House was excellent for 12 golfers. Great location. Great house size with plenty of room to hangout. Communication was great with the property owner. Would definitely recommend. We will be going back when another pinehurst trip makes it on the calendar!

Great family home for the holiday!

Well maintained home

We were in town for a wedding and a few of the guys golfed. House is very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great experience, overall! Some upgrades could be done to the home for the price of the stay! Cleaning could have been a little better (coming from someone who cleans homes)! Nothing was left for us about check out procedure so we did the best we could!

Excellent location, a lot of room and a nice quiet neighborhood, the house was nice and clean, definitely worth revisiting!

My daughter played in the US Kids World Championship so we turned it into a little family reunion. The house is amazing has plenty beds and rooms and very spacious. It was perfect and super close to pinehurst about 6-7 minutes drive

We had 12 men doing a golf trip and this house is perfect for it! Everyone had their own bed! We were never more than 15 min to any golf course or restaurant! The manager has great and timely communication. We'll be back. thanks!

The house and location were perfect. The rooms and available beds were as listed. The shower curtain was a little dirty and a closet door was off the hinge or track. But easy fixes.

The boys unwinded with the pool table, game table, the general space. I myself enjoyed the kitchen and backyard deck. I came prepared for all but I found it all here. Nothing missing, there was comfort, All was clean and very pleasant.

We had a great time at this house and it was in the perfect location for our event. The house was very clean and comfortable.

We had 3 generations of family and friends in this home for 2.nights, and we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. There is so much room, and enough sitting areas, along with the dart board, pool table, tv's, and basketball hoop, that we were all able to find something to do or a place to hideaway in. We will be staying here again, and I would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

House was great and only 10 minute drive to some great golf courses.

We recently rented Jason Scarth's property in the village of Pinehurst. We were very pleased with the first impressions of the home. It appeared to be well-maintained and was perfectly private for us on a quiet cul-de-sac. Our four vehicles easily fit in the driveway without using the garage. We accommodated seven family members very comfortably, each couple having their own bed and bathroom. That was a huge plus in preparation for each night out. The owner seemed to think of everything renters might need, as we found cork screws, bottle openers, and other utensils readily available, as well as other supplies for daily use. The living spaces are much larger than they appear from outside; we spent most of our time in the kitchen and downstairs family room. The enclosed backyard and deck continued our privacy and we appreciated the size and numbers of television screens. The kitchen was pleasantly over-stocked with glassware, pots and pans, and even two coffee makers, and the dining room table was conveniently huge. Our only suggestion would be to update the mattresses slowly. They were not uncomfortable, but rather "noisy" when first getting into bed (squeaky when lying down). We would definitely recommend this home to other renters, and we plan to return in the future for a golf outing. With the poker table and two bars, this would be a perfect golf rental. We had a question about garbage collection, since it was the day after Christmas, and Jason responded almost immediately to our text. Thank you for offering a quality rental. It was perfect for our needs as we were celebrating Christmas after an unexpected death in the family. The price was reasonable and it was perfect for what we needed at the time. Loved the house for the group of 8 adults. Lots of space to spread out. Enjoyed the downstairs area for hanging out. Easy to work with the owner. A couple of minor issues. 1. the sink in the master bedroom on the main floor was broken. 2. the garbage cans were not clearly marked as to what to put where. recycle easy to figure out, the other 2 I thought were garbage. Home could use more comforters for the beds. Other reviews have been correct. Not a good house if you have small children of people who have mobility issues. The stairs are very steep . The upstairs does not really have a hang out space for the group. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our family! It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was just what we needed and everyone said the beds were very comfortable. So glad we found this place for all of our families gathering in Pinehurst!

Rented this house for my husbands 50th birthday. He and 7 guys spent the weekend playing golf. Didn't get to actually see the house but all the guys said it was the best house for a group of golfers. They had a blast. My experience with Jason was wonderful. It was a great experience altogether!!!!

I stayed at this property with my inlaws, who were all coming in from CA. I am local but we wanted a space to accommodate all of us so nobody had to drive at night to a hotel. There was plenty of space and plenty of beds to accommodate all of us at this property. We really enjoyed the downstairs area as well. However, we had a couple of children with us. I had my almost 2 year old with and I was terrified anytime he would go by the stairs, as they are not safe whatsoever. There is actually a ledge with no railing on one side of them. We were going to go buy a cheap baby gate, but the way the stairs are, there was no way to even set up a gate. Also, I paid a pet fee so we could bring our dog. I was under the impression that this had a fully enclosed backyard for pets. We were about to let our dog out back and noticed that there were missing boards of the fence and some very large gaps between the fence and the ground. My husband luckily had some local friends and was very lucky to be able to find last minute arrangements for our dog bc we would not be able to let him stay out in the backyard without a constant eye on him. Also, from what we could tell, there was poison ivy under the deck, making the outside space useless for pets/young children. Overall, I would reccomend this property to a large group of adults. I would not recommend this property for anyone bringing small children or anyone planning on using the back yard for their pet. Despite the couple hiccups we had, it was still nice to stay in one place with our family.

Lots of issues. Expected much better for the price we paid. Layout of home is poor. Dining area and bar room should be flipped. Seating by main tv is very poor and not comfortable at all. Deck is in need of major repair or replacing. Boards loose, holes in deck, screws sticking out of railing. Beds felt like they had the cheapest and noisiest box springs possible. Stains on bedspread were suspicious. Kitchen was great. Stairs to basement are very, VERY steep and narrow. Basement is AWESOME. Pool table and tv seating area here are great. Bedrooms in basement were quiet and comfortable. Jason (homeowner) was very responsive to our pre-arrival requests to help set up tee time and caddy at #2 and he made arrangements for us to have access to a local pool--THANK YOU!!

This house was a great solution for 3 families in town for a long weekend celebrating a wedding at The Fair Barn. Beds were comfy and lots of comfortable seating spaces for eating, visiting, etc.

The house is large enough, and each room has 2 or 3 beds. This is quite an advantage for several families with kids. We used this facility twice, and we want to use again if we go on a trip to Pinehurst. Owner's response is very fast and to the point. Thank you!

Clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for a guys golf weekend. We wanted a house that could comfortably accommodate 8 men. The size of the beds as well as the number of bathrooms made this a great place.

Our group (14 golfers) enjoyed the accommodations immensely. The home was spotless and extremely comfortable with plenty of room for the group to stretch out. Jason was accessible and responded timely to all of our inquiries. We would certainly consider a return to 2 St. Andrews Place!
