Schöne familienfreundliches Haus mit einem leicht zu Fuß hinunter zum See! Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen wunderschönen offenen Grundriss mit einer großen Küche, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Bad angebracht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett, und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Etagenbetten für insgesamt 4 Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich mit einem Queen-Bett zu einem riesigen Wintergarten, und der Wintergarten öffnet sich mit einem Gasgrill und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See zu einem großen Deck!

Great place with large family on Lake Hartwell. Large fenced in yard great for my dogs.

We had a wonderful time at your home. The view is outstanding. The boat dock was great. We rented a pontoon boat and loved that we were able to keep it at the house. The owners are wonderful had a small problem when we first got there and they took care of it immediately. Thank you for that. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. Loved the big island. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Was not happy with the cleanliness of the downstairs. Swept the whole downstairs when I got there. The was black mold in the downstairs bedroom and one whole wall in the storage room had black mold in it. Treated the bedroom wall with bleach. Other than that it was great. Nice fenced yard for the dogs, a nice dock, ping pong table and water stuff. We had a good time but the mold worried me.

This is a wonderful property to stay at ! Beautiful location , so spacious and plenty of room and seats so the whole family can eat together , watch tv together and enjoy sitting on the porch together ! Lots of funny things available there to e joy such as a ping pong table , kayaks and games . The host was wonderful and easy to reach if needed and always responded quickly . We will definetly be back !

It was breathtaking! The is very nice, open home with lots of space. Our last daughter was graduating from Emmanuel College. The lake is beautiful in the day time and at night. We will be back!!

This is an amazing property. The yard is almost a full acre and fenced all the way around, so you don't have to worry about your dogs. The house is large - so large we didn't even use the 2 bedrooms and bathroom in the basement. Large kitchen and open living area. Sunroom all across the back of the house - with a bed in it. Plus a deck outside of it.
Nice lake access. Weather wasn't conducive to use enjoying the dock or water too much, and the lake is very high due to all the rain lately that part of the gangway was under water.
Will definitely stay here again when the weather is warmer!

We so enjoyed this spacious property. Great amenities. Wonderful neighborhood. Plenty of things to do or just relax. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the home...plenty of room for everyone. The house could have been cleaned a little more and spiderwebs/cobwebs in every room. Was a nice place for our family vacation.

No complaints at all. It was so nice to have a completely fenced in yard, open the door and let my dog run and play. Plenty of room on the inside for my family to spread out and relax without being on top of one another. Will definitely go back!

The place was plenty big enough for a family of 12. There was separation for sleeping and enough room for all of us to hang out. Some of the electrical outlets did not work and there was mildew in the downstairs shower and refrigerator.

Bathrooms were mostly clean, bed linens were clean and all the appliances worked great. The host was responsive when we had communication issues and it was wonderful to be able to use the boat slip. There was also many essentials supplied like detergent, hand soap, laundry soap, paper towels and zip locks. As others have said - the home is mostly outdated and needs to be deep cleaned and painted - while it is a house in the woods and you expect to see a few uninvited guests or things a bit run down - I believe it could have been better. It was more like a cabin rental than anything else, but we certainly enjoyed the water, view and the water toys supplied by the homeowner. Understandably, it is hard to maintain a home of this size and we were blessed to be able to stay there.

Beautiful property. Some minor things needed attention but nothing to interfere with our stay.
We had a toddler and there were no baby gates to block stairs but we put chairs to block and rubber bands on cabinet doors. He loved the space. I don't know how many laps he did around the den through the kitchen.
Nice quiet area. Easy trip into to Lavonia, Clemson and Toccoa.

Overall great time. Lake is beautiful and house sits right on it! Dock was a good size to sit on all day and had extra slip to bring a boat. Had paddle boards, kayak and canoe to use. House was spacious with lots of beds and rooms. Plenty of seating for large families to eat and play games. The only drawback to this property was the overall lack of maintenance, mainly on the exterior (but also some interior) . Looks like it hasn’t been power washed in years, gutters full of leaves etc. and interiorly not a lot of kitchen dishes/pans/storage containers. For a house capable of hosting 10-15 people, only 8 plates/bowls and one small set of pots/pans. Overall it’s a great property and we had a blast but we just kept noticing how truly amazing this house could be with some TLC.

Most enjoyable lake rental home. Family enjoyed the view , dock fishing, games on lake front, fenced in lawn. Owner was quick to respond to our messages. Plenty of parking space. Would rent again.

Thanksgiving
Great home! So large and accommodating. We had Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was so well stocked we did not need a thing. The boat dock was perfect for both our boats. Amazing! Will return.

