It is my first time in the hotel, but I have certainly had a wonderful experience, I will come back again whenever I visit the city. The room was great although I chose the simplest one, Breakfast was great with a wide variety, Spa and swimming pool are well maintained. SkyLounge with a great view of the area. Above all, the amazing staff, especially Berta, Guest Loyalty Executive.

The facility was great unfortunately I'm not happy with the staff (receptionist guy) I check in late night and suddenly I had an emergency things to do and leave an earlier check out around 2am or 3am couldn't remember clearly last week and the receptionist guy asking for the receipt for the deposit, I said I'll leave it can't be asked when I'm in Hurry to leave. I left the receipt in my bedroom upstairs he should be let me pass and give it to me the deposit it's not about the money it's about sympathy and loyalty to the customer as he knew that we put the deposit down before check in and we were only staying in there about 4 hours or could be less Over all we've been staying in 5 Star hotels around Indonesia never been so disappointed Hopefully you guys could treat the customers better in the future thanks .

- Food is not my taste - Ordered for extrabed, the staff said available but it is sold out at D-day. Better to inform not available from the beginning

The staff really make a place & this was clear from the moment we arrived. We had a 10 minute wait for our room to be ready so directly the reception staff asked us to enjoy a complimentary coffee and cake each in the cafe. Fabulous customer service. The room was large and very crisp, clean sheets & plump pillows. Nice hot shower also. Breakfast had so many choices that even I was happy. The other thing I liked was that they really took care of health precautions during this Covid pandemic. It was appreciated by us.

I liked everything except the Wi-Fi which was dreadful. My phone signal wasn't great from the upper floors either so really needed the Wi-Fi.

Wonderful stay. I think the hotel is just newly renovated. the furniture has a current note to it, with some wood accents. The room was very comfortable. My friend and I stayed when there was a downpour for 2 days straight, so we just stayed in the hotel, even then, we still enjoyed the time. The breakfast was really delicious. The options are quite diverse and in general it was enjoyable. However, the dinner was a bit of a let down. The hot showers were great too. And the staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The location is absolutely strategic, hardly 10 minutes away from Trans Mall Cibubur, closeby to Raffles Hill Cibubur that is usually used as a wedding venue. Will definitely go there when I have to visit Cibubur again.

We had a package that included dinner. The dinner options and taste were a bit of a let down. I would suggest taking the room + breakfast package instead.
