Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Bethany Beach 3 Schlafzimmer / 2. 5 Badezimmer Stadthaus - nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Dieses Stadthaus befindet sich in der ruhigen Wohngegend The Villas of Bethany West, nur wenige Schritte von einer Vielzahl von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt.
Unsere saubere, aktualisierte Küche umfasst alle Geräte, eine Frühstückstheke und sogar eine Waschmaschine / Trockner. Der geräumige Wohn- / Essbereich verfügt über einen TV, einen Kamin, WLAN und viele komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten.
Die drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle im 2. Stock. Es gibt ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Flachbildfernseher. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Ausziehcouch zum zusätzlichen Schlafen.
Das Haus erhält viel natürliches Sonnenlicht. Eine große abgeschirmte Veranda an der Rückseite des Hauses fügt dem Wohnraum hinzu. Die Veranda verfügt über eine hohe Decke, Oberlichter, einen Deckenventilator, eine Außendusche, Platz für mindestens 8 Personen und einen Schrank mit zusätzlichen Liegestühlen und Zubehör. Ein Holzkohlegrill und 3 Fahrräder sorgen für Ihr leibliches Wohl!
Die ruhige Wohnanlage verfügt über einen großen Swimmingpool sowie ein separates Kinderbecken, Tennis- / Pickleball-Plätze und einen Basketballkorb - alles nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt (direkt vor der Haustür!). und ohne Aufpreis! Es gibt auch einen einfachen Zugang zu einem schönen Salzteich mit einer Anlegestelle zum Starten Ihres Kajaks oder Kanus. Gehen, radeln, fahren oder steigen Sie in den Bethany Beach Trolley, um bequem zum Strand oder in die Stadt zu gelangen.

Loved everything about this rental but were very disappointed we weren’t given first shot at renting same weeks next year so will have to find another great rental next year. Great location, home was clean and had everything we needed. Even learned how to use a charcoal grill.

We found this property to be clean, well appointed, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, trolly stop and the beach. 4 bikes with locks in excellent condition provided. The community has a pool and tennis courts. The pool was not opened but looks lovely. We cannot wait to return this August with family and grandchildren.

Myself and a couple of friends were in for a local bike tour. It was the perfect place. Excellent price and a great host! We look forward to staying here again next year!

The house is very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had 2 adults and 3 children in our group, and each of us had our own bed. There are 2 full baths and powder room, which is a huge convenience with 5 people. The location is great! There are a few restaurants right at the end of the street. It is a little bit of a walk or bike ride to the beach, so we chose to drive/park since it was off-season…if we were to stay during the season, we would just bike or use the trolley to go to the beach. The community is tucked away with tennis courts and a pool, which are both very nice!
The owner’s communication was great! We had a tropical storm coming our way, so we were in touch a few times. I really appreciate his kindness and helpfulness while we navigated the weather situation!!
We will absolutely stay here again!! :)

This property was perfect for our family and the quality of service was amazing. There were toys and games...Legos and Beat the Parents! Thank you, saved the day once... comfortable beds for all and a wonderful location. We enjoyed the pool, the trolly, and walking from town in the evening. It also felt special to be welcomed somewhere that the owners family had enjoyed for decades. We hope to be back for a longer stay next summer. You won't be disappointed booking this stay in Bethany Beach.

We enjoyed the townhome - it was spacious and well laid out. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen. It was close to restaurants and supermarkets- walking distance to some. The beach is a little less than a mile away - we walked but the trolley also comes by often. The pool in the complex was lovely - it may have been our toddler’s favorite part of the trip. The owner is very responsive.

From the interaction with the owner to the smallest of details in the home, this was by far one of our best vacations. The house is in a great location; close enough to the beach to ride a bike or take the trolley that stops out front every 15 minutes, a hop and a skip from the pool and walking distance to restaurants. We brought our kayaks and went out every morning. We ate and puzzled on the screened in porch and enjoyed the state of the art sound system and the frogs. This was a great trip!

Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this charming home. It was well stocked and clean. The older kids loved picking up the trolley right outside the unit and the younger one loved the pool.

The property was very nice and exactly as described unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Hurricane Ian caused the neighborhood to flood but the owners of the property were very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this property.

This home is amazing! It was so clean and SO ORGANIZED! We had everything we needed and it was more organized than any place we've stayed before. Comfy furniture and bed. Quiet, even with the pool and tennis courts nearby - which was a treat! So very happy to have been able to stay at such a comfy, clean, convenient home.

Been coming to this house for 25 years! Love it… love the location and the property is so well maintained! Pool is a few steps away. Beach less than a mile, access for kayaks into the salt Pond. Trolley stop right outside door. Owners are fantastic. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at this property. We had great communication with Matt before and during the stay and we really appreciated how well stocked the house was. There were so many extras not normally found in a rental property — it felt like you were staying at a friend’s house. The kids loved the pool right in back of the house and we loved walking around the neighborhood .

Lovely little townhome in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and walking distance to restaurants. We were in town for a weekend in April so didn't get to use the outdoor amenities as we'd have liked but the place was great and we would definitely stay there again!

A Gem in Bethany
Matt was responsive and very accommodating. He allowed us an earlier check-in time as the property was clean and ready for use. I cooked 2 meals during our 2 night stay and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything I needed. The property is so close to center Bethany yet tucked back just enough off the main road to give you the feeling that you are away from everything. The decor of the house was exactly what you want when you are away at the beach. Trust all the positive reviews because this property certainly is a gem!

We had a great vacation. The townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. It was close enough to the beach to walk but the trolley was also available. We have kayaks and had a great time on Salt Pond with access in the development. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Matt was a great to work with.

Just as advertised
The unit was just as it appeared in the photos. The location was great, close to town. The available bikes were in good condition. The unit was clean, if a little dark due to the comfortable screened in porch. The owner was very responsive in answering questions prior to our arrival. All in all it was a nice experience, just what we needed for our little family reunion.

We were able to get in to the house very easily and it was clean and there were things within to make you feel right at home, such as games, tv, internet, cooking utensils, and everyday items that you may not think of needing but are there in case you do. Very Nice Getaway Place
The house was spacious for the five of us who went to Bethany Beach for a wedding. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. For our "beach time" trips we used residential parking permit provided by the owner that allowed us to park our car real close to the beach making it a convenient way to bring all you may need at the beach including chairs, towels, games, etc. The place itself was immaculate and comfortable. We brought linens, but comforters were provided, and the kitchen had all the cooking equipment we needed (pans, spatulas, etc). There were a few restaurants nearby, and it's only about 15-20 minute walk to the beach. It was off-season, but the area around the house was really quiet and relaxing. My only complaint is the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy the screened-in porch - I'd really been looking forward to reading out there! I would definitely rent again (and maybe a little earlier in the season)!

Weekend getaway
We had an awesome stay!!! The proximity to the beach is perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Our daughter loved all of the dogs that were walking around. The parking pass was a great bonus and having bikes provided was a great feature as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for the hospitality.