A nice house for a large group , plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

2021 family lake trip
We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. Also lots of room for dinner etc. The dock was perfect for our 2 boats. The paddle boards were a hit with everyone. The fire pit was perfect for making smores. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

Awesome space for the entire group
Plenty of room and seating for our entire group of 8 plus 1 dog.
The extra boat slip was a great spot for our pontoon.
We love this location on Lake Hartwell. The home does have some maintenance issues which we shared with the owner after our stay. With a little TLC this place would be an all-round 5 star..

Entire family had a good time
House is really a good size for the whole family. Location is in an awesome place. House has great potential.
Only thing I would say that needs a little improvement is, as nice as the upstairs was the bottom floor wasn’t as clean as expected. It worked out for our needs though.

Very roomy
There was plenty of room for everyone to move around. The open concept kitchen dining and living room had everyone moving effortlessly. Also the windows and glass doors made the sun room seem like part of the living space. There was a view of the lake from every angle in the house. Our dogs had a great time as well as the entire yard was fenced. Downstairs we enjoyed playing ping pong. The dock had plenty of room for our pontoon and the family spent hours fishing boating and paddle boarding. Hopefully we will return soon.

Overall a relaxing time
I must say the property is great and the lake was amazing! We had so much fun! The only thing is when we arrived we still had to do some clean up. The beds had dog hair on them like they were not changed and the nightstands along with the island in the kitchen were still dirty. Aside from this we had a blast!

Wonderful
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and both times have really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully will ne back. Great layout of the house and is peaceful.

The house grows on you
House is right on the lake...a PLUS! Great entry and spacious upstairs, the downstairs/semi-finished basement took some getting used to, We did not use it but for the ping pong, and gradually I realized its functionality if splitting the home with another family. Would have liked to see fewer cobwebs, but that is lake living...Also, the second paddle board mentioned is only good for a child maybe 100 lbs. It is styrofoam.
Overall very enjoyable.

great.plenty of room and lots to do
met up and had a family get together for the holiday.we did not run out of things to do.the lake was great and plenty of activity . we rented a boat for a couple of days and used the paddle board and canoe that was there also. close to waterfalls and nature hikes.we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home!
The house is very spacious and has a large yard. The private dock was very nice and gave us plenty of room to dock our boats and hang out in the sun. There were 2 boat landings near the home. We used the one that was closest to the house, which took an easy, short drive to get to! The lake was not super busy the whole time we were there. It got a little busier on Saturday, but still plenty of room to enjoy tubing and wakeboarding on the lake. The property manager was very helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable! I highly recommend staying at this home for your next lake trip!!

All Said Yes
Our family, three sons their wives and all our grandchildren loved the house and the Lake. Everyone gives five thumbs up. How rare is that to get eleven people, and dogs, to all agree. Very nice and looking forwards to next year.

Disappointing
When you pull up thru the big gates the house looks very elegant. We invited our family here for thanksgiving. When we walked in it was a strong musty smell. It had a very large open kitchen and living area with a large sunroom, plenty of eating room .
The house needs a good cleaning , downstairs bathroom had to be cleaned before we used it spider webs everywhere. The basement is very damp feeling. One of the reasons we wanted the house is to be able to have a fireplace , we had to work on it to get it lit about an hour . Contacted owner he said there was a book , that didn’t help so he said he would send a handyman out about an hour later we finally got it lit so I told him , it stayed on 10 minutes then went off , so I told him we still needed help, no one ever came so we had no fire☹️
The land line phone did not work , we had an emergency with our 92 year old mom falling ,she left a day before us to go home, they couldn’t get us on our cell phones , she was taken to the hospital. Had to walk all over the property to find service.
It does have a gorgeous view, canoe , paddle boards etc. nice pier for fishing.
The deck is big but needs repair.

We had a wonderful time!
This property was even better than described. When you walk in the front, you enter into a HUGE open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The bedrooms are very roomy and there are plenty of places for LOTS of people to sleep. There is a large area in the basement for fun and games. We had a regular jam session down there. There was plenty of room at the dock for our two jet skis and the pontoon boat we rented. There are tons of water floats and we used the paddle board a few times. Our furry friends loved the place, too! There is a fenced yard and the front gates close to keep them all safe. Parking is no problem either. We had 6 cars and our trailer and there was still lots of room. Matt was extremely easy to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions. We have rented a number of times through VRBO, and he has been the best to work with by far! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! I hope we can do it again sometime.
