Wonderful house in a great location on Marco Island. Owners were extremely responsive to ours needs before and during our stay and could not have asked for a better week in Marco Island. Would highly recommend staying at this fantastic property if your visiting the island any time of year.

House was neat, clean and spacious for our party of 6. Great location, easy walk to beach with kids. Pool was perfect, had all the toys and beach gear you would want for 3 kids. Highly recommend this property.

This house was very clean and comfortable. Besides a carafe, auto drip coffee maker, a single Keurig was available too! A large, Smart Roku TV was wonderful for watching videos!! Very close access to the beach!! Three things I would suggest; updating shared hallway bathtub. The rusted curtain rod should be replaced and consider a tub surround or tub makeover. Secondly, Clothes Washer should be cleaned (use Affresh Tablet)!! Thirdly, elevator for luggage would not function in “down” mode.

This property had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It only took us about 5 minutes to walk to the South Beach Public Entrance. A vacant lot right next door gave the sense of even more privacy. This property does require going up and down steps for entry and exit...so this is not the property for you if steps are troublesome.

Beds were amazing and very comfortable so we're bathrooms kitchen with supplied with everything that you could possibly need would definitely return ... Pool was amazing also great location

This was a perfect house for our family. Our college age kids each brought a friend. The location to the beach and shops, as well as the outdoor pool and patio space was wonderful. Would stay here again!

We spent two weeks after thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we could need and the kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked or grilled many meals. The pool was so warm we even swam during the cooler nights, it was warmer in the pool then out of it!! When we wanted to go to the beach it was a very easy and short walk. The house has everything you need to take to the beach including beach chairs, a beach buggy, umbrellas and a cooler. Working with Julie, the owner, and her management company, Marco Island Vacation Properties was a breeze and they were so attentive to any needs we had. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Everything about this house was great! Very clean and had everything you would need for a day at the beach. Closest beach access was a 5-6 minute walk. Would definitely rent this home again!

We had a wonderful week. The home was clean and newly remodeled with all you could ever need! Beds were super comfy. It was a short walk to the beach and a beach buggy with chairs and umbrellas were provided. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone heading to that area. ❤️

Great place to stay for a vacation! Updated, clean, great pool and patio. Came with almost everything we needed for the beach. The umbrella could be a little better quality... one was ripped, and the other one was small and unstable.

Lots of pool toys available and chairs/wagon for beach. Beach is a five minute walk, we also drove up to Tiger Tail twice if you like a less crowded beach. The management co is very responsive to any problems. The pool area is private and wonderful, our boys really enjoyed it. The house itself is updated and perfect for a family of five. Everything was clean and nice. Kitchen was well-appointed if you like to cook. We would definitely book again, thank you.

Easy walk to the beach. Pool was fantastic and included a great shaded area. Inside was great and just as described. Neighborhood was safe and comfortable. Plenty of pool toys and towels. Grill was clean and in good shape. Easy access to shopping using a rental car or Uber. Nice to have the beach carts to load up for a day at the beach! Great elevator to help get groceries to the upper level. Only thing missing was a bathroom at pool level :>). We will definitely rent this property again!!

This home had it all! From the comfortable beds, sofas, ample dining seating, perfect sized pool, many pool towels, brand new full size washer and dryer, margarita maker, beach cart AND wagon, chairs, umbrella we literally just showed up for a vacation of our dreams! Easy stroll to beach was less than 10 mins (brisk walk 5 mins). Our family of 7 had plenty of space to relax or play the many supplied games or cook delicious meals in a kitchen that has it all! We’ve been renting with VRBO for 25 years and have never stayed in a better equipped home! My family’s favorite part of the house (besides the beach) was the exterior elevator for loading the groceries and daily cooler for the beach. Felt like we didn’t do any heavy lifting all week! Thanks for the amazing memories! Gorgeous home across the street was the 2017 Marco Island decor contest winner and did not disappoint! Made for a festive Christmas week in Southwest Fla.

We stayed here the first week of November 2017. We arrived after hours and had no problem picking up our keys and getting settled. Our 1 and 3 year old's had plenty to keep them busy. We brought a small bag of toys. We used the wagon to take rides to the beach, and pushed the cart loaded up with chairs and beach umbrella, cooler bag, and towels all provided! We accidentally left one of our orange puddle jumper life vests there--hopefully others can enjoy it :) Julie was even so kind and generous to purchase a pack and play for the house. We brought one of our own, and both boys had there own sleeping space. Plenty of room in the master bedroom for 2 pack and plays. Pool guy came by twice during our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly. The outdoor dining area with "beer" fridge and grill was fantastic. We utilized it almost daily! Overall, fabulous home with all the amenities. The dollar general is a short drive to pick up any extras you may need. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were both very pleased with this villa. It was very clean, nice towels and linens, plenty of kitchen utensils and tableware. Great master shower and lovely new kitchen. Everything you could need for beach which is short walk away. Also can walk to square for shops and restaurants. Pool area is large and pool is great, just right temp. We had freaky hot, dry weather so the pool was great. Management company was great and helped us out first couple of days but we did not need them for anything else during the two weeks. Thank to all, we had a great two weeks, just the chill out spot we needed

This is a great location only a few minutes from public beach access, and the house is clean and inviting. Loved the pool and patio would highly recommend!

