Unser Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bootfahren, Angeln, Wandern und Golf. Downtown Venedig, ein Palmen gesäumten Dorf mit malerischen Geschäften und vielen guten Restaurants, ist nur eine kurze 10 Minuten Fahrt.
Eine schöne abgeschirmte Lanai mit beheiztem Pool bietet erfrischende Entspannung nach einem Tag der Besichtigung oder Strand-Bumming. Ein Außengrill und Esstisch (Sitze 6) ist perfekt für die Nächte, die Sie lieber zu Hause bleiben würden.
Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat absolut alles was man braucht und blickt auf den Pool.
Unser gemütliches offenes Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 50 "TV ausgestattet. Das dritte Schlafzimmer wird mehr als eine Höhle mit einem 42 "Fernseher und einem Schlafsofa verwendet.
Für unsere Gäste steht Ihnen kostenfreies WLAN zur Verfügung.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und das Gästezimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer / den ist mit einem Queen-Size-Sofa für zusätzliche Gäste eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 voll geschmackvolle Bäder.
Die 2-PKW-Garage wird mit allen notwendigen Notwendigkeiten für einen Tag am Strand geliefert und beinhaltet zwei Fahrräder. Eine komplett ausgestattete Wäsche ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Bud waa great communicating with me, allowed us to check in early which was incredibly helpful! The pool was our favorite part of the house. Great stay!

Place was cute and had lots of potential but it was not very clean and had an old smell to it. It needs a good deep cleaning. The toilets were full of rust, as was the master shower floor. The owner is very nice but his cleaning people are not doing a good job IMO. Good location, lots of beach towels and pool is cute as well. Great location! Beds were comfortable which was a big plus. The main shower has a 1/2 glass door but it sprays all onto floor so be sure to put down extra towels.

This was a great house. Clean and the location was excellent for the things we wanted to do. My kids loved the pool. This will sound crazy but one thing I really appreciate was the plastic plates and cups. It drives me batty when places say they are “kid friendly” but have zero plastic plate and cup ware. We would definitely stay at this home again. Communication with the home owner was excellent.

The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well appointed. The pool was clean and the water was refreshing. Very private back yard. Property manager communicated promptly with us. I would rent this house again.

My 7 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool was refreshing and the house is so close to several different beaches and restaurants.

This was a great place to crash and relax for a week. It was VERY clean, easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood with many places to eat and nice beaches to access. The beds were very comfortable and the lay out of the house was nice with a large glassed in dining area off the kitchen overlooking the outdoor heated, very clean pool that is maintained weekly. The pool area has a very nice outdoor large table for eating, a gas grill that we used and chairs for sitting around the pool ( only 1 chase lounge though). However the amenities in the garage for trips to the beach were amazing.. several sizes/ styles of coolers, numerous beach towels, several umbrellas, at least 4 nice beach chairs and a collapsible wagon to cart it all. The weather was cool at the beginning of the week so the pool was chilly but felt better as it warmed up throughout the week. We only found 1 bike in the garage and it had a flat tire so weren’t able to use that. There was a nice, clean washer/dryer set in the garage. The garage was a little short so we had to park the van at an angle in the double garage to get the door closed. The only recommendations would be to add a few more utensils in the kitchen.. esp cutting knives. We cooked most of our meals there and could have used better cutting knives, vegetable peeler, garlic press, spatula, glass measuring cup and a few more large bowls for serving/storing food. All in all, this was a great place to stay and we would stay there again!

My family and I were very happy with our stay. The house was in great condition and you could tell that the homeowners did a lot of really nice updates, including the appliances. Pool was clean and the patio was perfect for relaxing. Had plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. We really lucked out with this property!

The property looked exactly as shown in pictures. We had everything that we needed during our stay already in the house. It was really nice to have extra beach towels on hand provided by Bud along with the extra beach chairs and a wagon to tote everything to the beach in!

We couldn't find a switch for the lights around the pool.
Could use a few mirrors, maybe on the back of doors.

Everything about the home was what we were hoping for in a vacation home. We had all the amenities we needed for the week we stayed in the area. The pool was warm and clean. The house is conveniently located in South Venice with easy access to local beaches and nearby restaurants. Everything was easy and went smoothly! We would definitely look to rent this vacation home again in the future.

Great location for all the Venice area beaches where shark teeth are easily found. They also have all the equipment you need for that activity. Nice kitchen, swimming pool and some great wildlife watching out the windows! Would stay again if we're in the Venice area.

Good home & pool!
This home was perfect for our family of five! Great location to numerous beaches! However, I was disappointed that there was no longer a ferry pass to the private beach. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor dining! It would’ve been nice to have more than two rolls of toilet paper to make it through our five night stay. Also, the water had a sewer smell and there were tiny ants all over the kitchen that got into our marshmallows. We did find some ant spray but they were relentless….. some added extras that we enjoyed were that beach towels, beach bag, beach chairs and the sifter basket to hunt shark teeth with! Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others!

Spent the month of February at this very clean cutely decorated & cozy rental home. Coming from cold Minnesota the warm Florida weather was so appreciated. The heated pool was wonderful, relaxing and used everyday!!! Really liked the covered area over the table on the lanai that blocked the sun. Best of both worlds, you could be directly in the sun or in the shaded area. House had everything you could possibly need. Bud was always available if anything was needed or for questions.
