All good, clean, nice neighborhood, quiet, short walk to the beach

We rented this home for a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. The house was exactly as described. The only minor issue, which was not a issue but should be noted if someone was super picky, was the description said coffee maker and grinder and it was actually a Keurig machine. So we brought coffee but had to go by the K-cups for the maker. Again not really a big deal but never now how other people would handle that so that's why I am mentioning. The house had all the things needed for a vacation. We lived 3 hours away so we brought a lot of things we didn't even need because the house was stocked. However, for someone flying down, don't worry this house has everything. There was a cooler for the beach, beach chairs, toys, a wagon to pull all the beach stuff. The pool had a float and noodles for swimming. The TV had cable and was smart TV so that was a nice touch for movies or the kids watching Youtube. There were plenty of towels and bed linens. There were things I would not have expected like a iron, blender for drinks. The house really has everything you could need. The pool area was really the highlight of the house. Plenty of space to entertain with a larger sized pool. The patio area was great with seating for up to 8 people, plus two bar stools. The beach was close with two access points; however, you have to walk with your beach toys. The only negative, which is a city issue, is there is no parking at the nearby beach so you have to walk or ride a bike. The house had 4 nice bikes to ride. We rented a golf cart so we could drive and drop off people and the beach stuff. Tigertail beach is a short 5 minute drive and they have parking; however, the walk to the beach from the parking is long. I would recommend the beach near the house. There was plenty of things to do at night nearby like restaurants and shopping. The kids loved walking to the JW Marriot nearby and you can use the 10K Alley arcade and the restaurants. Overall the house was wonderful and we had a great vacation. We will definitely book again in the future.

My coworkers and I stayed here for a week while attending a conference at the JW Marriott across the street. The house is close enough that we could walk to and from the conference easily and quickly. The house itself is very clean and tidy with the perfect amount of space for the three of us to rest up in our own spacious rooms and set up a remote office at the desk near the kitchen.

Three of my grandchildren will be going away to college at the end of August so I wanted to make sure that we created some memories before they went away- this was the perfect place - the house is super close to the beach (walking distance) fully equipped the owner is always readily available and I can’t wait until we can go back again - An amazing time in Marco Island but specifically at this property. The rate was very attractive considering the closeness to the beach 🏖 plus the pool is an added benefit.

The location was great, a short walk to the beach with a wagon to haul your goods. The private pool was perfect in the afternoon, so the kids could swim. The house is just as described. Communication with owner during our stay was timely when needed.

The house was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. My family and I felt right at home.

We had a wonderful time on Marco island. The house was a nice floorplan, good amount of space, nice bathrooms, great pool. We may have read the description wrong and were surprised all rooms had their own bathroom. Such a nice setup. Well stocked kitchen and everything worked well. The pool was so great. Nice temp, clean and a good depth for adults and kids. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Beach was a little further walk than expected. We were told it was 100 yards, but the public beach access is about 8-10 min walk either direction. The beach cart was a little saver and the chairs were great. We bought more beach toys and left at the property for the next kids! Overall a wonderful property, great location and made a memorable trip for our family!

This is a great house for adults with children or three couples who need some space but want to stay in the same house. The bedrooms are far enough apart to give privacy when needed. The living area has an extra sofa that is not shown online and it provides plenty of room to gather inside. We spent most of our time outside in the pool or relaxing/eating on the comfortable outdoor dining set. It was nice to dine and relax in the evening and not worry about bug bites! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The walk to the beach is easy and the nearby restaurants were great. I was in contact with the owner before we arrived and he was very quick to respond. I will recommend this house to my friends and family.

Great layout, wonderful pool! Close to the beach and restaurants. Was able to walk everywhere. Host was excellent! Tons of dishes, pots, pans and great coffee cups. They have a Keurig coffee maker. The appliances looked new. We would stay there again.

This is a great house to stay in, very clean and perfect for people sharing a house for a week. Friends and I rented the house and attended a meditation retreat at the JW Marriot. Perfect walking distance from the hotel and it suited our needs. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely. The house was clean and the three bedrooms felt separate enough especially since each bedroom had use of their own bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)

Found everything as advertised. Clean and comfortable.

Location was great. Had an issue with the shower and it was easy to get a hold of someone and fixed quickly. We always bring our own shampoo and had to get some hand soap that wasn’t supplied just fyi. Would definently use again. Ty.

Home was perfect, spacious. We have 2 adult children, they both had their own space which was wonderful. Within walking distance to shopping and the beach. We are beach goers so that was definitely a bonus. Pool was fabulous. Had one plumbing issue during our stay which was quickly resolved by owner. The bikes were a a plus, used them frequently.The only negative was beach chairs need an upgrade, would definitely stay again!

