Super clean and fantastic accommodations !

The second year in a row we had a wonderful time at this condo. We had an issue when we first arrived but Paul took care of it immediately. He was great to work with and the place is great for the six of us. Beautiful lake views, pool and hot tub after skiing was perfect.

BEAUTIFUL property! Great space for multiple families or friends to have own sleeping space. Nice living and kitchen space. The grounds were well kept with ponds with water fountains. It was very relaxing to wake up to sunrise across the water.

We were in Petoskey for a wedding. Enjoyed the beautiful views in the condo.I’d Round Lake!! Enjoyed playing pickle ball there and enjoyed downtown Petoskey before our wedding.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside condo. Beautiful views of Round Lake from every room. The condo was very clean and well equipped for our family of 5. Everything we needed and directly across from Little Traverse Bay. Only issue is the master bedroom box spring, the mattress is comfy but the box spring is very old.

We had a great time with our family. The location was perfect in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and across from Petoskey State Park… The pool and hot tub was perfect on that one rainy day. Overall it was a great trip. The condos location was right on little round Lake the view was absolutely beautiful… The only negative what’s the beds …needs a little updating and new mattresses every room.. faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Other than than that it worked perfectly for our family…

Exceeded expectations. Great location and nice views of Round Lake. Well appointed, very clean and well supplied with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. One thing that would have made our stay even nicer is if some inflatable rafts or other water and sand toys were provided for the kids. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Super location. We loved spending time at Round Lake shoreline and the lakefront views. Petoskey is quaint. Also, Little Traverse Bay and Petoskey State Park just a cross the street offers many opportunities for a fun week. Condo is beautiful and well stocked. Group from June 2022.

Just back from a five day stay in this lovely lakefront getaway with seven friends that are as close as sisters. We all agreed, this property is fabulous. The owner has taken all recommendations to heart - brand new sofa, plenty of fluffy towels in the bathrooms, etc. We dined out at both the nearby brewery (Petoskey Brewing?) and Teddy Griffins and would recommend both, however, the kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with cookware, etc., and we really enjoyed creating some wonderful meals without the necessity of leaving our place. The view from the condo is outstanding and the beach just steps from the door. Also, a wonderful walking path nearby, great shopping in Harbor Springs, and many premier golf courses nearby. Thank you, Paul and Sue - your place rocks!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The view from the condo is so beautiful. The condo was very clean and beds are comfortable. It is located in a very peaceful area and close to so many great places! It’s definitely a place our family would stay at again!

The space was as advertised, and better. We enjoyed our time there very much!

We were all very happy with this condo. The listing was right on about this property. Had everything you could possible need or want. Plenty of room for everyone. Centrally located to see many different things. We absolutely loved it.

The good: We stayed the weekend to ski at Boyne Highlands. The location was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the house has some good bones. It’s right on the lake, so in the summer, this would be beautiful. The owner was very friendly and nice to work with. The ugly: We have a few reasons for our overall average rating. The house and decor are quite a bit more outdated than you can tell from the photos. The living room couches seem to be from 1980 and all seating is cloth, not leather or vinyl which might clean up better between guests. While they look surprisingly good for their age, it’s time for some new couches and chairs in a non-cloth covering! In hind sight we read through previous comments and many commented that the furniture is old. I would add to that, it appears unclear because presumably many, many have sat in this couch over the years. A leather couch and dining room seating would work better here. We also struggled with some basics, there was just one 33 gal garbage bag for the weekend, no sponge to wash dishes, no laundry detergent, and only 4 towels that could be used for the pool (for a house that sleeps “9”). I would recommend adding a few amenities like this that might cost $10, but are absolutely expected when renting a house for the weekend at almost $1000, including fees. For our party of 8, we had to share pool towels! Also consider simple things, like putting in new hangars (they are all someone’s old dry cleaning hangars) - those will cost you about $10 from Walmart and getting rid of the family photos (they make you feel like you are staying in someone’s grandma’s house). Again, for this price point, the expectation is a level of quality. The house has great bones and would be top notch with the changes I recommended here. Please seriously consider getting a large stack of white bath towels (the red ones in the upstairs bathroom with some discoloration are gross actually) and providing pool towels (or ask guests to bring their own). Also consider leaving a snow shovel for the entry way. It got really icy due to a change in weather, and it would have been great to be able to clear the walkway.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice not to have to sort through all of the extra condiments, spices, and extras that some properties allow past guests to leave. The proximity to a grocery and restaurants was great. It was simple getting in and out and low maintenace. A big thank you to the owners for making things so simple.

We stayed here with another a Family for a ski trip. It was cute and cozy. Right On the lake which makes me want to go back in the summer

We thoroughly enjoyed our week of skiing at Nubs Nob, and this condo was the perfect spot for us to stay. It was clean, had all of the cooking supplies we needed, and it was perfectly located. I especially loved being close to Toski Sands market. I really appreciated that it was well stocked with toilet paper, soaps, etc. (a small but thoughtful detail). Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great location, very clean, comfortable, quiet place. Lots of room for 2 families. Bet the lake is Beautiful in the summer. We had a great time! Downside, we felt the pull out couch was NOT good at all for sleeping.

Easy directions to follow

This condo was the perfect place for our homebase as we visited the Petoskey area. The view of the lake was spectacular as we had a full rainbow the night we arrived. The great room was perfect for conversation, games and football on tv. The bedrooms were comfortable and all the bathrooms were convenient for our group. Paul called to make sure we got in ok and that everything was ok. HIghly recommend this condo for every season.

