Meerblick und Zugang zum Strand zum Preis der zweiten Reihe!Dieses Haus namens Sea View ist ein charmantes, traditionelles Strandhaus am Meer. Es ist eines der wenigen historischen Häuser auf der Insel. Die Wärme und der Charme sind da und wir haben aktualisiert und umgebaut. Es hat fünf Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss hat Schlafzimmer eins eine Königin, Schlafzimmer zwei hat eine Königin und Koje, und Schlafzimmer drei hat eine Königin und ein Zwilling. Außerdem gibt es ein Tagesbett im Wintergarten. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat eine Königin in einem Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Es gibt auch einen Doppel-Futon im Wohnbereich. All dies macht die Schlafarrangements flexibler. Zwei zusätzliche, geschlossene Strandduschen befinden sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt ein riesiges Deck und eine abgeschirmte Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer aus dem ganzen Haus. Wir sind sieben Minuten von Wild Dunes und 15 Minuten von Charleston entfernt. Der Zugang zum Strand ist direkt vor dem Haus und Sie sind nur wenige Sekunden vom Wasser entfernt! Es gibt einen privaten Pool im Hinterhof und Sie sind nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt !!!

Eigenschaften umfassen Nut-und-Feder-Eichenwände und Herz aus Kiefernböden. Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel sind in fast jedem Zimmer! ...und kostenloses Wi-Fi! Ein privater Pool trägt zur perfekten Lage bei. Das Haus ist nur einen Block von Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Es befindet sich am 817 Ocean Blvd., IOP. Die Preise variieren je nach Saison.
Wir haben eine private Zufahrt und einen Parkplatz hinzugefügt, sodass Sie überall parken können, egal ob die Brandung aufwärts oder abwärts geht!

Perfect cottage for family and friends. The kids had their downstairs retreat . The pool was such a nice plus on these very hot days!!

We have been coming to Isle of Palms for years, but this was the first time we stayed at this property. It was the perfect location for our family. The property was even better in person than the photos show online. Carly and Steve were wonderful hosts and we would highly recommend this property!

Lovely home with 5 sleeping areas and private pool. Very convenient to walk to beach and IOP restaurants. My older daughter loved having a private apartments downstairs. We also loved the screened front porch... able to hear the ocean and enjoy the sea breezes.

We loved the house (farm house sink is fabulous). Older, comfortable home, steps from the beach...with a pool in the backyard! Hard not to have a great time.

The property was as advertised. Very nice and a great location. Home is older and the unit on the lower level are separated from the upper level. This obviously can be both good and bad. Pool was very convenient and well maintained. would definitely go back.

This was our 4th time staying in IOP, and this house and location was the best by far! The house is so charming and comfortable. The beach access is directly across the street and it’s a quick walk to several great local restaurants. We felt right at home. Beds were very comfortable, there is a lot of space to gather & the pool was a big hit! We so appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Carly is the best! She was so welcoming and helpful. We are definitely going to come back!

Nice older beach rental, comfortable beds, lovely pool and close to the beach. Downstairs rooms require constant dehumidication, as the owners clealy explained. The were very helpful and easy to deal with.

A very nice and charming property that is well-kept with unbeatable location. Owner is very kind and lives very close by and is eager to help guests enjoy their stay.
I prefer a door code rather than having to pick up a key from the owner because I'm afraid of losing the key, but that is all I can think of to improve the experience.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! IOP is beautiful and we ventured onto Sullivan’s Island for dinner, parks and ice cream!

This property is even better than described. It had everything we wanted or needed. Location was amazing… so close to the beach. Accommodating to my dogs as well. Owners/hosts were so welcoming. Home was clean and had great character. We had an amazing and relaxing week. Definitely will be back!

The place was great for our group of 9, and the location was so convenient to the beach and a couple of breakfast spots. We went into Charleston several times and the wait time wasn't bad for Ubers. Hanging out by the pool and the house was nice too! Carly was super responsive with our questions, which was helpful.

We had a group of 9 girls staying at Carly's house to celebrate our 55th birthday! The house was perfect and exactly as the pictures show. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the pool and spent the majority of time on the great screened in porch. Thank you for being so accommodating Carly! You made my hosting duties easy!