We spent 8 nights here over thanksgiving. Myself, husband and our 2 sons (almost 3 and recently turned 5) traveled from Massachusetts to Marco. Important to note because it’s not like we could pack “just in case the listing isn’t accurate” items due to flying! The house is fantastic in so many ways... I’ll start by mentioning pool safety things for parents like me who are scrolling reviews for such info. ALL of the sliding doors to the pool area are older doors with locks that are challenging for adults to open and (at least with mine) impossible for little kids. The kind with the tiny circle you must turn while also moving a small lever. Right away, this is a huge plus for this property due to the peace of mind it gives parents. To be clear, the doors themselves are not kid proof but they are way way more kid proof than new sliding doors. But on top of that, there is a pool fence in the garage for an added layer of time/security. We did not use it, finding the doors sufficient. The master bedroom has a large window onto the pool deck that is easy for littles to open and exit. What we did was use the push button lock on the doorknob to that room and a tiny screwdriver we found in the garage to unlock it. We just kept it up on top on the door frame during our stay. This home is fully stocked with towels (bath, beach, hand, washcloth, and kitchen towels), as well as linens for each bed. The washer and dryer is on the newer side and clean. In the garage is a beach wagon that makes going to the beach with two little kids so easy. There are also beach chairs and bikes. We didn’t find any of the umbrellas in working condition. The kitchen is very well appointed with dishes, drink ware, and silverware. There is a grill but was not in working order, we left a note for the owner. Bathrooms are very nice. Pool was nice and outdoor area nice. We had an enjoyable stay and hope to be back!

Overall, this is a nice house in a very good location. It is about a 15 minute walk from front door to water’s edge. Maybe you could do it in 10, but that would be briskly walking, and it’s often too hot to briskly walk. So like I said, it’s a great house, but I think they could have really made it a significantly better experience for small dollars. (There were several umbrellas, but they were all torn or bent. There was very limited starter supplies of most basics. There was a small number of most dishes and only 4 coffee mugs. And the TV in the master was tiny.) Really the only reason for my not giving 5 stars is that we chose to rent a house to minimize exposure to COVID, and this house represented steps they were taking. But when we arrived to a dishwasher of dirty dishes, it made us wonder if they were really following the enhanced protocol. There were a number of very minor issues not even worth mentioning. So why am I mentioning? Because we were told the property manager would come by and address them, and they never showed up. I don’t know the whole story of the owner, but it feels like they are perhaps out of state and have a property manager handle the day to day activities, and they are seemingly not doing it well. We also made do with a few tattered beach towels, but only discovered about ten minutes before we checked out that there were additional ones in the dryer, apparently cleaned but never put away. Lots of pluses, too. Beach cart was great. There was a cooler and beach chairs. There were 4 bikes, but we never used them so don’t know anything more about them. Pool toys by pool. There was a printer that could be used (again, we didn’t use it so not sure if it works, but nice touch). Grill by pool (again didn’t use!) Furniture was by and large comfortable and more than adequate for what you’d need. So next time I’m in town would I consider renting here? Absolutely.

This house is even better than the pictures, plenty of room to spread out and have privacy from each bedroom. Beds are very comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner or anything like that in the shower, so just be sure to bring all your own stuff. Very nice and clean pool is also fun addition. It served us very well during our meditation retreat at the Marriott across the street.

My family and I had an excellent time on this property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and the pool view very relaxing. The property was near the public beach access. The house owner answered the messages quickly. I highly recommend this property if you want to relax and enjoy the beach.

The location is ideal. So close to JW Marriott, restaurants, beach access portals. everything is a walk or bike ride away. Don't let it being close to the main road detract you. you never hear traffic, even when out at the pool. Large bedrooms and split floor plan are great to give everyone space when they need it, you are also only 10 min from goodland boat ramp if you booked a shell or fishing charter. the pool is great, especially after a hot day on a boat or fishing, the street is a quiet neighborhood feel. the owner and management company are also great. we had something that needed to be tended to, and it was resolved in an hour. wish i could say the same about my own house!! this home is simply a great way o enjoy the resort offerings and feel of Marco, yet have a house to do it in.

This property was just the location we needed. We were attending a wedding at the Marco Island Beach Resort which was 3 houses away.

Everything was clean and pool was great for kids. Only problem was TV, couldn't access channels from Xfinity, control not working and kids room lamp was not working either. Other than that it was perfect for my family.

House was really nice and private. Pool area private and really comfortable. This house was was a great location as it was less than 5 min walk to the beach. House had everything you needed, including bikes and all necessary beach gear plus cart. If I had to criticize anything it would be that the beach chairs need to be replaced. They were a bit on the flimsy cheaper side and old and rusted on the arm rests which did make for a mess on your hands and clothes, other than that everything was as expected. Definitely a great find.

Great stay! The house had everything needed for a comfortable and beautiful stay close to the beach and a private getaway with the pool in the back. Kitchen was well stocked for meals and there was plenty of towels and beach needs for a beach day! Definitely recommend

Loved to stay at this location! Very quite and lovely neighborhood. Place is very well maintained. Just a suggestion bed were a little small and uncomfortable. Overall great place!