We just finished our week’s stay at 864 Swan and wanted to share our thoughts. Overall, it was a wonderful week in Marco and your place was absolutely perfect for our needs. You really have a great property and it exceeded our expectations! We all agreed that we would have no hesitation in returning to your spot in paradise.

My wife, 2 children and I stayed here recently. The house is as pictured, beautifully appointed - we really liked the photos/ art; nice beachy vibe! Great heated pool, a ton of beach toys and gear for the beach (my 3 year old was psyched for our wagon rides in the evening to watch the sunset). Proximity to the beach is great, neighborhood is beautiful and we even made a few new friends (burrowing owls on vacant lots, super cool). Great communication with owner/ management company, very happy we chose this house!

This tranquil beach house with modern touches was the perfect place to stay during our Marco Island getaway. Upon entering the house, we were fully impressed at how clean it was, making us feel as though we were the first guests to stay there. The 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and living room provide plenty of indoor space. The backyard pool and patio are a great bonus! The house is fully stocked with bath towels, pool towels and beach amenities. It includes free wifi and covered parking. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, it is a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. We love this house and plan to book it again in the future!

This is the perfect vacation home!!! Short walk to South Beach. Beautiful pool in yard. Very clean house that has EVERYTHING you might need. Owner thought of everything! Already booked a month next year.

We were so excited for our trip and was even more excited when we drove up to the house. Nice curb appeal and well kept up. The pool was definitely a bonus. The nicely remodeled home, very modern, yet has a traditional beachy appeal. I love the house on stilts because it provided wonderful shade and a cozy gathering spot. The master bedroom very spacious and the shower is an eye catcher. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the beach, definitely breath taking. I highly recommend this house, and to have a vacation on Marco Island. The best vacation ever.

We absolutely loved this property for our vacation to Marco Island with our family. It is an easy walk to the beach with everything you need already at the house. The pool area was ideal...we spent many afternoons and evenings there. We walked to dinner a few nights which made it feel even more like a vacation because we were barely in our car. The house was super clean, simple and had everything we needed.

We were a group of six (4 adults, and 2 kids, ages 7 and 10). This home is absolutely perfect. It was spotless on our arrival ( I am very particular about cleanliness), and it had everything that we needed for our week long stay including super comfortable beds. To book, I initially contacted the owner who responded promptly and put me in touch with her property manager who was also pleasant to deal with. Because the weather was perfect, we spent most of out time by the pool enjoying cold beverages from the poolside fridge (this was a pleasant surprise). If we needed to mix things up a bit, we put some beach chairs in the wagon and headed to the beach which was a short walk away. Although our stay on Marco Island came with a few glitches and surprises, this house made up for it! Things nearby we loved (Mango restaurant - awesome food, service, view, and prices. "Dolphin Explorer" excursion - a memorable, amazing wildlife experience.) Things nearby we didn't love ( Sunset Grille - restaurant on the beach, overpriced, poor service, and terrible food. Cockroaches - BIG ones! We didn't know these critters were an issue in Florida. Lesson learned)

You cannot go wrong with this house. You can walk to south beach in less than 5 minutes. It is close to everything you need. Everything was very clean. We've stayed in many house over the years and this was by far one of the best. The girl was very clean also. The pool was incredible. It was very big for a pool at a house at the beach. Many times they are too small.

Since the weather during our visit to Marco Island was absolutely perfect, we spent most of our days lounging by the pool enjoying ice cold beverages from the pool side fridge. When we needed to mix things up a little bit, we grabbed the wagon and a few chairs and walked to the beach only 5 minutes away. While our first trip to Marco Island came with a few glitches and surprises, this house made up for it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and if we ever return to Marco Island I would most certainly stay here again. Things nearby that we loved (Mango restaurant - great prices, great view, great food, and great service. "The Dolphin Explorer" excursion - an unbelievably amazing experience). Things nearby we didn't love ( Sunset Grille - a restaurant/bar on the beach that is insanely over priced , and has terrible food and even worse service. Cockroaches - I was not aware of the cockroach issue in Florida until I seen them, and they are anything but small.
