Gehen Sie 15 Stufen hinunter zur nächsten Ebene und finden Sie die Mastersuite mit Vollbad und kleiner Terrasse sowie zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern und einem weiteren Vollbad. Gehe 15 weitere Stufen herunter und gehe durch ein Wohnzimmer in das vierte Schlafzimmer. Eine 3/4 Badewanne und die Waschmaschine / Trockner befinden sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene. The house is above Avalon with great views across the town to the casino and harbor. Having the golf cart was a HUGE plus to move things to the beach and back up the hill. The house is dated inside could use a little freshening up and lots of stairs (3 flights from main level to lowest bedroom) if your somewhat immobile. The lower level bedroomis a mini master bedroom, middle is master, a bedroom witht bunk beds and a 3rd bedroom with queen bed. It is a great family getaway home, fully stocked with the essentials.

Delightful multilevel home with amazing views. Rooftop deck with bbq was relaxing as well as multi level balconies. Home has everything needed. Great trip.

Perched up on the hillside above Avalon, we found a little piece of heaven. Our vacation house had 4 different balconies, three stories, four bedrooms, four bathrooms...and it also included a golf cart. A big bonus!!! The property has an old world charm to it but it is the views that will make you want to return time and time again. It was a great way to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday with family! Hope we get to go back someday soon!!

The unit was pretty much as advertised on VRBO. It had a wonderful view of Avalon and the harbor from anywhere facing that direction in the house. And it was in a great location. The golf cart was definitely a plus, although it was quite easy to walk down the public steps two houses down. Not so easy coming back up, but we all did it whenever there wasn’t room on the golf cart, which seat 4 persons.
The unit was clean and cozy, and all appliances were functional. It could stand a little updating (electronics, plugs for charging, light fixtures). But otherwise, our party of 8 was quite comfortable there. We all agreed we definitely stay there again.
Check-in and out was a breeze, and response time for communication with the local rental group was swift.
I definitely recommend a 4-7 day stay, as there is much to do around Avalon, on the island and the surrounding shore.

We had 2 families with 4 kids ages 12-15 and everyone had plenty of room to have space. The kitchen is very well stocked, the golf cart was a lifesaver, and the overall experience was great. The 3 levels made it nice to spread out. Bonus having the public stairs so close, although the hike up is no joke! Overall, this was a great stay!

Fantabulous home
This house was perfect! Pretty much has two master bedrooms, which was great. The golf cart was a huge bonus. Minutes away from town on golf cart or a quick walk up and down the stairs two doors down that get you to town in a jiffy. Views are incredible. This place is a must!

End of an Adventure
This was a wonderful place to end our bike journey across the Island. We spent the week biking and camping on the Island and then arrived to this wonderful house for our final destination.

Gorgeous and Comfortable Stay
Property was close by to Avalon Harbor, set in the hillside overlooking the harbor. The views were beautiful and the surrounding neighborhood was lovely. Our group had a wonderful time during our trip with lots of late night conversation in front of the wood-burning fireplace and stunning sunrises over the harbor. We would definitely return to this property!

House, utilities and kitchen wonderful! Very late check in process due to cleaning process and availability of Golf cart to get to the house. Our 1st day had a very late start, and we were hot and uncomfortable in our clothes with all of our luggage. But management did accept my desire to have a late check out because of the late check in period

Nice family getaway
Location + golf cart was perfect! We had three boys with us and all had space to relax and unwind. Only hiccup was it was a very cold weekend and the heat was slow to come on, so the first night was a little chilly, but it seemed to sort itself out. Communication with property management was very easy as their location is centrally located near the main road in Avalon.

Beautiful view, great location, tons of space
The house had a beautiful view of Avalon harbor and was well located for walking into town. The stairs down are pretty steep, but the provided golf cart made trips to Vons easy. The inside is a bit dated but well kept and clean and there's a ton of space. There was plenty of hot water except for on the last day when everyone showered at the same time, but even then it was not unpleasant. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

Wonderful Catalina getaway!
This property has everything you would want for a fun weekend in Avalon. The views are spectacular and having a golf cart with it was a huge bonus for our golf event. Also, the walk to town down the hill is not that bad at all. I would highly recommend and would be happy to stay here again on our next Catalina trip.

perfect family property
Our family enjoyed our stay so much , the only scary part was the unlatched living room windows in a home that was listed as family friendly . With small children it was terrifying but we loved it and stayed on top of it at all times. The home was great, the view spectacular and the use of the golf cart made our stay so much fun and easy for us to go to the beach and grocery store.

Gorgeous View
We loved staying here: the Avalon Bay view was fabulous, and we were only a short walk from the harbor. It was so convenient having the golf cart to use as well. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we cooked our meal there and enjoyed the view. The living room windows need some TLC, both maintenance as well as cleaning, to show off the magnificent view. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

What a great place! Perfect view for spectacular photos. The 4 bathrooms ensured zero wait time for 4 couples and the walk to town is very short- even though you can take the golf cart. Would definitely stay again!

Our experience at this property was great. The management company was very helpful and informative. The view of Avalon Harbor was amazing. It was an easy walk down the stairs to the main strip of shops and restaurants at the waters edge. I would definitely recommend this property.

Loved it!
We had a group of adults and kids and we stayed for the weekend. The property was perfect for our group of 8 and that view! You just could not beat it. The location had a golf cart but we also used the public stairs to get right into downtown quickly. The whole transaction was easy and the mgmt company was very accomodating. It was nice to be up above the hustle and bustle of Avalon.

Character, charm, close to everything, great view!
Great, comfortable home for our group of 6. Although the home comes with a 4-person golf cart (which we did use), it's an enjoyable, short walk to central Avalon via a staircase that serves the neighborhood. House is well appointed and comfortable, and offers a stunning view of the harbor and downtown Avalon from multiple places throughout the home. Only downside was that the water for showers never got hot, but lukewarm at best. This was the case in multiple bathrooms for multiple days, including for those who took a first shower. I suspect something's up with the water heater, whether intentionally (too keep showers short) or not. Wasn't really an issue for us, and we would choose this home again for future visits.

This place has an amazing and beautiful view of Avalon harbor and the Casino!
The whole house was comfortable and nicely accommodating for our group of eight. The golf cart was great transportation, and the hike up the steep stairs from downtown to the house was also fun.
The only problem we had was with the front door key entry. It was painfully difficult, and each time but once, took us multiple tries to unlock.
