This property was nice, but it definitely needs some care. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms are nice and the balcony is a nice touch with a great view of the pool. There were two randomly missing drawers, the ice maker wasn't working, and half of the window cranks are missing knobs, making it hard to open and close the windows. The fridge doesn't fit right and the drawers bump it every time you open them. I reached out to property management a few times and they eventually replied, even if it took a while. I'm sure it was a really nice property when it was new but it doesn't look like a lot of time or effort have been put into it recently.

Was surprised there was a third bathroom with a shower. Huge couch and also a fold out Murphy bed from the wall. Walking distance to everything. My only complaint would be that the community hot tub was always packed.

Spacious condo with two master suites plus a third bathroom was nice. It is located on 2nd floor, close to the elevators so not too much walking involved. Only thing is the outside hallway noise can get a pretty loud since the second floor is open to the foyer, and it seems that groups like to gather there in the evenings. After 10pm it gets quiet though. Overall a good, clean place to stay.

Stay it was great. It was a great location for the area and the things we wanted to do. My only thing that they could improve on is our rooms were very stuffy even with the air on.

The unit was extremely clean and adequately stocked for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bedding and blankets.The issues were: no pool towels, we had to go pick them up, the dishwasher left soap residue on all the dishes. The pool was cloudy and had alot of hair floating around it. The building needs more than one outdoor grill.

The only reason this property didn't get 5 stars is because two of the TV's did not have a connection. We did reboot the boxes and called maintenance and they couldn't fix it. Luckily, my husband brought his apple TV with him. If he didn't, then it would have been a rough experience with the main TV in the living area not working.
Other than that, this property is in a great location within walking distance to the gondola and lifts. It was very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults and all other amenities worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. Loved having two king beds that were comfortable. The condo also came with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We have rented many condos in ski resorts and they only provide a day or two's worth of these things and we have to buy our own. This place provided plenty, so it was nice not having to purchase. The shower worked amazing which was nice after a long day on the slopes.
I would definitely stay here again.

The space was perfect for the five adults. Having the extra full bathroom gave way to time management for getting everyone cleaned up and the privacy of all of us staying in the unit The walk to the lifts was a bit heavy laden when carrying all of the ski gear but doable. We had a great trip and it was made even better by having a cozy place to temporarily call "home!"

This was really a nice place to stay. It looks exactly like the photo. In the rooms were space far enough to give both couples privacy. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the surroundings are beautiful. The directions to get the entry codes and directions to the place where really easy. Our family of 5 throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Plenty of room and even a Murphy bed! Keystone is empty around Memorial Day, but we enjoyed the fitness room and pool. We were disappointed that the spa and steam room were closed for maintenance, but the pool was heated just enough for us to get in and enjoy in 65 degree weather! Check in was easy and everything was very clean!

Location was good. Downtown area was super cute. Pool was great but some coverage to keep towels dry while it was snowing would have been nice. Room was nice but reaked of pot when we got there. There were 2 Lees checking in. Envelope I grabbed only said Lee. Envelope not marked well. Office made us come back for correct key and we had to walk. Also, booked room because it fit 8 pretty comfortably ( which was great) but didn’t have enough towels for shower and pool for 8. We had to walk back to the office again to get more towels. Not an easy walk in snow. Over-all we enjoyed our stay. Needs better office support. Everyone was friendly. Appreciated ability to use parking spot to store luggage before check in and after checkout. Glad we could use the gym to change in after snowboarding before heading to the airport. Without a car would have been a problem. Some storage would be helpful.
