We chose to stay at this property based on location, amenities, and prior positive reviews. While there were a couple hiccups we could not have been happier with our choice. Gunjan was very responsive and a gracious host. The unit itself is clean and well stocked. It is perfect for a small family as there are 3 beds and 2 baths. This was very important in our search for a place to stay in South Beach. The hotel is nice but there were a couple of issues during our stay. There are two pools but the upper deck pool is adults only. This would have been nice to know beforehand as it offers great views and more sunshine. There are two hot tubs but neither was working during our stay. The weather was cold at times and a dip in the tub would have been very welcoming. We inquired with the staff and were told maintenance had been working on it for a couple weeks but it was still not fixed. The lower pool is the family pool and there is a waterfall feature the kids were very excited about. Unfortunately it too was not working and again we were told maintenance was on it. Lastly, the fitness center was closed during our stay. With all that said we would 100% stay at this location again. The ocean views on one side and downtown Miami on the other are amazing. Since this was our first trip to Miami there was a learning curve but with a little research you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, and activities within short distance.

The property was beautiful! Check-in process could not have been smoother! I would stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the deck gives you a view of both the ocean and the inlet.

There was such beautiful views and a short driving distance to many areas in Miami. We had a great time.

We were treated like royalty there by the valet and front desk the whole time. The apartment was better than we expected by the pictures and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! We got to watch a beautiful sunset wedding birds eye view from the balcony on 4th of july that was at the alexander (bonus). The owner made sure we had everything we needed and were very happy with his place. We will be back!

Lovely host, easy communications and check in and out. The condo was great for our family of five, with nice beds and linens and a stocked kitchen. The pools and beach access were great. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The apartment was nice and in a good location but the host will take your deposit so be prepared that even if nothing damaged she will find a reason to keep it.

The owner communicated very effectively and timely. The only issue I had was finding and using washer and dryer. The QR code did not work and I had to purchase a card. There was ni sign so go to trash room and you’ll find it. But the apartment itself was extremely clean, had great views and was just as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is great. We loved the pools and the beach access. We loved being away from the Miami Beach Party scene. The condo is updated, but not all aspects are renovated. The 2nd toilet made a terrible squeal after each flush. The bath needs to be replaced; it was squishy to step on and the water came out the bath faucet as well as the shower head, making it impossible for the water to drain as you’re using it. Painting is peeling and walls are chipping. In the master bath, my kids say the water didn’t get hot. I didn’t test that out myself though. However, none of that took away from the experience or the stay. Also, they had an air freshener in the condo that had an overwhelming smell. I couldn’t sleep that first night but once we unplugged it, the air cleared up fine.

We enjoyed our stay in Miami! The owner (Gunjan) was great at communication with us and very accommodating. The condo was exactly as the photos.

My girlfriends and I visited Miami Beach for the first time and we could not have stayed anywhere better!! The place is beautiful, has a nice view of the beach and the city. Overall, we had a great time and we will definitely return. The staff at the hotel was great. The owner was responsive and very helpful. He always answered our questions. Like I said, we will definitely be back.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this place due to its proximity to the beach. Great place! The only negative part were the thing walls and the valet parking. I do recommend this place.

Rooms were good. The pool was fine but the spa did not heat up at all. Pool water was actually more warm than the spas. Valet service is good, the website was easy to use and arrived fast. The bathrooms vents didn't pull air out.

We thought the space was perfect for our girls getaway! We felt that is was plenty of space, well maintained and easy check-in process! Thank you so much for housing us! The view from the balcony is just perfect!

The condo was in the perfect location and very clean! You could easily access the pool and beach. Ubers were available at all times and the wait times were always less than 5 mins. The property felt very safe and secure. Gunjan communicated everything we needed to know and was available by email if we needed anything! We will definitely visit again.

Views are great! Property manager very flexible & easy to work with. Flights were a disaster, they were very accommodating to our late check in & allowing an extra day stay as well. Resort had a leak which left us without power for a few hours one day, owner responded immediately & we had water and snacks at our door within 30 minutes. Would stay again!

Condo pictures are exactly what you see when you open the door. Loved the balcony, look left for ocean and sunrise view, look right for canal, boaters, view of Miami skyline and sunsets. Staff are top notch. Valet was very impressive. Text to get car and it will be ready in minutes. Food and drink services were also top notch. Excellent bar food and yummy drinks. Clean beach and pool area. Condo was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and basic kitchen items. Will definitely stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our girls trip. The location was great and the condo was nice. We did bring in one of the balcony chairs as with the four of us, the seating in the evening was limited. If you are looking at this condo as a family trip - there were A LOT of families - we didn't mind but if you are looking for more of an adult setting, this was more geared toward families the week we were there. We also probably would not have rented a car as this added to our cost but the valet service was very nice!! We would HIGHLY recommend!!!

This is a lovely unit, exactly as described. The renovations were largely (99%) complete by the time we left on 12/18/21 and we experienced no disturbances at all. The bed linens are new and absolutely luxurious!! One of our favorite parts was the balcony, you can see a beautiful sunrise over the beach and a stunning susnset over the city from your private balcony or just relax taking in both views when you want a just break from the beach. The large TV's in every room are also a plus. We took Ubers into South Beach for great meals almost every night. Our favorite was Jose Andres The Bazaar. The beach at the Alexander is very well maintained, it is cleaned of any seaweed every morning, the beach rentals are $35 for a full day for two chairs and an umbrella and the beach is very easily accessible from the hotel. It is a quiet beach that is a easy to swim and play in. The Owner is extremely responsive and very pleasant. I was impressed with every interaction I had with her. I would definitely recommend this unit and working with this owner as she does have more than one unit in the building if this one is not availble. Thank you, Gunjan!

. We had a very nice stay. We appreciate the host’s attentiveness. There were no problems with checking in, checking out, or the condo. The weather wasn’t great and not a lot to do in the immediate area besides the pool and beach. We rented bikes and had fun on the very nice boardwalk biking

We had a group of 5 girls and we had a great stay. The place was clean and very comfortable beds. The beach access was so easy to get to and not crowded. The pool was fun and clean and you could get food and beverage service.
