towels. Thanks for checking in with us and keeping the pool extra warm :-)

We had 10 adults gather for a family birthday party! We rented both units and could not have asked for a better place! Both units were immaculate and comfortable! The larger front unit easily accommodated 10 for breakfast and dinner! The pool and back patio area were beautiful. Having the beach access across the street was perfect. The owner (David) had everything we needed including towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach caddies! David was accessible and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed which we did! It was a great place stay!

This Siesta Key Beach Home worked wonderfully for our extended family. Lots of space and amenities for us to gather or get some quiet time. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the nearby village restaurants and shops. David was proactive in checking how things were going, and super responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend his listing for an extended family trip.

The property has two separate units and there is plenty of space. We rented both units as one. The pool area is very nice with a nice mixture of shade and sun. The kitchens were well supplied with the necessities and there were plenty of beach chairs, etc. supplied. While the property may be "close to the beach" to some people, that is relative. The entrance to the beach access is close, but from property to where you place your chairs on the beach is about 1/4 mile through very soft sand. Just something to be aware of. Overall a very nice place in a great location on Siesta Key.

My family (wife and two boys) as well as my sisters family (husband and 3 teenagers) come down to siesta key every other year to visit my brother and his family (they stayed with us as well). This was by far the best experience we have had traveling down to siesta key. The house (we rented both units) was perfect for our group of 14. It was right across the street from the beach and 10 minute walk within the village to go shopping. To top off the great house and location, the owner David was fantastic to work with. He tried to get us in earlier then the check in time and was so accommodating the entire trip. My family and I were floored by the hospitality. This is a must stay for any families looking for a great place to stay for the week at siesta key. We will definitely book again

Our family spent 4 nights at this awesome VRBO and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. This was, by far, the most well equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed in.
Check in was so easy and the place was spotless upon arrival. The location was perfect..an easy walk into Siesta Key Village.
We rented the entire compound so our family traveling with a 2 year old stayed in the smaller unit and the rest of us stayed in the larger unit. The washer and dryers in each unit were excellent. The A/C and fans throughout worked perfectly and kept us nice and cool. There are a lot of large screen TVs that had all the premium channels (Netflix, Prime etc) and were easy to operate.
The pool was lovely and surrounded by nice landscaping that allowed us to enjoy it even during the heat of the day. Night swimming was also great.
The host has thought of everything you'd need for your beach visit (beach access practically in front of the house)...there were wagons to load up the stuff, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas.
The host was great about communication in advance, checking in on us and was extremely responsive when I texted him.
10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend.

This home was beautiful and perfect! We had nine people from three generations. It was big, clean, stocked and extremely functional to move from one unit to the other. The pool and outdoor dining areas were wonderful! The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier. The walk to the Village was lovely and just under a half mile. Everything you need is right there. No need to leave the area. This house is PERFECTION BY THE BEACH!!!

Beautiful place. We wish we knew this was on the 2nd/3rd floor. Stairs were a problem for us. :(. 2 buildings were also frustrating bc we weren’t all together and had to go up and down constantly. My bad for thinking there was going to be a lanai leading to the pool. LOTS of space though. David was a WONDERFUL host. Place was VERY clean. Had EVERYTHING you would need for beach time. VERY close to beach. WE had a wonderful time.

555 Beach Road was the perfect house for family to gather for our wedding on Siesta Key Beach. Working with David, the homeowner, was positive from the moment we inquired about the property until the day we left. He was a wealth of information about the area and was very willing to answer my many questions.
The house itself was amazing. We rented both units and it provided plenty of space for us to gather for indoor and outdoor meals, games, pool time, etc. but it was also spacious enough for people to have quiet time.
It was an easy walk to a quiet part of Siesta Key Beach and the house had all the beach amenities we needed. Siesta Key Village was also a short walk for anyone who wanted to do their own thing for a meal, shopping, or nightlife. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Great host who gave good recommendations for activities and restaurants. Location is great for a relatively quiet part of a beautiful beach and easy walking to a choice of restaurants. Lovely garden which is shaded for much of the day.

Everything was perfect! Owner communicated all through out the process, especially as we were concerned about the condition of everything after Hurricane. The house was beautiful and everything cleaned up well after the storm. The beaches were amazing and this house was perfectly located within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!!

The house fit our family well. When looking at the listing I thought the property was one house but it is a two unit home. The main unit is very nice. The back unit is lacking upgrades and only has one full bath upstairs to split between the three bedrooms. (There is a full bath on the main level just makes for moving more when needing to go to the bathroom at night) The pool was fabulous and couldn't beat the location!

We had a great time in siesta key. Home was large and well equipped. Only suggestion is to spray for mosquitoes around the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place! I stayed here with my family which includes 10 adults and three children under two for a week long vacation, and I HIGHLY recommend this house! First of all, the property is very well kept and perfect for large groups. It is “baby proofed” quite well, so we were able to stay stress free even with three little ones running around. The convenience is having the beach access right across the street was amazing! In addition to the incredible house and location, the house comes stocked with beach wagons, incredible beach chairs and umbrella, and beach toys for days! David was quite accommodating and a wonderful host. Overall, we had such a great time that my family and I will likely be back!

Siesta key was great. House not for us. It was very dirty, the owner stopped by intrusively everyday. If my husband hadn’t been with us I would have been even more uncomfortable. On the day of check out the owners father and the cleaning crew showed up before our check out time. It was all just very strange. The location is great. I would not stay here ever again.

We had a great time in Siesta Key. We rented both the front & rear unit which gave the entire family plenty of room throughout the stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including all beach gear, wagons to transport the gear, and all necessary kitchen supplies. It was a short walk to town which was great for going out to dinner. We had 11 guests total and having both places was great with all the bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Overall everything was awesome and we would definitely stay again if heading to Siesta Key.

The location is definitely the best part of this property’s attributes. It was nice to be able to allow our teenagers to walk to the village or walk to the beach by themselves and know they weren’t far. As far as amenities, it had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, pool, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, beach chairs and carts to take them, etc. The two adjoining homes were clean slept all of our family and guests comfortably. We had great communication with the owner and anything we didn’t have he was able to make it available with a quick response. All in all, my family, friends and I had a great time!

This beautiful property was everything we were looking for our family vacation in Siesta Key Beach!! We were a very short walk to the beach, as well as the restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village. The property’s location was an easy drive to several great surrounding golf courses. The front and back units were spacious and well taken care of. The two units were fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay and days at the beach. The pool was a great treat, as well. David, the property host, was very responsive and helpful during the planning of our vacation and while we were at the property. This place was fantastic, very clean and was the perfect fit for our large group. It was everything it promised to be online. The location was great and the beach was beautiful. The owner was great to work with.

This beautiful Siesta Key two-unit house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday getaway! My 4 adult children, along with their spouses and babies, joined me for a wonderful beach vacation. Everyone was comfortable and the location was fantastic with an easy access walk to the beach or into Siesta Village for shopping, dinner, and ice cream, Dave was a perfect host! We all would recommend his home for a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was stocked better than my kitchen, was conveniently located, and extremely roomy for 2 grandparents, two sets of adults, and two young children. The space could have easily accommodated a few more people. David was very accommodating and communication was extremely easier. We had virtually no complaints.
