Rams Hill Condo Casita 2 BR Renovated Condo Desert View
Das renovierte 2-Zimmer-Casita Wohnanlage befindet sich in der Rams Hill Entwicklung in der Wüste Gemeinschaft von Borrego Springs hat einen schönen Blick auf die Wüste und die Berge. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen neuen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl, Granit, und Geschirrspüler. Große Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player und Internetzugang. Kein Kabel, hat aber einen Computer Anschließen von Ihrem Computer zu streamen. Es ist eine Doppel-Größe und in voller Größe Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zwei zusätzliche Gäste gerecht zu werden, und einen Kamin. Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Blick auf die Wüste nach Westen. Das Badezimmer hat große Wanne und zwei Waschbecken. Im Obergeschoss Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, ist vollständig gekapselt (nicht ein Loft-Zimmer) mit einem schönen Glas-Kunst ocotillo Design-Fenster in der Innenwand, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC und eine Sonnenterrasse. Gasgrill auf der Terrasse zurück, Feuerstelle Tisch und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Wüste und die Berge. Die Rams Hill preisgekrönten Golfplatz wurde vor kurzem neu eröffnet und befindet sich auf einem pro Play-Basis zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch mehrere Golfplätze innerhalb von ein paar Meilen von der Rams Hill Entwicklung. Viele Wanderwege und Plätze zum Fahrrad im gesamten Borrego Bereich. Second time in this unit. Great location, close to clubhouse, expansive desert views. Many upgrades, nice kitcen and liing area. Best was the upstairs bedroom and bath. After the long winter rental season the unit could use some maintenance and TLC which I'm sure it will get. Nothing that interrupted our annual Borrego Springs visit.

Small but good lay out. Kitchen nicely re-done. Had the things you need.
Only down side this time of year is western exposure on patio side, hot in the afternoon. Have to keep the blinds pulled. Otherwise good view to the west.

Dirty laundry in washer. Dryer full. All hand soaps almost empty.

I DID receive an earful of excuses blaming staff because the owner has 4 rentals to clean. PS. This place shares a wall with a 1BR 1BA dwelling which was less than pleasant.

Nice accommodations for adult family members visiting Borrego Springs. All as advertised - day one development gate entry glitch was nicely resolved by the owner, much obliged.

Nice property in Ram’s Hill. Close to the clubhouse, pool, rec center. Biked all around and it was extremely quiet and clean. We will be back.

Nice property but not refreshed
Property was nice and well equipped. Some area were not refreshed before we came. The Master shower had spiders and spider webs in the basin. Also, it was 90 degrees inside which tells me it probably was cleaned after the last person left, but not refreshed when we came, otherwise the cleaning crew would have started the air. The fabric softener was a gelatinous glob. It may have sat unused for quite some time. I had to dump the ice and make more because it was a block. It was also yellow like someone had spilled something in there.

Great location
The property was conveniently located outside of Borrego Springs and easy access to Anza Borrego State Park. The assistants at the kiosk were friendly and the Rams Hill Complex is well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay

February getaway
This casita was the perfect size and location. We love staying at Rams Hill. Loved the outdoor patio with table fire pit as well as indoor fireplace.
Judy was very responsive to all my questions.
We would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant stay
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised and very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped which made making dinner at home easy. I also appreciated the host's detailed instructions.

Perfect for us even though we weren’t golfers
This was a comfortable casita. We stayed a month. The view of the desert greeted us every morning. The extra banisters for the shower and stairs were very helpful. There was a lot of thought put into making visitors comfortable.

Clean and Comfortable
This condo was great! It was clean and comfortable. There were some nice walking areas around the complex, and it was close to the little town of Borrego Springs where we picked up some last minute necessities and ate at the restaurants a couple of times. Communication with the owners was good also. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything s advertised. One minor temporary problem - refrigerator door closure emits chirps if not closed correctly.

