Unique, Spacious, Victorian-Style Home In Downtown Pflugerville
Das ursprüngliche Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern war über 50 Jahre lang ein Teil von Pflugerville, bevor es von unserer Familie gekauft wurde. Nachdem unsere Familie eingezogen war, wurde das Schnell Haus 1992 liebevoll von einem mageren 2-Zimmer-Haus zu einem schönen, großen zweistöckigen viktorianischen Haus umgebaut.
Im ursprünglichen Teil des Hauses befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer mit den ursprünglichen Holzböden! Die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind Teil der umfassenden Renovierung im Obergeschoss und bieten viel Platz und eine herrliche Aussicht.
Als Kind war das Schnell Haus der Ort der Wahl für unsere großen Familientreffen und Ferien. Mit einer Küche für mehrere Köche und einem offenen Grundriss ist das Schnell Haus nicht nur ein großartiger Ort zum Ausruhen, sondern auch für Brunchs oder Partys.

When they say spacious, they mean it. The large kitchen was open to the dining room and then a large family room—lots of sitting. The front living room was nice too. It is easy for six or so people to gather for a chat. One evening, we had a great time playing pool in the garage. There was no air but a ceiling fan and we opened the door. This was late July - so cooler weather it would even be more fun. The only thing I think you might want to know (and it can be good or bad depending) There are several bars (nice ones) one street over and at the corner. My adult children (20s and 30s) walked over and enjoyed them. One has a sand volleyball pit. They loved that was close and they didn't have to drove. But there was a loud base until 2 am. So the note about being quiet after 9 at the backdoor was kind of funny. They did provide earplugs.
I couldn't find something and the host replied immediately. Communication was fast and easy.
My 2-year-old grandson loved the house. We all did. We were in town for a wedding in Roundrock and we all left very happy with the house and location.

the space easily accommodated our group of 11. Nice kitchen and appliances. The nonstick skillets were in sad shape. The two large ones were beyond use. Bar around the corner played loud music several nights.

The house was bigger than the pictures showed, which was a pleasant surprise. We loved the house and all of its niceties. The neighbors played music a little loud. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

This house was amazing. Lots of space for everyone, very clean, and in a really cute area with restaurants and some bars. The only complaint we had was that there was loud music coming from one of these bars, making it difficult to sleep before our tournament... but this isn't anything the property owners can control. Loved it, would book here again!

The house was great! So spacious and comfortable for all of the guests. Everything was beautiful and clean. The only complaint was the loud music coming from somewhere down the street. We needed a good nights rest for Saturday morning long competition day, and the music was loud. It’s not really the owners fault, so I still feel that this house was great! I absolutely loved it!

2 generations of our family stayed here for our annual trip to ACL festival. It was our second year staying at this property and once again had a great stay. Roomy house with well stocked kitchen. Questions to owner got quick responses. I plan on coming back next year.

When we arrived the outdoor appearance was beautiful and it continued once we opened the door. The home was clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood. The home was well stocked and we truly had a funky good time. The home was spacious so we were able to have sisterly conversations we each other. We will definitely return

Very nice place to stay. However, we found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. We used plastic the whole time and made sure the facility was clean before leaving the property. In addition, we washed the towels.

Our group of 19 family members (from 4 states) had an awesome time in Pflugerville/Austin, in large part because of such a wonderful facility for gathering, meals, and sleeping. The spaciousness of this beautiful home lets people spread out, yet be together. Thank you to the host for providing this lovely home for such an occasion!

This was our second year in a row to stay here for our annual family reunion and we had a wonderful time once again. The kids love the games in the garage and the back yard. The adults enjoyed walking the neighborhood and spending time on the porches. Great communication from the host!

This place is large and spacious, has a very comfortable atmosphere with large kitchen, fenced yard and some fun games for all. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our time.

This home was amazing for our large family. The owner truly was so awesome. Very quick to respond and so accommodating with us having a toddler. The location was good, great little coffee shop close by.

There were 8 of us who stayed at this property for our annual BBQ trip. It was perfect and had plenty of room for us all to spread out have our own room and bathroom.
We would stay there again for sure.

Everything was excellent! Except for the loud noise after 9 from the bar next door, it didn't close until 2am. Overall the home was beautiful!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and again it worked out fine for our large group. The house is very well equipped with plenty of space for a large group to chill. The owner - Tina - is very responsive and great to deal with.................only wish she hadnt rented the house out to another group for next year! Lol

The pictures don’t do this listing justice. The rooms are much bigger, plenty of closet space, 2 living spaces, open kitchen for entertainment, great deck area for grilling out and the AC will keep you cool.
The property manager was great to work with, communication was outstanding and very accommodating.
This will be an annual stay for us to watch Alabama beat Texas.

Everything was just as listed on the site! Everything we needed! We had a minor problem with disposal and air conditioner settings…. Tina was there very quickly and resolved both issues .. Tina, thanks for being a great host!

Very comfortable and roomy for 4-89 year olds. All the conveniences and fun close by: water park, laser tag, lake and even urgent care for one of us!

Wonderful house with everything everyone is looking for. Close to restaurants, house is huge for 20 people can sleep. With game room, high ceilings, big yard, plenty of parking spaces and beautiful kitchen.

My husband and I, three of our daughters, a son-in-law, two teen grandchildren, and three younger grandchildren stayed at this property for four nights when we all came to Austin for our fourth daughter's wedding. We had a great time, and all of us agreed that we'd come back to the same place if we could do it again!
