There was quite a bit of red tape with VRBO before getting to the bottom line of the actual price. The property was clean and conveniently left caged.

Truly appreciate the well thought out property amenities. From location, the condo itself and the thoughtfulness of having humidifiers and a tool kit that we used after our luggage had a mishap. Pliers come in handy. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This clean, updated and comfortable condo is perfectly located in the Silver Lake Lodge area. Two-minute walk to lifts. Two-minute walk to Park City bus stop. Two-minute walk to restaurants. Free parking under complex. Host (Bill) was proactive throughout the entire process. Sent information timely before our trip and sent a text during our stay to make sure we had everything. Uses access codes which streamlines the check-in and check-out process. Perfect accommodation for our family - 2 adults and one child. Hopefully we can find the time in the future to stay there again.

Great location for ski in / ski out property in the Silver Lakes area of Deer Valley. Spacious one bedroom condo with all the amenities you need. Full kitchen, recommend stopping at grocery store in Park City on the way up for breakfast and snack supplies. Drip and K-pod coffee maker in condo. Looking forward to staying again.

This property was amazing! The owner was always very responsive and helpful with any question we had about the property or area. The property was PERFECTLY located mid mountain at Deer Valley’s silver lake village. The condo was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a ski trip! We also went to Alta and Snowbird, which were relatively close to the condo as well! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The property itself is great, but the location is fantastic being right in the heart of Silverlake. When you walk out the front door of the building your about 100 feet from Silverlake Lodge and everything you need for skiing. So if you're looking for convenience this is the place. The unit is well appointed and has everything you could possibly want or need. Bill the owner, does a great job keeping it stocked with all the little things that you usually wont find in a rental. Such, as spices, sugar, coffee, hot chocolate, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, extra tp and paper towels, etc, basically all you need to bring is food. Bill is also a very responsive owner, answering questions quickly and he seems to be a very good person as well. Just before our trip, my daughter had a knee injury that prevented her from skiing. Since we were planning to ski on our last day before our flight, I didn't want my daughter to have to sit in the lodge waiting for us. So, I asked Bill if it was possible to get a slightly later checkout and without hesitation Bill was more than willing to accommodate my request. In fact, since no one was coming into the unit after us, he offered us the unit for as long as we needed. This kind of accommodation I can tell you doesn't happen often. So in summary, this is a great unit that is obviously owned by a kind, generous person as well. I highly recommend it...

Royal Plaza at Silverlake is an excellent area to stay in at Deer Valley. You cannot get closer to the slopes and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The condo is as advertised and very comfortable.

True ski in/ski out location. The condo was large with a King size bed with plenty of room to walk around on both sides. It was clean with plenty of cooking pans. With not a lot of snow Deer valley did a wonderful job of giving us great skiing conditions. The owner was wonderful to work with.

Location is truly unrivaled. Unit is a little dated but very functional. As others have mentioned it is in a noisy location with near nightly trucks. Light sleepers will want ear plugs. Owners should strongly consider buying these in bulk and providing them. Also unit has no internal only front door locking mechanism (deadbolt or chain). I’ve never seen that in a rental (surprising in a unit with a numeric code lock). Solved with a chair leaned under the handles but still odd. As they say in real estate though: location, location, location... 5 stars.

The condo was exactly what we needed. Right smack in the the middle of Silver Lake Village. Walked out the door to ski rentals, slopes and amazing restaurants! We’ll be back! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Watson!

This property was everything it was reported to be and more. All aspects of our visit to Park City/Deer Valley was enhanced due to the location and condition of this condo. The owner communicated the necessary information and was accessible and very accommodating. We'll be staying here again !!!

My wife and I wanted to get away safely during Covid to ski. Bill and Luann have a wonderful condo centrally located in the heart of everything to ski in and out. We definitely will be back in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Silver Lake. The location is amazing.

Our family had the most wonderful time staying at this property. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Their directions to the condo and general instructions were precise and easy to follow. Parking was great, the location of the property is ideal (right next to Silverlake Lodge, next to several restaurants and ski rental shops). The condo was beautiful: extremely clean & organized, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (fully stocked kitchen, plenty of quality towels/sheets/blankets, a humidifier and even a boot/glove dryer) . The sofa bed that our kids slept in was extremely comfortable. We had an incredible time, and we hope to be able to rent this property again next year.

We spent a few days at Bill's lovely ski-in/ski-out condo. We were able to maximize our ski time due to the condo's convenient location. We look forward to be back next season.

I like to stay at ski in and ski out properties, and this one has a great location as other reviewers have mentioned. The ski locker downstairs makes getting on the slopes a breeze. You won't find a more convenient way to get your skiing fix. You also get a view of the hills and the lift. The condo was very well equipped including some spices and things I used to cook up breakfast. I was happy to see two humidifiers and a blender as part of the kitchen equipment. Everything is clean, cozy and comfortable, but I agree that less furniture in the living room would be better for this space unless one plans on throwing a party. The owner was super responsive and helped us make our stay easy. We only utilized the master bedroom bed and I thought the mattress was really good and the bedding warm and cozy. The towels were plentiful, new and super soft. The downside on this property is that is in desperate need of new windows. The current ones offer NO noise insulation whatsoever and I could hear people talking in the driveway below me. In addition one of the windows does not seal well and so that makes for a small draft. We were woken up twice by the 1:50 am snow plow and of course the 6 a.m. deliveries. It sounds like there is a recycle bin below in the storage space, because glass bottles are disposed off in the late evening hours. So, once the complex gets some good insulating windows installed, this place would be outstanding. In the meantime, I recommend you bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
