Beautiful Location For The Whole Family Including The Pets
Der offene Wohnbereich mit großen Fenstern am Seeufer, die zur überdachten Terrasse führen, bietet einen schönen Blick auf den See. Vier geräumige Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Doppelbetten und zwei mit Kingsize-Bett, darunter eine Master-Suite mit separatem Bad und einer Tür zum Deck. Das Loft über dem Wohnbereich verfügt über zwei ausziehbare Futonsofas in voller Größe für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten und der Wohnbereich verfügt über eines. Bettwäsche und Küchenausstattung sind vorhanden. WiFi ist verfügbar und es gibt drei Fernseher - einen in der Master Suite, einen im Wohnbereich und einen dritten, der vom Gastkönig auf die überdachte Veranda verlegt werden kann - perfekt für Spieltage. Das Dock verfügt über tiefes Wasser zum Schwimmen und einen Bootslift (es gibt keine private Bootsrampe - Boote können von den nahe gelegenen Jachthäfen aus gestartet werden, die am nächsten zur Insel 'Real Island' liegen.) Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Kamin im Wohnbereich zur Wintervermietung und ein Holzkohlegrill auf dem Deck. Das Beste ist, dass Haustiere von innen und außen willkommen sind!

Perfect location on the lake. We spent all our daylight hours boating, swimming or visiting together on the awesome deck overlooking the lake.

We wanted to have a place to get together with our adult children and our four young grandchildren. This beautiful home was perfect! Very clean, and such a nice setting on the lake. We highly recommend!!

We love the lake house! We have stayed here several years in a row for the fourth! Everything is perfect from the dock, added baby gates, room to spread out, and the location! The views are pretty amazing as well! We love coming back each year and making memories!

Can’t recommend Little Kowaliga highly enough. The house was clean and well equipped to handle our family of 16….3 generations! We will definitely be back.

House was clean and very functional for our multi family vacation. The extra refrigerator was such a great help for drinks. The deck was perfect for sunset viewing. Plenty of rooms and bed for our group and the dock was absolutely perfect for storing boat and kids to swim and jump from. We were very pleased with our vacation use of this home and being able to bring our dog was a necessity, so the pet friendly option made it a perfect choice! Hope we get back again in near future!

Great property
The owner Angela was very quick to respond when I had a question. The property was very nice and very clean. Had everything we needed, including an extra fridge which was a nice surprise. 😊 We had 4 families stay and we all enjoyed it very much. It was nice sitting out on the deck every morning and evening. This was our second trip to Lake Martin. Very nice!!

Family vacation
We came for a family vacation and this cabin was perfect. It was set up perfect with everything we needed. We brought a boat so the boat lift worked perfectly and the boat ramp was only about 17 min away. Goat island and chimney rock where fairly close to the house. The view from the house is amazing. We liked the privacy of the lott and the fact that you are allowed to bring your dogs. We will definitely be back.

We rented the property to celebrate our daughter's graduation and birthday. The property was large enough to accomodate a decent amount of people. Trees lined both sides of the property making you feel like you had privacy from neighbors. We had friends and family who also visited with us during the day. Plenty of great space for people to gather in the inside living area, on the back deck overlooking the lake, and down on the dock. The kids spent most of the time swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The location of the property in the slough made it a great place to swim because of limited boat traffic and very little wake. The water was also very clean in the area and the owner has a nice set of steps at the dock for easy entry and exit into the water for swimmers. The owner was amazing to work with and made the whole experience pleasant for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend at the lake!

Excellent Relaxing Getaway.
Enjoyed our stay, unit is in a very good place on the lake. Boat house was enough for our boats and had a nice swimming area. Excellent view from back porch, hardly any steps to traverse, would recommend to anyone that is planning a getaway for 8-14 people. Would go again.

Excellent Vacation Home
This home was perfect for our friends and family! The layout of the home was perfect for multiple families and the view of the lake was amazing! Perfect location to get to all the main attractions of Lake Martin! Will definitely rent his home again!

Second year
This was our second year to stay at little Kowaliga! Everything is perfect and we’ve already booked our third stay for next year! Mrs Angela is wonderful to work with! The house has everything one may need to enjoy their stay! We have little ones each trip and the deck is perfect for them to swim after a long day on the boat! The rooms are great size and the loft has plenty of extra room when needed! We look forward to our trip each year!

Great place for kids
We had a great time! We had four kids and a small dog with us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The open living area was perfect for family time, meals and watching movies together at night.

This is my happy place! We had a great long weekend and I can't wait to go back! So peaceful and relaxing! The house is beautiful and has all the comforts of home! The owner was very helpful with any questions I had. Loved being able to sit on the porch and watch my daughter play in the water. Just a short boat ride to our favorite restaurant..Kowaliga. So ready to go back!!

DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!
Stop looking! You WANT to stay here, I promise! We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had the absolute best time! The pictures don't do it justice! The home is newly remodeled, tastefully decorated, and GORGEOUS! There is a loft that our daughter had a blast in and the deck was the perfect place for grilling and hanging out while watching the sun set on the water. The lot is private but we did speak briefly with friendly neighbors and we were able to rent and dock a pontoon boat. Owner was super helpful and friendly! I can't recommend this home highly enough and we plan to make this a yearly trip!