Cute Casita!
The place was wonderful, great location, and a nice community, with incredibly easy to access parking spot right out of the back yard if you happen to be transporting luggage to and from the condo. Also a great place to watch the stars from!
It is very spacious and stocked with all the essentials. Owners are very responsive. The people running the kiosk to the community were also very nice!

Great apartment, great amenities!
Walking distance from the Rams Hill golf course. Very smooth check in process and the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed plus more! Very easy to get in touch with the owner. Will definitely be back here for future trips!

Relaxing fun weekend
The owners were so helpful and the property is in a great location. We were 15 mins away from where we could enjoy atv riding, dirt bike riding and then come back to the condo where we enjoyed relaxing at the pool and spending quality family time.

Nice stay
Well located in the Casitas at Ram’s Hill. Very well provisioned rental from bandaids to cookware. Very responsive owners. The unit had been rented for several months before our term and some things needed fixing. The owners had every item repaired or replaced.
The cleaning people could have done a better job.

Ideal Christmas Casita
Lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and well located property that suited our needs ideally over the Christmas holiday. The large outdoor patio allowed our small gathering to dine safely outdoors on Christmas afternoon, while enjoying a beautiful desert view. The condo was comfortably and tastefully furnished, and provided quality appliances, big screen TV, dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware and utensils. linens and towels. We were very impressed, and delighted that our choice of property to rent for the holiday turned out to be so nice. We will definitely be back. As property hosts ourselves, we applaude the owners of this unit for taking such great care of the condo and demonstrating such pride of ownership.

A great place in Borrego Springs
What a lovely place to stay. The Casita has a wonderful, spacious design and it was a pleasure staying here. Everything was clean and well organized and we hope to stay here again. I did call the owners to ask a few questions and they responded immediately in a friendly and courteous manner. We loved going outside at night to watch the stars and the meteor shower.

Most of the family where in trailers put we needed more comfort and and that we got at your beautiful home.My sister & brother-in-law from Kansas came to take us and they travel a lot in his counseling business and Gay said your home was one of the nicest they had ever stayed in.Perfect trip for everyone, I am 88years and my husband 89, my sister 16 years younger!!!

Perfect getaway
A perfect getaway to have quiet family time; nice for hiking, biking, has a pool, PERFECT for sky watching. Hosts were always accessible; house is beautiful and spotless! And it includes many extras such us regular AND decaf coffee, board games, back patio with BBQ, patio table and a fire pit with a beautiful view. If you’re coming to watch the stars, you’re coming to the right place. LOVED it!

Needs some repair
This is second time we have stayed in this unit. This time the stove did not work, one shower did not work, and there were a several dead bugs on living room floor. Also, the webbing on the chairs on the patio were rotted thru and unusable.

Desert adventure
This well equipped vacation home has everything you need for your getaway! We had two couples use this as a landing pad while exploring Anza Borrego park.
Beautiful views and very comfortable accommodations. I only had one question which was very quickly answered by the owners. Highly recommend!

Beautifully designed and equipped casita with great views to the desert and mountains
My sister and I took this trip to celebrate our birthdays and could not have made a better choice. The casita is exquisitely designed for both together and privacy and the landscaping of the small development of homes is among the nicest I've ever seen. It does not feel like a subdivision.
If I could magically wish it perfect, it would be to have more contemporary light feeling furniture to go with the setting. That said, the bed was comfortable, there was more than ample storage space and equipment and the quality of the furniture was good. One thing truly needed are mats and safety bars in the bathrooms.
We hope to return again.

The property is fine. The view is terrific.
We had a great time in Borrego Springs. The warm weather, great accommodations, and pet friendly area made for a nice three weeks. I gave it only four stars because there were no amenities on site. One pool with the fitness room was unavailable and has been for some time. The other pool in the residential area we were told we couldn’t use. Now we were given the use of fitness and pool down the street at another resort. It was not really convenient as you had to drive there. The tennis courts were unavailable as well. Borrego Springs is a great place to go if you don’t want the crowds of Palm Springs. The golf course is beautiful.
