Willkommen in unserem Zuhause! Wir haben unser Zuhause seit dem Kauf vor ca. 5 Jahren genossen. Wir haben es geliebt, Erinnerungen mit unserer Familie und Freunden zu machen und hoffen, dass Sie das Gleiche tun können.
Wir haben eine Hütte am See mit 3 komfortablen Schlafzimmern und 3 Vollbädern. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und das dritte hat einen König. Das Haus hat auch 4 eingebaute Kojen. Es gibt einen offenen Wohnbereich im Obergeschoss mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Es hat einen großen Fernseher zum Anschauen des großen Spiels oder des Late-Night-Films. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein zweiter Wohnbereich für die Kinder oder zusätzliche Gäste. Genießen Sie Essbereiche im Innen- und Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten für alle, die Ihre Mahlzeiten in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche zubereiten. Auf der großen, abgeschirmten Veranda können Sie am frühen Morgen einen Kaffee genießen, während Sie den Fischen beim Springen zusehen und den Nebel vom See ablassen.
Unser Haus bietet über 200 ft Ufer mit einem überdachten Boot / Badesteg. Sie können den Tag auf dem Wasser mit Blick auf Georgia's Brasstown Bald verbringen. Wir befinden uns in unmittelbarer Nähe von 2 Yachthäfen am Lake Nottely, sodass Sie ein Boot oder Jet-Ski für einen Tag oder länger mieten können. An unserem Dock können Sie Ihr Boot festmachen. Unser Boot kann nicht gemietet werden. Wir bieten ein Kanu und ein Zweimannkajak an, um den See in einem langsameren Tempo zu genießen. Bringen Sie unbedingt Ihre Angelausrüstung mit. Lake Nottely bietet großartiges Sportfischen.

This is a nice clean and comfortable cabin. It can be little tricky exiting the driveway. Overall it worked great for our group!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. The property is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. From kitchen essentials to cozy linens and even travel size essentials for any items you forgot to bring. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing dock. We spent hours enjoying the serene lake views and fishing. Access to the kayak and canoe included was a fantastic bonus. We loved paddling around the lake, taking in the natural beauty and tranquility of Lake Nottley.
Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another peaceful retreat by the lake!

Each year, my wife and I host our children and their spouses for a 3 night time together. This house and this lake have been requested by them to return to!!! That’s what my wife and I like to hear! Beautiful location, great access, great amenities. Looking forward to next time!!

Loved our time at this darling Lake Nottley lake house! Beautifully decorated & great views from the screened in porch, kitchen, and bedrooms.Large dock to tie your boat to. Great outdoor grill, well equipped and beautiful new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms. Comfy beds.

We had six adults sharing this home and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfy, bedrooms a good size, the living areas were cozy and the kitchen was great - very well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots n pans, etc...! Since we stayed in late December, the water was down quite a bit, but we were still able to fish from the dock. We didn't use much of the outdoor space since it was pretty cold but the views were really nice.

This place did not disappoint! Right on the water with a dock to sit and have morning tea or coffee or read a book. Clean and modern house. The outside may look small but is quite deceiving as the inside is quite spacious. Great location close to town for anything you may need. We had a wonderful stay. Rented a boat from the marina down the road and spent an afternoon on the lake. It is beautiful.

The house was very clean, updated and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The kids loved the bunk beds downstairs. It is located very close to both Ingles and Walmart. Owners were easy to get a hold of when needed and helpful. The Nottley Marina is nearby and they were very friendly and helpful. Our boat had some issues on the lake and they helped out a ton. Not to mention they have great boiled peanuts. The kids made stopping at the marina a daily thing.
I would definitely recommend this house for your mountain lake vacation!

Clean, bright, airy and an amazing view. Close to town for groceries, restaurants and shopping. November was a bit chilly to take advantage of the outdoor space so we will take that into account when we book this house again.

I have to say one word "Beautiful". Once we walked into the home it welcomes you as if it's your own. The view was outstanding! Very close to all the amenities that Blairsville has to offer. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was put on the top of the list. The decorations where so warm that it made us feel as if we were in the movie On Golden Pond. (Just Loved It!!!!!)
If you are looking to relax don't miss out on this gem. The owners were available if needed & very accommodating. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect location and lake home. We loved every second. Had everything we could possibly need including a beautiful kitchen, cozy bedrooms, multiple porches & more. The little lovely touches were very appreciated & the owner was so quick to reply. Would stay here again in a second.

The house was in great shape and the decor was cute. We loved the old timey pictures and vacation vibes. The kitchen was great. Had all the appliances, pots, pans, etc. that one might need. Nice big table for family style meals. The screened porch or the patio area under the deck were great for sitting outside and watching the kids fish or swim off the dock. Teenagers loved the kayak and spent lots of time out on the water. The seperate living area in the basement was great for sending the kids downstairs so the grownups could watch a movie or just have some peace and quiet in the evenings.

Beautiful house that has been renovated in the interior. The owner warns you that the bottom floor is colder than the first floor and she it right. Take a sweatshirt if staying on the bottom floor. Otherwise fantastic place.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults to spend a relaxing 3 days and nights. It was a last minute getaway that couldn’t have been better if we had planned it for weeks. The house had everything we needed and more. The dock was great for fishing. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and canoe on beautiful Lake Nottely. We enjoyed a short excursion to downtown Blairsville and to the local farmers market. The grocery store was also only a few minutes away. The icing on the cake, however, was how beautiful the house is decorated! It was so warm, inviting, and cozy as well. The intentionality of the style had to be to draw you into relaxation. And that is exactly what we did!

The home is even better than the pictures convey! It is well decorated, and every area of the home is well done. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately impressed. The owners were great to work with, and quick to respond to any questions.
The home is 5 minutes from downtown Blairsville with shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Also, the Nottely Marina is minutes from the home, where you can rent a boat or jet ski. We rented jet ski's, and it was literally a 5 minute jet ski ride from the marina to the home's dock!
The home is close to all the area's attractions as well. Literally 20-30 minutes can get you to: Blue Ridge; Waterfalls; Whitewater Rafting!

Top notch furnishings, supplies, decor, amenities, appliances, etc. Even Bluetooth in bathrooms to sing along to your favorite music. Attention to details. Everyone in our group couldn't say enough good things about this place. Communication with Owners was a breeze. Just a few issues or questions during our stay that were taken care of or addressed simply & quickly. What can I say but that we rented it again for same time!

Lovely lake house
What a nice lake house. Even though it was only my husband and myself, the house is very spacious and can accommodate a large party. The house is nicely located to the center of town and all of the outdoor activities you may want to do. We had a great time and would definitely rent again if we are in the area.
