We had a wonderful reunion with college friends and our little ones. We went swimming in the pool in the mornings and played by the river every afternoon. We grilled most nights and the house was perfect. The rooms upstairs had a major issue with the AC but other than that all worked out well!

House was spotless, one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Beautiful neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by trees you really don’t know there are neighbors. Loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings. Ping pong table is so fun we had many family tournaments. The beds are very comfortable. Communication with mgmt company was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay, but main downstairs bed was certainly not a king as described. Bedroom tv only had limited channels. Main tv had 4 remotes with complicated instructions. Televisions were never used. The mattress and televisions were small inconveniences and didn’t affect our overall stay, I’m just informing other travelers. The indoor and outdoor spaces were entertaining and relaxing in a quiet convenient location. I was not sure where to drop off keys before office hrs, so I put them in the box where I picked them up. Other offices have a clearly-marked drop-off for this purpose, so check-out instructions should be clarified for those that need to check out early.

We had a great time staying at this Cabin. Enjoyed the deck, sound of the river, BBQ and hot tub.

The house was clean and had all of the amenities one could want. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the desired appliances were available. The hot tub was in perfect order and heated when we arrived. Check in and check out was painless. Proximity to restaurants and the mountain was perfect. We had a great time!

Nice, open concept home that felt very homey and cozy. Pros were great hot tub, proximity to cute town of Welches and nearby Sandy and Timberline, comfortable furniture and beds, and spacious enough that it never felt cramped. Cons were out dated appliances and heavily worn cookware, old and sort of mildewy towels, and just a general layer of dust throughout different areas of the house. If I could guarantee fresh, clean towels the family and I would easily stay here again.

Really great house! Very clean. Hot tub was great to have. Big family room was the highlight! It's well laid out, and the living room/deck has views of the forest and Huckleberry Mountain out the back. Kitchen was mostly stocked and everything worked even though the range/oven is a bit old.
Would consider this a 4 bedroom, not 5, because one of the "bedrooms" faces the living room, has no door or privacy and has a fold-out couch. But this was fine with our 4-person group.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mt Hood Village retreat. It was exactly as advertised, wonderful balcony and hot tub and plenty of space for our group of friends. Friendly and easy communication. Would stay again.

A great property with room for 9 adults, an incredible deck and a hot tub that was clean and functioning well. The toilets have flushing issues and the oven broke, so there are some small things to remedy. But it was a great stay!

Nice open concept on main floor with high vaulted ceiling and two story windows to view the outdoors and deck. The location was less than 5 minutes from the grocery store, which was great since we did a lot of cooking. Kitchen was nice and roomy, we did not want for any utensils or pots and pans as was fully stocked, It even had a crockpot (i forgot mine so that was a saver). The bed I slept on was very comfy and everyone else seemed content with there sleeping quarters. The Management company was very nice and helpful. Also, Just minutes away was the club house with the pool and tennis courts for our use. People very nice at club house, pool and tennis courts well maintained. We really were excited about the ping pong table in the garage as we are big fans so that was super fun. But one suggestion you might want to have the management company check the ping pong balls to make sure they are not flat or cracked etc . We did not contact the management company with regards to the balls but im sure they would have got us some new ones (we let them know upon departure though. All in all we had a very relaxing stay.

The first floor has a great layout for family and friends to eat and still interact with each other while in the living room. Hot tub use was easy. Lots of rooms on the second floor. The windows provide lots of light during the day time and you can see the snow falling onto the patio. It's a beautiful stay.

The house has a nice driveway and has a nice hot tub and spacious. The biggest concern we had were toilets outside of master were giving us issues as the handles were falling off and the shower upstairs was very difficult to start. Other than those things the rental was nice. They had lots of extra blankets.

We stayed at this location in June 2022 while our boys attended a camp at Mt. Hood. Great location! We needed to be close to Government Camp, so we chose this location. Very quiet neighborhood and great for walking. Located near several hiking trails, and we easily took day trips to Hood River (about an hour), the Oregon coast, and into Portland. The house is spacious and accommodating for a larger group. We only had four, but needed separate rooms. All you need for a great stay in beautiful Oregon.

Pleasant stay, booking was easy, check-in was easy, office staff are super nice (bonus: office pup is very cute and friendly), house is dated but very cozy and clean. The hot tub was great, we did have to open up all the windows to the house on that side so we could have some light to get to the hot tub safely (used cell phone flashlights too), but otherwise it was great! The office was quick and friendly when we asked if they could bring us the missing oven racks, and delivered the racks in a timely manner as well. The office staff recommended an awesome restaurant and wine bar nearby (Rendezvous & Cooper’s Wine bar). Overall the stay was great, and we look forward to going back!

Great Property
Three of my friends and I had a great 4 night stay at Mt. Hood Retreat. The house was wonderful. The huge back deck is just awesome, with a nice view across a wooded ravine to the steep hills beyond. We did not have an opportunity to use the hot tub but it looked very clean and nice. The kitchen is well supplied with all the tools needed for meal prep, and the BBQ on the deck was clean and worked well (we grilled each night). The bedroom configuration worked quite well for us. The neighborhood is really nice and we took daily walks. We enjoyed a hike to up to Mirror Lake as well as having a beer up at Timberline Lodge, both go which were short drives from the house. The only issue was the the toilet in the half bath downstairs - it kept intermittently running and it appeared the mechanism was quite old and may need to be replaced. I notified staff when we dropped off the key at the rental office on the way home.

Family Snow Tubing Adventure
This property easily accommodated the 6 family members who came on this trip without crowding! The kitchen is easy to cook in and had all the needed tools/pans/etc., beds were comfy and the fireplace is gorgeous. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage, and we enjoyed the clean and warm hot tub in the evenings. The access to Ski Bowl was easy and close, and we had a blast! This is the second time we have stayed at this home, and we will absolutely be back again!

We love that house.
My family really enjoyed staying at this house. Spacious house and comfortable kitchen, provided with everything you need, very beautiful view from the windows, cozy living room with a fireplace, beautiful nature, close to Goverment Camp and Timberline. Also, in the living room, there is a fireplace, TV and various board games. I found this house to be very clean. This house is ideal not only for winter, but for any season vacations. The location of the house allowed us to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful view of the streets, mountains, forests, rivers, as well as a nearby golf course. The office is only four minutes driving away from that house. We are planing to come back may be in summer time.

This is a great house and a great location. All Seasons was great to work with and made everything very easy. The only complaint is that the grill needs to be replaced. It is an old unit with gas and heating coals and there is a hole in the grating holding the coals so only half the grill is useful and the electric ignition does not work.

Great experience
Everything was as expected except the listing says there is a BBQ, which is key for us. We finally found one in the garage which appeared to be from mid 1900’s, and it didn’t work. We were able to light it manually but it didn’t get very hot. Our meat was back on the grill 3 times, then finished in the oven. Don’t advertise a BBQ, or get a replacement.

Amazing!
Would rent this house again in a heartbeat! I was very impressed with how well stocked the house was with hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, a new sponge, etc. Ended up going over a crazy snowstorm of a weekend. Property Management called to make sure we were able to get our car out of the driveway on the day of our departure.
