Lovely home in a quiet secluded gated community for our family group of eight. The location is stupendous with a stunning beach almost at your doorstep. Only minutes to a very good shopping centre including a impressive Whole Foods for the vegans in our group. Access point to the Honolulu area and North Shore etc excursions is a plus. Coming back to a barbecue and evening at the pool topped things off for excellent days. Peter, our host is a gem. Keep this one on your list … !

We chose this place about a year ago for our family to stay for my daughter’s wedding. There were seven family members one of whom is handicapped and there was absolutely no problem with the property even the pool. Everyone was extremely happy with my choice. Peter is a very gracious host, we had some travel problems and we stayed in touch and he had the house all set up at midnight when we finally arrived. Then on the wedding day we had the bridal party there early for hair and makeup session that went very smoothly with ample room in the house for everyone. Great location across from the beach and walkable to shopping and shaved ice for the two teenagers with us. Also when you arrive there is a lovely welcoming basket of goodie’s along with items left from others in the refrigerator and pantry which makes your shopping a little easier. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful home with a pool. Mahalo Peter!🌺 We will return Charles & Cathy

This house is amazing!! It accommodated my family of 8 perfectly. The house is beautiful featuring a large swimming pool and very easy access to the beach, which is truly right across the street. The welcome basket from the owner was so kind and appreciated. Peter, the owner, is very kind and attentive to any questions we had. I would recommend this house to anyone. It is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. Thank you Peter for making our family trip to Hawaii so memorable.

Oh my goodness! Did we find a winner in this VRBO rental right across the road from Kailua Beach Park! It was perfect for our family of 8, with four large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, huge family area/kitchen and lanai with a pool and grill so that eating in was like eating out! We could walk so many places, saving on parking hassles. The property was beautiful and clean, and our host Peter was right on any issues (there were few). We had such a memorable time. HIGHLY recommend!!!

There were 8 in our party…all adults + a 4-year old. This roomy property provided both personal, private space, as well as communal space for all. We cooked a lot and the kitchen is well equipped with many important tools to provide meals for all. While the swimming pool was well used, the easy beach access was also put to good use! Peter, the owner, was a totally amazing host - and responsive beyond words! There just aren’t words to express what a wonderful experience our group had at this property!🌴😊🏊‍♀️

Great location across from the beach and close to town. The pool and large covered patio plus pool toys really added fun for the whole family. This house had everything with spacious rooms, all bedrooms with own bath, fully equipped kitchen and beach equipment. Would stay here again.

This was a beautiful property just as pictured! When we arrived, there was an inviting basket of Hawaiian goodies and a helpful binder of places nearby like grocery stores and restaurants in town. Our favorite was Baci Bistro - amazing food! Everything available for a short walk to the beach made easier with provided towels, chairs, coolers and wagon. Beautiful pool, veranda and home! Property manager was amazing to work with. My family loved Kailua and would stay at this home again!

The house exceeded our expectations and made our trip relaxing and fun!! Peter was very responsive with any questions we had. Spent a lot of time on the covered lanai, even in the rain it provided plenty of dry seating. The rooms were large, the beds were comfy and the house was well equipped and very clean. Can’t wait for our next trip to stay here again!!

We enjoyed staying at Peter's house. It was spacious and very well-kept. He was so helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The lanai and pool area were bonuses to come back to after a full day at the beach.

Peter's place was absolutely amazing. The house is literally right across the street from Kailua Beach Park. The space was more than enough for our group of 7 plus 2 kids. I've stayed in countless rentals in my travels and this is the first one that I truly plan to come back to.

We just got back from a 2 week stay with 2 adults + 3 kids under 13 and we loved it! The house is so roomy, well stocked kitchen (including a rice cooker!), and the pool and lanai are perfect for relaxing and also well stocked with pool toys and beach gear. The location is perfect to drive around the island, across the street from one of Oahu's best beaches, and Kailua is a real town with great local stores and restaurants.

Thank you Peter for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property, also for working with VRBO + outside agency on the payment details so we could actually stay here! You were incredibly patient and thorough. Just a walk across the street to Kailua Beach or a quarter mile walk to the famous Lanikai Beach, the home is secure, garage and driveway parking, AC in all of the rooms, all of the coolers/beach toys/wagons/chairs, etc, home and kitchen was fully equip, washer/dryer, and the pool was awesome after spending a day at the beach and/or exploring the island!!! We had an incredible time and would love to stay here again in the future.

This place was so close to the beach and had a great backyard for hanging out. Very big bathrooms and bedrooms so we could all spread out and feel comfortable. It was a great experience!

This beautiful home is in the perfect location for an amazing and relaxing Hawaiian vacation. The beach is across the road and is ideal! So many wonderful restaurants and shops near by and away from the craziness of Honolulu, but close enough to visit if that is your thing! My girls swam in the pool everyday, it was absolutely perfect! Peter was very easy to work with and responded to all communications quickly. I would recommend this home and area to anyone visiting Oahu!

This property is in a great location and has everything you need for a great vacation. Communication throughout with Peter was great. This house has everything you need for a great vacation, we were not missing anything of importance. For families, this house is perfect as it's large, has all of the beach gear you might need, and is across the street from a gorgeous beach park. The pool is also perfect for young kids to play in when you don't want to get all equipped to go to the beach. Our kids already miss the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Very well equipped, beautiful home in a gated enclave with a heated pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Best of all, the property is a 3-minute walk to the absolutely gorgeous Kawailoa white sand beach. Easy 5-minute walk to the Kalapawai Market for morning coffee as well as delicious burgers and deli sandwiches. 5-minute car ride to downtown Kawailoa with a huge variety of shops, restaurants, Target, and big chain grocery stores. I would recommend this property to anyone without any reservations.

Perfectly situated to enjoy both Kailua Beach and Lanakai beach. Kayaking, snorkeling and long walks on beach. Beach market nearby. Enjoy lanai and pool in evenings to relax. Large kitchen to make meals. 4 bathrooms great for 3 couples. Thank you Peter. We had a great time.

We had a great week in Kailua! The house is in a perfect location that is a very short - less than 5 min - walk to the beach. There are beach toys, snorkel equipment and wagons to take to the beach. The pool was the kids favorite spot to be and was nicely heated. We ate many meals outside. The rooms were great and air conditioning worked well. Close to town for groceries and restaurants. Peter was quick to respond to messages and came and chanted light bulbs promptly. We can’t wait to stay here again!
