Große offene Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Höchste Bauqualität mit schönen Räumen und Kunstwerken. 4 BR, 4 1/2 Bad, alles spektakulär. Jeder BR hat ein eigenes Bad. Riesige, friedliche, abgeschirmte Veranda, die zum Pool führt. Großer 4K Fernseher über Kamin. Pier / Village zu Fuß erreichbar. Schlaf bis zu 8 - 10 bequem. Objekt exklusiv für den Ferienmieter konzipiert. Enthält viele Parkplätze, Pool und befindet sich in einer etablierten, ruhigen Gegend. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein eigener gemeinsamer Sitzbereich mit einer Kaffeestation. Sie werden an dieser Stelle keine vergleichbare Immobilie finden! Beachten Sie, dass wir unsere Gäste besonders genießen und uns bemühen, ihren Aufenthalt so unvergesslich wie möglich zu gestalten. Our family has been visiting SSI for over 25 years. This property is our absolute favorite! The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for gatherings big and small. Location on the island and neighborhood are both great. Memories made watching the Olympics from porch and pool were priceless!! Hope to return next summer 😉

This house was by far our favorite St Simmons rental. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s incredible. Great location, great pool. Owners and manager were very kind. The only negative is that we had to leave. 😂

We had a wonderful time on SSI! The house was gorgeous and we were very satisfied with our experience. This is even in spite of the hurricane which knocked out power for about 8 hours. Would recommend!

Great location in St. Simon. House is super clean and has a great layout for family or friends to spread out and enjoy. The screened porch is spectacular and a great place along with the pool area to relax and spend time on vacation.

I can speak for everyone in our family that we had a wonderful time on St Simons Island and this fabulous home. All the rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The pool is awesome and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for multiple cooks to work. The house is light and bright with do many amenities. We had a fantastic week!

Our family enjoyed another incredible stay at Village Retreat! We have been repeat guests since the property opened, and it never disappoints! Everything is always clean, updated, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this property to anyone with multiple families.

This was a beautiful home perfect for our family of all ages. The location was a big plus(close to parks and town). We really enjoyed the bed swing on the porch. We would all love to return!

Perfect for a large group but had a cozy feel. Has everything you need and a few things you didn’t realize you did! Rent bikes as it is a great way to explore the island.

The house is immaculate. It is extremely clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need is available to you. The screened in back porch is worth the price of admission alone! Very thoughtful furnishings. It is in a great location on the island. It is very close to Pier Village. The Owners are wonderful communicators, and they go above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

Great Home for a Family Vacation!
First of all, the owners were great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. The home is gorgeous and clean. There was plenty of room for all eight of us and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all very nice. The backyard is a vacation oasis with the screened in porch and the beautiful pool. We explored all of SSI and we feel that this home is in the perfect location. Pier Village is easily walkable and everything is a very short drive away. We would not hesitate to rent again!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The decor style is gorgeous and the open layout is Percy for gatherings. My five year old loved the pool!!!!

Family beach trip
Enjoyed a wonderful but much too short week at the beach in this home. It was spectacular. Very well furnished with what is needed for the week. The screen porch and pool were so convenient and well kept. The neighborhood is so peaceful and we enjoyed daily walks. Will return soon! Hosts were very easy to work with , friendly and responded quickly to questions.

This was our second time staying and it did not disappoint. We all had an amazing vacation at this great property. We especially loved having coffee on the front porch in the morning and enjoying the afternoon in the pool. St. Simons has quickly become one of our favorite vacation destinations and we definitely plan to be back and stay here ag.

We had a great stay at the house and the owners were wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating with a last minute request and were wonderful communicators. We did lose 2 days of pool use due to previous guests not properly maintaining the pool, and while it was no fault of the owner we were able to contact the property manager and he was just as great to work with. The porches and decor were absolutely fabulous… so wonderful that the entire family discussed how badly they wanted to build the exact same house right back home. We would definitely request to stay here again if ever back in the area.

Spectacular Home
Our family just returned from a week’s vacation at this beautiful home on SSI. We loved everything about this home; from the front porch to the amazing screened in porch which we took full advantage of! The owners are wonderful and have set up their home to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.
The only negative I can think of is that we did not stay for 2 weeks!

Everything about our stay was wonderful- the house was immaculate- the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything is high quality and the little details were thought through for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is safe and perfectly located. The pool was clean and refreshing. The owners were prompt and gave great recommendations. My family had such an amazing vacation- can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to rent a golf cart for your trip!

Our family had an amazing week. The house is gorgeous. We had plenty of room for 5 adults. The pool was great for the hot afternoons and the screened in porch was excellent for relaxing. We are already planning our next trip back!

The most relaxing vacation
We absolutely loved our time in St. Simons and this property was absolutely amazing - it was even nicer than represented in the photos. The home was extremely clean and laid out perfectly for sharing with another family. We all loved hanging out in the pool and screened in porch during the afternoon. This was our first visit to St. Simon Island and it was one of our favorite vacations so far. We definitely will be back and will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

Amazing vacation property with many finishing touches! Open floorplan to accommodate a large group as well as a perfect size pool for some fun in the sun! We enjoyed every bit of our vacation at the Village Retreat!

Family vacation
My husband and I have stayed here several times with our golf friends. We loved it so much we wanted to bring our kids and grandkids. It did not disappoint! The porch, pool, large kitchen table and location make this the perfect home for a relaxing vacation. We will be back! Thank you!

Our family loved the house. Having the swimming pool was such a treat. Late night swims were amazing.The screened porch was so relaxing to drink coffee in the mornings. We all fought over the bed swing! Could not have asked for a better week-we were sad when it was over!