Recently stayed here with 8 other people for a friends trip. The house is fantastic - plenty of room for the group, and a nice pool! The location is amazing - could not be much closer to the beach, easy walk to bars and IOP.
Carly was easy to communicate with and helped with anything that came up. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location!
We loved the location - easy access to beach & quick walk to restaurants & ice cream! The house is very charming & accommodated our group of 6 adults & 3 children perfectly. The pool was a big hit with the kids & adults, and the enclosed outdoor showers were a big plus. Carly & Steve were very gracious in responding to any needs. We would definitely rent again!

Great for a bachelorette weekend!
Had the best time with 13 girls total. Plenty of space for everyone and having the pool & beach options were fantastic. If you have a big group, I’d recommend bringing extra trash bags just for cleanup, especially if you’re eating any meals at the house. It can be a little tricky to get Ubers into downtown but if you plan ahead, it’s okay!
Also just a heads up, the house did NOT have oil/butter or condiments for cooking or grilling so make sure you buy your own.
Overall, AMAZING stay and Carly was so responsive and helpful!! I highly recommend and would return!!

Carly was very helpful with checkin and available if needed. This is a great house for larger groups, plenty of space with all the extras. Great location to shops, restaurants and the beach! Would definitely rent here again.

The property is clean, spacious and cozy. It was as advertised and just a few steps away from the beach. Carly was communicative and helpful before and throughout the check-in process and even helped us find transport when needed. Would book again if I went back!

Perfect Getaway Just Steps From the Beach
This lovely home had the perfect layout for our family of 11. Family members had enough space for individual privacy, yet it was spacious enough for everyone to gather. The home was clean and well- stocked. The second refrigerator was appreciated. There was ample parking for all four of our large vehicles. Carly was extremely kind and readily available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this rental for any occasion.

Family beach trip!
House was spacious, charming and perfect for multi generational family. Kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking and being together. We loved the separate apartment downstairs so my parents could enjoy some peace and quiet from the kids and grandkids. Beach just steps away and shops and restaurants just a few blocks. We also LOVED the private pool and all the amenities available…. Chairs, games, etc. Carly was just wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. We would love to book this house again next summer and make it a yearly tradition.

Excellent house near everything
We met Carly when we arrived and she is an absolute joy. The house was perfect for our group and near everything. The only time we had to drive anywhere was to go golfing. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful family reunion venue!
Carly, the owner, made us feel right at home by being there when we arrived and at the other end of the line, if we had any questions. my elderly mother and father were able to either negotiate the stairs or stay in the downstairs apartment. The kitchen was cozy but adequate for 7 people. the 2 bathrooms upstairs accomodated us as well and we ended up really enjoying the across the street positioning from the beach. Washer and dryer worked great and were used all the time. a big thumbs up from our family!!! Thank you Carly and David!!

Can't beat the location
This house was so convenient! Walkable to island's epicenter, and literally the best house not directly on the beach! The view is great! My young family and MIL inhabited the upper floor, and the only issue with layout was the pantry. It's hard to access and very dark. Would suggest removing door and painting interior.
Downstairs unit was occupied by inlaws with an infant, and although nice and adequate, it wasn't ideal for them & they felt like they were in a damp basement. However, I'm sure it works for others in different circumstances. The enclosed downstairs was great for our kids to play and wash off.
We experienced a brief issue with the AC, but despite owner being away, she was very responsive and her POC on the island was accommodating too. We enjoyed the pool; however, we couldn't get over the ants on his island, they are ferocious. (They were present at the pool.) House was pretty well stocked. We loved the location & the island & hope to come back.

Perfect traditional beach house
My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carly and Steve’s beach house! Perfect location to walk right across the street to the beach. House was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials , even some pool toys (boogie boards, pool noodles, sand toys for the kiddos). The pool was great and private for evening swims and was a nice break from the sand and wind at times. Walkable to several restaurants: Sea Bisquit and The Refuge for breakfast, Pina coladas 🍹at Coconut Joe’s rooftop tables, tacos and margaritas at Papi’s Taqueria, dinner at Acme…all good. Loved sitting on the front porch listening to the waves early morning and later in the evening. Neighborhood is family friendly and quiet in the evenings. Carly was very attentive to any needs we had.
