Die Hütte auf Ausable ist ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Ansichten von Whiteface Berg und Ausable River Front machen diese Immobilie einzigartig. Die privaten Jacuzzi ist perfekt nach Whiteface Ski! Outdoor-Aktivitäten sind wenige Schritte entfernt mit bewaldeten Fläche vor Ort zum Wandern, Angeln, Skifahren, Schneeschuhwandern und Radfahren. Wir sind an der West Zweig der Ausable River, stimmten im Bundesstaat New York die besten Forellen. Alle Geräte können für Sie organisiert werden.

Außen-Jacuzzi war gerade aus dem Schlafzimmer Französisch Türen installiert. Das Deck ist privat, wo Sie den rauschenden Fluss zu hören. Kriechen, um gemütliche fluffed Betten und Daunenkissen mit Waldblick.
Die Adirondack Thema Ferienhaus wurde mit benutzerdefinierten Holzarbeiten, Naturstein, Granit Küchenarbeitsplatte und die Halbinsel, die bequem Platz 4 in Handarbeit gemacht. Das Kunstwerk wurde vor Ort in Handarbeit gemacht und die Wände sind mit unseren eigenen Abenteuerreisen photography gefüllt.
Das Haus ist ein 5 Autominuten von Whiteface Mountain. Das Landhaus und Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar ist lokale Schokolade, Kaffee, Café, Eis, und eine Tätigkeit Park.

The location was great for hiking and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The house was not very clean, such as cob webs hanging from the ceiling and blinds, and we found a dead stink bug in our sheets. There was also a distinct sewer odor coming from the bathroom at times. We were also told we could fish from the property which was not true, too many trees in the way of casting a rod.

Would have like another love seat in living room but all and all a lovely house and location to Whiteface is awesome.

I do an annual trip to this area every year with my brother and two children. Anne and Rick's home was spot on. Great communication and accurate description of the home and it's amenities. The hot tub helped the aches after some hard east coast skiing!

Just GREAT!! We relaxed and enjoyed so much! Everything as described! Very clean! would definitely recommend! Ausable Chasm was BEAUTIFUL!

We loved our stay here. The location was great to have access to Keene, Lake Placid and Jay. The house was comfortable for us and our 2 dogs. Neighborhood was quiet and sweet. Found some good restaurants not too far away and new hiking trails and places to swim! Would come back again!

We arrived at the cottage. Greeted by Rich the owner. Very nice. Showed us around. Everything liked nice on the surface. After sitting in the living room. Myself and my asthmatic daughter started coughing uncontrollably. Picked up the couch cushions. Tons of dog hair (not from my dog. She is black). Hair was beige. I found a vacuum (didn’t work well). Vacuumed as much as I could. Reached out to Rich the next day. He was apologetic and offered to rectify the issue. I let him know all was good. I started noticing a lot of the same hair all through the cottage. Vacuumed as much as I could. Delt with it. The day after I took a shower for the first time. The tub was filthy. I have pics to prove it. I scrubbed it but didn’t help. Once again I reached out to Rich. His answer was “I am out of town. Tub needs to be resurfaced and looks dirtier than it is “. Really ? Never heard from him again. I would have not given him a poor review if he would have handled my concerns better. Even a cleaning refund would have helped as I was the cleaner!!! I should have been told in advance that there were renters there with a dog for 6 weeks before my stay.
Hot tub awesome. All rooms renovated except bathroom which is a deal breaker for me.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is a very cute, beautiful cabin in a great area. Great backyard with fire pit, woodland trail to the river, and an awesome Jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at The Cottage! Everything we needed was provided — towels, linens, toiletries, dog crate, laundry, Apple TV, wifi, even firewood! The hot tub was fantastic, as were the grill and fire pit. Make sure to follow the path down to the river. A short walk to the Little Supermarket, Adirondack Chocolates, and more. A short drive to Wilmington, Whiteface, and Lake Placid. The perfect location. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at The Cottage! Everything we needed was provided — towels, linens, toiletries, dog crate, laundry, Apple TV, wifi, even firewood! The hot tub was fantastic, as were the grill and fire pit. Make sure to follow the path down to the river. A short walk to the Little Supermarket, Adirondack Chocolates, and more. A short drive to Wilmington, Whiteface, and Lake Placid. The perfect location. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect cottage for our needs! Plenty of room for our little family. Pet- friendly, loved the trail out back and the hot tub! Centrally located to breweries, hiking, Olympic offerings. It was perfect!!

Everything we could have needed was right there for us; kitchen supplies, plenty of towels for the bathroom and the hot tub, extra blankets for the chilly nights. The path down to the AuSable River was well-cleared and easy to follow. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, too. It was the perfect place to spend my husband’s birthday weekend. Lots to do in the area! We’d give Anne and Rick’s place a 10 out of 10! We would definitely rent this cottage again. Thank you so much!!

Over night get-a-way
As a nurse, I needed a break from the COVID craziness. The cottage was the perfect place. We enjiyed the gorgeous scenery, the relaxing hot tub, and beautiful cabin. I wish I had more than one night there! I hope to return when life goes back to "normal." Thank you!!!

Also the plumbing vent in the bathroom was not working properly so it stank like sewage near the bathroom. Owner was going to get back to me about reimbursing us some of the cost for our trouble but hasn't. Little disappointing, just expect to be treated fairly, thought the rate was a little high.

The location was very nice and only a 20min drive/ very affordable uber into lake placid! Everything was clean and amenities were as listed! No complaints!

The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to make family meals, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for bathing as well as for the hot-tub. I honestly can't find anything negative to say. It was perfect in every way!

Great Getaway Cottage
The cottage is located on a quiet road in the sleepy little village of Wilmington. It's just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Placid so that you can enjoy the nightlife if you choose and return to stargazing on the deck later on.

Perfect place
We had a great time at the Cottage, near everything we expect to do during the week end. We loved the hot tub and the land, cottage was as we saw on pictures and description of everything was good. We will be back for sure.

Perfect size for a small family
My daughters and I spent the week here and used Wilmington as a home base between Lake Placid, High Peak hikes and Burlington. Our dog loved exploring the river and we loved relaxing in the hot tub each night!

A river in the backyward?!
Such a cute cottage in a great location. The place was well set up for guests - clean and organized with clear instructions. Communications with owners was super easy and open, but not needed upon arrival because everything was so well set up. There's a river down a short trail in the backyard where our dog had the time of his life. Definitely want to come back. Hot tub was amazing as most hot tubs are. ;)

Great house!
This house is very cute, clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a small group. My son and I stayed here for a ski race at Whiteface and had plenty of space to spread out. Restaurant options in Wilmington are somewhat limited (we ended up eating at the Hungry Trout all three nights), but the Little Market was very convenient for breakfast and snacks and the proximity to the mountain was amazing in the mornings. We look forward to returning.
