Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für 6 Personen und ist der perfekte Ort für einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. HDTV, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Besteck, Gläsern, Tellern, Korkenziehern, Grill, usw. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause aus !!! Es hat ein offenes Layout und eine friedliche Atmosphäre. Erfrischen Sie sich beim Schwimmen im Pool und speisen Sie im Freien. Die Terrasse ist der perfekte Ort, um ein Glas Wein zu trinken oder einen Morgenkaffee und ein gutes Buch zu genießen. Poinciana Village ist eine freundliche Gemeinde, sehr schöne und sichere Nachbarschaft. Durch die zentrale Lage erreichen Sie innerhalb von 10 Fahrminuten eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Geschäften und Kinos. Gleichzeitig gibt es viele schöne Strände, von denen aus Sie den Sonnenuntergang beobachten und das warme Wasser der Golfküste genießen können. Der nächste Strand ist der Clam Pass Park am westlichen Ende der Pine Ridge Road. Es gibt eine 0, 6-Meilen-Promenade. Weitere Aktivitäten in der Nähe sind der Zoo von Neapel, das Naples Philharmonic Center, der Botanische Garten, Golf, Tennis, Bootfahren und Wanderparks. Dies ist ein Ferienhaus, von dem ich sicher bin, dass Sie es lieben und schätzen werden. Genießen Sie die Sonne am Pool in einer der gemütlichen Chaiselongues oder grillen Sie am gemütlichen, überdachten Esstisch im Freien. Das ist Neapel lebt!

Great place for a family. Very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Very safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and very nice. Would definitely return.

We had such a wonderful family vacation here! The home is in a great neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach. The best part was the private, heated pool. Our kids were in there every free moment we had! Very clean, very comfortable, and just perfect. We didn't want to come home!

Nice spacious house with a nice pool area. Large pool with sitting and dining area under the lanai.
Check in was good except for an issue getting the WiFi to work. Called Fran and she replied quickly. She said she didn’t know how to fix it and told me to call Mariya. I left Mariya a message and never heard from her. Luckily I figured out the issue.

Lovely villa in quiet residential neighbourhood. Car is an absolute must have in order to appreciate NAPLES and its great beaches. Pool, barbeque and outside patio great for relaxing. Villa spacious and well appointed. Odd problems sorted immediately by property manager who lives directly opposite.Definitely recommended.

Beautiful house!
We really loved our stay at this property! The location was great, not too far from shops / beaches etc. Everything was spotless. The owners even left us a bottle of wine, some beers and some chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch. We’d definitely book again :-)

Perfect Spring break with kids
My kids and I had a fantastic stay at this property. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, the pool had noodles and tubes and the bedroom bathrooms had everything we needed. I’ve already looked at staying here again next year! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Comfy family home
My mom, husband, 3-yr-old and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The house was well equipped, the pool was great and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. House was a good size for our family too, everyone had their own space. We could walk to a local playground so that was a big perk but otherwise the location isn’t walkable to get to amenities. There are a lot of attractions within a 10-20 min drive - nice beaches, the zoo, historic Naples, etc. Also we flew into Fort Myers airport and it was an easy 30 min drive to get to the house. Highly recommend as long as you’re okay driving everywhere.

Fantastic home!
We stayed here for my 30th birthday. It was amazing! We had the entire house and it’s such a great size. The heated pool was my favorite thing about the house, and we really enjoyed the huge kitchen. Highly recommend this home!

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and amenities of this home. We found it especially helpful to have towels stocked, and everything you'd need to feel comfortable. The backyard set up is a dream with a covered patio, and a lanai atop the pool. Outside the home, you're close to shopping, and restaurants. The only and I mean only downside to this rental is that some of the neighborhood homes look run down. However, it is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. So the appearance of other homes is a non issue once you're inside this beautiful and well appointed home.

It was a great place at great location. House has all the amenities. Owner is really nice. Property manager was also great in communicating. Pool was great. We had no issues and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely keep in mind of this property again, when we come back.

Bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise. Pack-n-play with nice mattress and all the bedding accessories. Regular and beach towels and beach toys; basketball and volleyball along with beach chairs and umbrellas. House was very clean when we got there and all things considered we felt cleaning crew did its due diligence. Bedroom locations were perfect since we had a toddler and an infant. While walls are not soundproof it gave us the needed privacy since sleeping schedules were different. Communication - owner was very quick in responding and was very pleasant. Can't wait to come back!