This is a wonderful condo! The owner,Paul, was extremely responsive both in the rental process and while we were there The condo is beautiful. Very light and airy. Three levels. All three levels wonderful view of round Lake. Comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, well stocked with linens, towels, dishes etc. We rented this for the week as we had a family wedding in Petoskey at the weekend. It was easy to get around. We had our daughter with her two little ones come for the weekend. They are 4 and 1 1/2. And had a wonderful time. We went to bayfront Park, into town, and one of the best parts was the beach right outside our door. Lake is shallow at that point and the sand is very clean. The playground at bayfront front park was a real hit with the children. One day we went to Pond Hill farms which is about 20 minutes out of town. It had been suggested by two people. It was a wonderful day with the children there. Animals to see you, playground to play on, food to eat. The adults enjoy this too :-) My husband and I did hiking and so enjoyed it. We went into the state park which is a 5 to 10 minute drive from the condo and loved the trails we did there. We walked to Northwest County Trail and that was great as well. Much less rugged as it was paved :-) And Having Toski Sands grocery store and liquor store by us at the turn off to go into the condominium complex was great. At the far end of the strip mall is a wonderful bakery. Walking distance from the condo. Sunsets! We went to bayfront Park and walked along the midway to see the sunset a few nights. Another night we went to the state park and walked on the beach skipping Stones and sitting on the sand. This was a perfect time on the way around. You would thank your lucky stars to call this lovely condo home for a stay.

Excellent location to so many things to do and so very easy to find. One of the cleanest Kitchens and bathrooms I have stayed in at a VRBO rental. Upon arrival we had issues with the code and could not get in or make contact. The owner ultimately was apologetic and took good care of us. Lots of windows, two decks with beautiful views. Very quiet and somewhat private being on the end and water. I had a new mattress in my bed and it was very comfortable. The lower level was humid and damp and couldn’t we figure out the air to dry it up so a dehumidifier might be good when air and heat aren’t running in off season. I am guessing this isn’t a problem when these are running. We were purposely looking forward to the pool and hot tub but it was closed. We were not sure if it was work or seasonal but that area looked very nice and clean also. It may say dated but it was a nice and very clean set up and all the kitchen items you would ever need and they were spotless.

Great condo and amenities for nice, relaxing weekend with friends.

All the beds were extremely uncomfortable, even for our 11,9 and 7 year old grandchildren. The mattresses pillows etc, all need to be updated for a comfortable nights sleep. There was dirty pans left in the oven. Wet laundry left in the wash machine, clothes left in the dryer for us to take care of. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom, were half missing so we had to put a blanket over the valance to have some privacy right on the lakeside, where people were walking by all the time with their pets. The condo had a very musty smell to it, the silverware had dirty food on them in the drawers, the sliding door screens were ripped so you could not even have fresh air in the unit if you wanted to. It was in a great location with a great view, but sadly we spent most of our time away from the condo itself, enjoying the beauty of Petoskey.

What a wonderful week in Petoskey. We had an excellent time relaxing on the quite Round Lake. Paul's condo was fabulous. Great views right on the waterfront. Very quiet and relaxing setting. The condo complex is wonderful. We went on numerous walks every day. Petoskey State Park is across the road and within walking distance. The accommodations were great. Everyone had a great time jet skiing, floating in the lake, walking around the complex and yes some financial donations at the casino. And the fly over by the military aircraft (one F-15 and 2- A10s) was an excellent bonus. The lake is quiet but lots of fun. We would most definitely recommend Paul's place, and look forward to staying next year. Can't say enough - a great vacation get-away. Recommend walking around the Bayview Association Neighborhood . Only thing in my opinion and only because I really don't like traffic - the traffic on US-31 is horrendous. But that's because everyone loves coming to Petoskey. Best Regards! The Hauger Ken Hauger

It was beautiful and always maintained. It was great to walk to Tisci Sands. One stop shop! A little more than a grocery store but totally worth it for the convenience.

We had a great week in this nice condo on Round Lake! We love the Petoskey and Harbor springs area and spent most days out and about, so nice to come home to this comfy and relaxing home. But we also spent 2 great beach days right there at our own place. You cannot beat the location for all those things, HUGE perk to have the lake right out the back door. So many good things to say; -2 great decks/balconies to relax and enjoy the view -3 bathrooms is so convenient -Plenty of room for our group of 8 while kids were there and plenty of privacy when it was 2 couples -Right next to the beach, gazebo and trickling spring that is so relaxing to listen to. -Very quiet complex even though it is large, hardly saw anyone else. kids had pool to themselves each time -5 mins to petoskey, 5 mins to Harbor Springs and across the street from state park- perfect for sunsets -clean and open airy with constant views of the lake from all the big windows Just a few cons: -Getting in was a little confusing, listing needs to be updated with new directions. But able to reach owners pretty quickly and correct the issue -gets warm in loft bedroom- but just bring a fan - sectional sofa is comfy but a couple footstools would be nice also, didn't feel right to put feet on glass coffee table -Upstairs bed is very hard and not great sleeping where the downstairs/master bed is too soft and creaky. Felt every movement of spouse and also at times felt you might roll out of it -appreciate the lovely flowers on property, but the flower box on upper deck blocks the view of lake Great time and we will be looking to book again at this lovely property!

We were thrilled with the rental after the Fourth of July weekend. Even though the weather was rainy and chilly for several days the club house has an exercise room as well as an indoor heated swimming pool. The adults as well as the toddler loved it. The rental is close to Petoskey as well as Harbor springs for shopping and restaurants. The bike path runs right next to the condo for additional adventure. Being right next to Round Lake was a bonus since the water was much warmer than at petoskey state park. We would certainly recommend it to everyone. The owners were great responding to questions in a timely matter. Great times; wonderful place!

We didn’t have the best weather however we made the best out of our stay. Location made options unlimited. Indoor pool and sandy bottom beach also helped make the stay that much better.
