Large house perfect for family reunion. Massage chair definitely a popular attraction! Lots of beds and well equipped kitchen. Owner very responsive and kept in touch. Easy check in.

My family loves this home! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we love it. We plan to stay here again!

Lots of room. The littles loved the ducks and the play area. Owner was very responsive. I would suggest to have AC running well before guests arrive. The first night, my family that slept in two of the bedrooms were so warm, it was hard to sleep. And yes they had the provided fans running. As long as the master bedroom was set at 68, the rooms upstairs were nice. No one wanted to sleep in the basement and fortunately we didn't really need it. That area could use an upgrade. Found mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets. Probably need to deep clean the kitchen. It was also difficult to get a hot shower, no matter how we spaced them out. Overall, it wasn't bad.

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the yard and surrounding area for all sorts of games and exploring. There was 26 of us and we had plenty of room. Great place for a large group.

Had around 50 family members, what a great location, the sanctuary is an added bonus. Joel was great and communicated well, thanks for the great weekend!

Finding a place big enough is a challenge but this home has plenty of room inside and outside.

This place is great size for big family gatherings. Beautiful yard and surroundings. Plenty of sleeping room and places to hang out and enjoy those you are with. Great proximity to Pocatello and not too far from Lava Hot Springs. It has Dish network for TV but we never even turned the TV's on. I would suggest bringing your camping chairs because there is not much seating on the decks but what a great place, especially this time of year. So green and beautiful. Our family has it on the list to return to.

The property was private and spacious, we had ample room for yard games and the kids especially enjoyed feeding the ducks at the pond. I set up a slip-n-slide on the downward slope of the yard which was perfect for the kids to have fun sliding down to the bottom of the slide. Some of the things in the home were not working and needed to be repaired, fridge ice maker and master bedroom tub. The basement bedrooms probably should be remodeled. My daughters wouldn't use them but the boys were ok sleeping there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and the close proximity to Lava Hot Springs made for a short drive. There was plenty of room to spread out and find your own private space. Everyone enjoyed the message chair. This property is great for family gatherings. I would stay here again.

Had a fun stay here. The kids loved the time in the sanctuary, and the home was large enough for all of us. As mentioned previously, this property is at a good price, but there is a per person charge for each in your party over 13. Karl Malone bed was.. special.

Easy to book, property manager was available and easy to ask questions, and overall a great time! Worked well for our large group of friends to get away for a weekend.

The accommodations we perfected for the group we brought out to compete at an indoor track meet . We loved the house and it had plenty of room.

Super fun place to stay for large family gatherings. Bedrooms were clean, I believe 13 total beds. The massage chair was super fun! Turkeys and deer everywhere. Fun to feed the ducks in the pond. Kitchen, bar, and dining room was super spacious. Master bedroom was bigger than anything I've ever stayed in. The master bed was like three times the size of a king bed! Nothing negative to say. Close enough to enjoy Lava.

It was perfect for our Christmas Family getaway. It’s so Beautiful and Quiet will plan to go back maybe Fall this time .

Joel was an amazing host and the property was perfect for our family. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the fire pit and grill, and feeding the ducks and turkeys. We will definitely be visiting again!

Our family enjoyed this property immensely! The owner worked with us to provide enough space for our trailers for the overflow family members. Kitchen provided enough pots/pans and other kitchen needs. Huge pantry, long bar with stools in the kitchen area, all appliances functioned well, enough tables for seating inside and beautiful yard for kids to play outside. Home is located in a beautiful setting! Thank you

The rental home accommodated or group of 35 okay, but just barely. (A larger group would need to send some people to camp down the highway a mile at the associated campground on the river.) We loved the large open kitchen and dining area that opens onto the deck. There was plenty of seating/eating area for our group. And the serving/counter/breakfast bar space was huge, and could seat 11 people all by itself. But we mostly used it as a serving space to lay out all the food and paper goods we brought. Worked perfectly. The main level with the kitchen was nice and cool in this 90+ degree weather. But the upstairs great room and associated four bedrooms where most of our group slept, were quite warm during the afternoon and into the night. And the basement had a fairly strong musty smell and was super cold the whole time, largely due to a number of leaks in the HVAC ducting that let the conditioned air blow constantly down there. The family of six that slept in the two bedrooms and open area beds down there slept fine. But that whole basement area, and especially the bathroom and shower, needs a complete makeover, particularly one low doorway that bruised my 6 ft son-in-law just above the forehead every time he wasn't paying attention when walking into the bedroom. Despite the fact that the jetted tub was out of order, the master bedroom was amazing, with a bed that was four times the size of a regular King. My family loved the tall mature shade trees and huge well maintained lawn that surrounded the house. Plenty of area to play lawn games in the shade. And we enjoyed an afternoon playing in the river at the campground swimming hole down the highway. It really help to bring our own 12x12 canopy for shade at the river's edge. And of course, the main reason we rented this place was because it was only 20 minutes to Lava Hot Springs, where our family rafted the river through town one day, and returned the next day for some great fun at the water park where there are high dives and super great slides for the courageous, and low slides, splash pad, and a lot of swimming area for the whole family. The owner was very responsive to our needs. There were plenty of things for my family plan to enjoy during our reservation period of four nights. I give this place 4 of 5 stars, and would have given it 5 of 5 if the heating and cooling in the upstairs and the basement had been more controlled.
