Dieses prächtige 2940 Quadratmeter große Haus befindet sich in einem angesehenen Viertel am See. Es ist wunderschön und luxuriös und bietet einen großen Wohnbereich mit offenem Konzept und einem angrenzenden, 400 Quadratfuß großen, klimatisierten Wintergarten mit einer Innenwand aus versenktem Glas, die den Innen- und Außenbereich einschließt. Das Äußere des Wintergartens besteht aus Glastüren, die geöffnet und gestapelt werden können, um eine Veranda im Freien zu ermöglichen. Der Wintergarten ist komfortabel mit einem Ledersofa und einem großen Esstisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Es hat auch eine Wandmontage, Großbild-TV und luxuriöse Deckenventilatoren. 2 Außenterrassen flankieren den Wintergarten zu beiden Seiten. This is a really nice house in an upscale neighborhood. Everything is clean and ready for a visit. Beds are comfortable, and the space is ample. Owner is quick to communicate. Thanks for the use of your home!

Cleanliness- 2 out of 5 (Especially in kitchen area. Cooking utensils and cookware need to be replaced. Found dirty dishes).

Didn't find directory or booklet listing local establishments, places of interest, etc. like you normally find in a vacation rental.

We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives but the other ones had to stay at the relatives home that lives in Jacksonville. I was also told that other guest can not have access to the property if 20.00 wasn’t received which kind of threw us off on family dinners that we planned. I reviewed the host policy only confusion after the 20.00 paid on each guest that was staying overnight was that the ones that was able to be on the property….by ready the policy I assume the other ones can be considered visitors before we made plans for dinner I contacted the host just to confirm can we have visitors she stated all guest had to pay. We had no problem with this BUT the issues driving back and forth to relative home. We really didn’t get a chance to enjoy this beautiful home because the days we were there we got up and went straight to family home and got back in late so mainly we booked just to sleep. Could’ve been better to at least had family visits. So we could’ve have more room for our lunchtime and dinner time.

12 of our family stayed, 8 adults and 4 under 18. The house was safe in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, well stocked, clean, and spacious. The back room was so peaceful! The electricity went off in the neighborhood while there but this was no fault of the owner's, she was quick to respond and it wasn't off long. Grateful for a relaxing home to borrow for a few days! Plan to return again!

The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and can easily accommodate large families. Its location provides easy access to Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Booking, check in, and communication went very smoothly. Great stay with family.

We loved our stay however , my husband and son were very disappointed. We booked this home as they both love playing pool. They were unable however to have a proper game. The room is too small for the billiard table even with the smaller cue sticks one can’t have a proper game . Perhaps it could be considered by the owners to switch the pool room with the TV area in the open kitchen sitting area. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.

Exactly as listed - beautiful property with nice amenities and perfect layout for large family. Kids loved their bunk bed room. Everyone enjoyed their stay. If we are ever back in Jacksonville, we will surely be back!

There were 7 of us in our party, all adults. We never felt cramped. This house has plenty of room where you can all have your own space to relax but also come together for games and such. The bedrooms were spacious as was the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the dishes/pans/etc. we needed. The patio is GORGEOUS! Everything was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and our host left bottled waters and a few snacks in the basket which was a lovely touch. Host was very communicative, even calling a few days prior to remind me of the information she still needed (car and visitor info, I had forgotten). I can’t recommend this place enough. We were a short 30 minute drive to the heart of Jacksonville. The neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our family group of 10. The bunkroom was different and a great idea for younger teens. Unfortunately we breed Tall kids so they didnt fit in the bunks, but the back glass room was perfect for a slumber party instead. The kit hen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of towels and bedding and blankets also. The owner is very responsive and personable. The house was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The neighborhood is beautiful and very close to everything.

The house was very nice. Lots of room and clean. Host was very responsive. TV instructions could be improved for the nontechy old folks. Only other issue for me would be to list a price and be done with it. The house can serve 14, I don't want to check back with updates if someone cancels or someone adds on as long as we are within the parameters of the house. I got a large home so we could accommodate last minute changes. There seemed to be concern of having a party. 14 friends at a vacation rental = party! I have never been disrespectful of anyone's home and would not have guests that were. I have had my own VRBO in the past for several years and understand how it is with renters. Again, host very responsive and house nice. Thank you!!

The house has an amazing floorplan and is very comfortable. There is some tlc needed, attention to detail in cleanliness and organization. Most of the kitchen's utensils were not clean. It would have been nice to have screens on the windows so A/C didn't have to run constantly.

This was a nice place to stay, it was very roomy, well maintained, and nicely laid out. The pool table was great for the teens in our group. The hosts were helpful, informative, and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

The property was awesome however the Host lied about a few things and tried to charge me extra.
First, it doesn't specifically state that you are charged per person. The house sleeps 14 if you are gonna gave 14 make it clear up front so u can get the true total. If not you will be charged extra. I received an email from the host saying that we broke items and left trash in the home. All lies there was a lot of trash , yes but it was all bagged up and put outside. No trash was left in the home. The host also said we bleached their towels and tried to charge us. Those were our trowels that we forgot at the property. The host said we broke a picture that I found out later was previously glued. I dont mind paying for anything we damaged but we didnt damage anything. We pay a cleaning fee then the host is mad they have to clean some things??? But overall its a beautiful home! Host needs to calm down a little.

Each year the women in our family get together to spend time together and bond; this property is very clean and spacious, it allowed everyone to stay together, there is plenty of space to do activities, we were able to have meals in the glassed sunroom, able to grill out; the home is just as pictured and the host, Lori, was very responsive. All check in/out information was easy to understand and check in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet with a walking trail across from the entrance. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this property- the location was perfect for our purposes with close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The home is exactly as pictured and located in a quiet neighborhood. Host responded quickly and with thorough information. Will definitely book again for my next visit to the area!

This is the perfect property for large families with kids. Peaceful neighborhood, exceptionally neat and clean with plenty of room for sleeping, eating and having fun. The air conditioned glass enclosed patio allowed the little ones to play games and watch tv without us all feeling cramped or annoying great grandma, and later in the evening allowed the adults to relax and chill without waking the sleeping youngsters. This was our second stay at this property, both times for family weddings in Mandarin, and our 12 family members were comfortable! The host is very responsive and the home is beautiful!

Had a great stay at this lovely home. It was just as portrayed in the photos. We had wonderful family time in the 4 seasons room and loved having a pool table. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the master bedroom and large bathroom off of it. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay!! We were in town for a busy weekend attending a friends wedding. During our down time, all ten of us were very comfortable. It was nice having plenty of room to relax in between coming and going. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed getting up early and walking on the paved path just outside the community. Definitely an added bonus! Thank you for having us!!

This home is fantastic! If you ever have the chance to stay here, I highly recommend it. Lori (host) is a quick communicator and very accommodating. The location is peaceful and close to many eateries and shops. We had 5 adults share this space; we each had our own comfortable rooms for privacy during the quiet hours and great choices between the sun room, dining room, living rooms and pool table room to enjoy each others company. Incredibly spacious, comfortable and clean.
