This was our 2nd summer renting this property. It is clean, close to town and beaches and has everything we look for in a summer rental - AC, King Bed and an outdoor shower. Loved spending time on the big deck in the backyard.

We stayed with our 2 adult sons and they really liked the location- near the donut shop, etc. It’s a residential area, mid island. We were saved by the AC as we arrived in a heat wave. Everything worked! And it was clean as a whistle.

The location of this house is unbeatable. It is clean and well appointed with a nice deck. Quick walk to supermarket, restaurants and bakeries. Bike path nearby too.

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our group of 6 that was visiting for a wedding in the town. The town is about 1.5 miles so it’s either a long walk or quick Uber. Ubers we’re somewhat hard to get while we were there (mid-September) so just something to keep in mind when making plans. The house’s outdoor patio was perfect for when we had a few hours to relax. The outdoor shower was also a big hit. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend for anyone spending some time on the island. Thanks, Clay!

Came here with my wife and baby. Location was absolutely perfect. You could walk to tons of restaurants and stop & shop very close by or take a longer walk into the heart of town. Clay was great with communication and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and 2 toddlers had a wonderful stay in Nantucket. The home was perfect for our family and was just as it was described in the listing. Clean, good layout, enjoyed having a yard with dining area. Loved being able to grill out. The location was excellent, centrally located and walking distance to many cool restaurants, coffee, bakery and grocery store. We will be B-ACK!

We grilled/cooked in a couple nights and made due with typical rental kitchen (we are spoiled at home). Shower very large and clean. Half bath off master was a bonus for us parents. Would we rent it again? Absolutely. Landlord very helpful and accessible.

Adequate living and sleeping space. Nice back patio. Convenient for families with kids as close to several midland shops. Owners responsive to inquiries.

We have rented this house For the last 3 years, it is convenient to bike path, downtown and beach. Cute backyard and deck, well kept and great layout for families, reasonably priced as well

House was very clean with major amenities -walking distance to stop and shop and liquor store so convenient - short bike ride to Surfside -we stayed during Covid so LOTS of restrictions and limitations and simply closed We went to the wine bar across the street from stop and shop twice Great food truffle fries and full bar . My only suggestion would be the grill which is extremely small and time for an update :)

I am back after 26 years of living on Nantucket as a college student. Wanted to show my kids how fabulous this island is! We had a great week and the house was perfect for our family. Weather was close to perfect and the owner was always available. Clean and all the amenities we needed.

The place was great, about a mile from the ferry. Stop and Shop was two away, along with some restaurants, bars and shops. Bile trails were at the end of the street. Surfside is the closest beach, Jetties is about 1.5 miles.

After staying at multiple properties on the island, this has easily been our favorite. It was clean, modern and gave our group of 6 everything we expected from a Nantucket vacation. And the location can't be beat. Don't overlook proximity to the grocery store - we probably made 10 trips while we were there. 10 minute bike ride to surfside and 20 minute walk into the main area of town. Without a car, this is the perfect spot. The owner was prompt in his responses and easily addressed our questions upon arrival. We'd love to stay again.

This house was perfect for our family of 5! Excellent location, close to town, Stop and Shop, and beaches. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean and organized. We booked only a few days prior for a last minute vacation. So glad we did! Clay was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a family wedding during Christmas Stroll weekend on Nantucket. We could not have been happier with this rental. We had 6 adults stay for two nights and there was plenty of room and the home was immaculate and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Pros: This house is cute and clean. It is located right by the Stop and Shop, which is convenient. Cons: When we arrived, the beds were made but the sheets were quite wet. We had to remove them and dry them in the dryer. The checkout is at 10am and the owner basically expects the guests to clean the whole house before they depart. Instructions tell guests to "leave the house as they found it" . If you do not wash and dry all your towels and sheets, the owner indicates that he will take money out of the damage deposit. The dishwasher also must be run before departing. Lastly, this owner did not return my deposit to me in full, but instead subtracted out the credit card fees and then returned what remained. This was not disclosed to me before I booked with my credit card on the Home away website. When I asked the owner to return the remainder of the damage deposit, he refused to do so. So just be aware that if you book this property with a credit card, you will be the one paying all the credit card fees for this owner.

5 of us stayed. House is very tidy and clean which was appreciated.

As a family of four with two young kids, Clay's home was absolutely perfect for us. House was very clean upon arrival, and we appreciated it was well stocked with plates, dishes, etc. - all the kitchen basics that make for easy unwinding. Location was convenient mid-island -- walking distance to Stop & Shop, restaurants and easy access to bike paths including a ~10 minute ride to the incredible Surfside Beach. We rented a jeep for a few days when realized it would be easier to get to further areas of the island of Great Point, etc. This was pricey though, so we'll explore bringing our own vehicle in the future. Other random things we loved about Clay's home (in no particular order): comfy family room, things are well labeled, washer/dryer, access to beach chairs and towels, comfy beds, and the house is QUIET. The backyard and deck area is wonderful to sit on and relax, and the outdoor shower was a treat. Bathrooms are updated and so clean. And if you have kids, the little bunnies that visit the yard will be a huge treat for them. All in all a great stay. I will add that we did not use the garage/bunk room area as there were only four of us (and we didn't want our young kids that far away). It did not appear to have air conditioning in that room just FYI for those that might be an issue for, as we used the A/C during our stay as it was a little sticky. We hope to return again if the calendar aligns.

I was a little concerned that it would be noisy close to the Stop and Shop but NOT AT ALL. Quiet, so convenient to restaurants and shopping. We loved it. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

This house was in a perfect location walking distance to groceries, breakfast, dining, and nightlife without the calamity of downtown ACK. Will be renting again, thanks Clay!

My company is currently working on a project in Nantucket, so we rent housing in the area when our employees need to be onsite. This is the 4th house we've rented and by far, the best. The owner was great to work with. The location was ideal. Next time we are in the area, I will search for this house first. Thank you!

We stayed at Clay's home with two other couples and had a great time. The house was walking distance to town (15-20 min walk) with a grocery store 2 blocks away. Make sure to stop by Downyflake Donut. We enjoyed the common areas at the home, especially the outdoor back deck. Thanks for a great stay!

I am in a power wheelchair and the home was totally accessible.Also very clean, comfortable and great location. Clay was very responsive.

We've been traveling to The Island for years and will definitely consider this house again in the future. The house is located in an extremely convenient spot, and provides everything you need to have a great vacation. The house is very clean, and has been updated relative to some older homes on The Island. You can't go wrong with this house.

The house is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated things like salt and pepper and trash bags, etc. that were already there. The deck and lounge furniture are comfy.
