This home is a good option to consider for summer beach rentals in Bethany Beach, especially if you have a large party. We had 9 people from teens to adults staying. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedroom options, including upper & lower master suites. The Bear Trap community is lovely and so close to the beach. Swim & shuttle passes are extra but we did purchase those. We enjoyed the pool and gym facilities multiple times. A miscommunication with the cleaning staff left us a linen issue to sort out when we arrived, but this was NOT the owner's fault! Both owners were very responsive to all communication with our party. Overall a very pleasant stay!

This was our second time staying in this lovely home. It has a great location for the development amenities & close to Bethany. The home is clean and very comfortable for an extended family vacation. Definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for a girl’s getaway. The location was absolutely perfect and the house was nice and clean when we arrived. I had to reach out to the owner and she quickly responded to my concerns. We loved the quiet screened in porch that overlooked the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

First time we stayed at the same place twice. Neighborhood is so quaint & friendly neighbors. You will feel right at home with quality furnishings, loads of space & all the needed conveniences. We especially love the screened in porch overlooking the golf course! You will not be disappointed! Thanks for the memories!

This was a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, new plush carpets, right on the golf course. We enjoyed the community amenities such as the pool, basketball court and weight room. The shuttle was a convenient way to get to Bethany Beach as well. There was plenty of room in this spacious home for our family of 10, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with my children and grandchildren. Had plenty of space, nice yard/deck and kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few toys and games for the kids. Would defiantly stay again!

I have seen this neighborhood as a potential rental for the years our family has chosen the Bethany Beach area for summer vacation, and finally took the plunge! And it did not disappoint! We usually choose some kind of waterfront, preferably the bay, but the beautiful, serene view of the golf course from the large screened in porch was just perfect. Enjoyed watching golfers w/morning coffee or an evening drink. Plenty of spaces for guests to socialize & relax inside & out. Having a grill was a nice addition, too. And the neighborhood is just so picturesque, it almost feels like a movie set. The owners were very responsive & easy to work with for any issues. You can tell this house is a home. Loved it so much, we booked already for next year! Thanks for the memories!

Disappointed in some things described that were not available....there were issues with the grill not working, arcade games in garage not working, lighting not working, and a bad ant problem in kitchen...other than that, house was nice. Could use a thorough cleaning on the outside/ porch area front and back.

We’ve been doing a family summer vacation at Bear Trap for many years, and love the location. Since our family has grown, we needed a larger home. It was very clean, and there was plenty of indoor as well as outdoor space (loved the screened-in porch)! The kitchen was fully stocked. This home was perfect for us!

The property was not clean when we got there. The cleaning lady arrived at 4 which is when we were supposed to have checked in. My daughter and granddaughters helped her clean the bathrooms and kitchen. We waited two additional hours until it was done and checked in at 6 pm. Not really fair that I had to pay a cleaning fee.

Great Location and Space
We rented this home for a short golf trip for 4 guys. The house was large and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the family room area and the screened porch. We were surprised that bed linens and towels were not included since they have been on all previous trips using VRBO homes. Since we were driving we were able to bring them so it wasn't a huge deal and the owners do provide them for a fee - the fee would be reasonable for a week but not for a short stay (2 nights) like ours.

Perfect location for Memorial Day Weekend
This property was just as described and more. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in instead of fighting holiday weekend crowds. It was very clean. The beds were very comfy. The community has it all. We got involved in the tennis round robins at the tennis courts. Everyone was welcoming. The owners were very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The screened porch was a great place to sit and watch the golfers roll by.
We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week. The house was perfect for us- very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is so friendly.. Owners were very responsive to a question we had about the fireplace. I highly recommend this property and look forward going back.

Easter with the family
We had such a wonderful stay for our Easter break. The house was ideal for our family and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and made making a holiday dinner so easy.
We had to reach out to the owner and she was very responsive.
Bear Trap is a great neighborhood, very family friends with lots to do. It should be in the descriptions that in order to use the pool and other amenities you have to purchase a pass. We would love to return at some point.

Turkey and Foosball
Second year we spent Thanksgiving wknd together and at Bear Trap- did not disappoint. House was roomy, lovely and well equipped. The younger generation thoroughly enjoyed the garage entertainment. This may become a tradition!

Great Weekend Getaway
The house was perfect for our group of 4 couples. House was clean when we arrived. Plenty of room in the living room and dining area. Community has much to offer with a golf course and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Hopefully we all can do it again in the near future.

Labor Day weekend 2021
Had the pleasure of visiting Beartrap Dunes for Labor Day. So much fun in so many ways! Great pool area, tennis courts, basketball courts, gym and playground for the littles…and lots of GOLF. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-10. Perfect space in this house. We loved the screened in porch. Ate dinner at The Den twice. Both time very good and great kid options! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots. We ordered the linen package so we didn’t have to stress. All worked out great and we will be back for sure!

We had a great time at this comfortable, VERY clean home close to the beach, restaurants, shops and more. There was plenty of room, a well-stocked kitchen, and a fabulous screened-in porch right on the golf course in a pretty, walkable neighborhood. Friendly, responsive hosts. An Amazing vacation at Bethany Beach

We loved how open and clean the house was. Everyone was spread out and we definitely had our own privacy. The outside enclosed porch/deck was amazing! We had our morning coffee out there, along with our evening dessert/cocktails. The children loved their own tv (along with the bunk beds), the resort pool, and taking the shuttle to the beach.
The only downfall were the two beds upstairs (the king and the queen) were incredibly uncomfortable (hard). We thought perhaps if you added a pillowtop mattress it would be perfect!
We absolutely loved the house and would rebook it again for next year!!!

Great Vacation!
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed playing cards in the evening, or drinking coffee in the morning on the back porch. Bear Trap Dunes is a wonderful getaway and we would stay here again.

First of all I would like to say thank you so much This was the best day by far that we've ever had very clean nice relaxing spacious everything is there that you need The kitchen's loaded up with the kitchen items that you need We even barbecued in the back very clean and nice so relaxing I will definitely suggest to use this location if anyone's looking for a family getaway I also suggest that this is the place to come. The area was so quiet peaceful the sunset on the back porch so much space in the houses unbelievable This is a beautiful location and a beautiful home We really thank you so much for letting us come and enjoy your home and definitely will come back again. On top of that they even have a little family game room in the garage It is really beautiful. If I could give this a 20-star I would everything that we needed was right there a beautiful vacation thank you so much again for letting us be able to use your house and so friendly. The best by far I can go on and on but this was the best by far location that we've stayed at and I travel a lot. We loved Kristen and Steve’s beautiful house. Our family of 4 (2 adults,
2 kids) felt right at home and Kristen and Steve were responsive and welcoming hosts. Our family loved the personal touches in the decor, cozy fireplace and blankets, the large living room and comfy beds. The kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking supplies. This is definitely a house to bring a crowd (we thought three families with kids could fit very comfortably), and that the town and surrounding area would be a fun warm-weather destination. For our first time to the area, we couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. Highly recommended!

Wonderful getaway
We planned a last minute getaway, it was easy to book; Kristin was very responsive. Loved the open floor plan, we enjoyed a long weekend away with loved ones. Would book again. House is spacious and very welcoming to all ages.
