The apartment (Kralj 2) is modern, comfortable and quite spacious. We enjoyed the common area on the 1st floor which is a kitchen open to a living room with an amazing view on Cavtat’s little harbour. The kitchen is very well equipped, including an ice cube maker fridge which we loved during hot days of August. We cannot be more thankful to the owners, who are extremely nice and good people, friendly, helpful and talkative. They make sure you are having all you need. They organized a barbeque for us and prepared everything, joined us and shared some interesting stories, we loved the evening. The property is well situated, right in the center of Cavat. The swimming pool is a plus, shared with some other apartments of the same property but not crowdy and you can meet some nice people there too!

The only little minus we give is for the unpleasant smell from the bathrooms if you don’t leave all the doors and windows open. An iron in the room would be appreciated but you can ask for it anytime.

The lady who did our washing was incredible

Our host Djuro greeted us with a delicious platter of meats and cheeses, plus a jar of home made Kiwi marmalade :) He was very friendly and kind.

Towels were changed half way through our week, however sheets were not. We would have like fresh sheets. The apartment was not cleaned at all during our weeks stay. We would have liked the bins emptied, floors swept and bathrooms cleaned at least once during our stay.

One of the best apartment in Dalmacia.

We arranged a tranfer through Duro and when we arrived at the apartment Duro was waiting. The grounds of the apartment are beautiful with fruit trees all around. While checking passports etc Duro brought us wine, beer and a lovely platter of meats,cheese bread etc. He then told us information about the property and the area. During our stay one lunch time we were surprised with fish cooked on the BBQ with potatoes (delicious) and a nice chilled bottle of wine. We thought this was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
