Die Wohnung bietet Platz für vier und verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein Queen-Sleeper. Es ist komplett gefliest und liegt direkt am Strand am Golf von Mexiko. Küchengeräte sind neuer hochwertiger Edelstahl mit einer neuen Granit-Langfläche und neuen Schränken. Die Küche ist mit einem Mikrowellenofen, einem Herd mit Glasplatte, einem Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen, allen Utensilien, einem Mixer, einer Küchenmaschine und vielem mehr ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine neue begehbare Dusche mit doppeltem Duschkopf, einen neuen Waschtisch und eine Theke. Balkon hat Chaiselongue mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen. Direkter Blick auf Sonnenuntergänge und Delphine direkt vom eigenen Balkon aus. Sie müssen nicht an einen Strand fahren. Diese direkt am Strand gelegene Unterkunft verfügt über zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten wie Strandliegen, Sonnenschirm, Spielzeug für Kinder, Flöße und Schwimmnudeln. WIRELESS INTERNET bringen Sie also Ihren Laptop mit. Das Gerät verfügt außerdem über 2 Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Anschluss. einer im Wohnzimmer und einer im Schlafzimmer. Alle Bettwäsche, Bade- und Strandtücher, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind in der Unterkunft enthalten. Wäschemöglichkeiten befinden sich auf jeder Etage. Das Sunset Grille Restaurant und die Beach Bar befinden sich in der ersten Etage und bieten direkten Zugang vom Strand oder vom Poolbereich.

Great place to stay! Our daughter was getting married on the beach in front of the Apollo. So staying here was perfect! Our hostess Barbara was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed! We were very happy!

You could not find a more beautiful place to stay on Marco Island. I have been to Marco Island many times in the past as I have Hawaii. I would challenge you to find a place any more beautiful than this view. The unit was nicely appointed, but the furniture in the livingroom was very uncomfortable. If you had to sit on the couch or chair for more than a couple of hours at a time it was not pleasant. The bed had a problem with the center support that made sleeping almost impossible until my husband took the bed apart and repaired the center support as designed. We were there for 5 weeks. Had we not already scheduled and paid for a additional week at Key West following our stay in Marco we would have gone home early. Monday thru Friday was non-stop tremendous noise due to work being done on the property. 8:30am until 4:30pm daily the noise was so loud that any talk inside the condo with my husband required yelling to be heard. People on the beach even talked about all of the noise. The owner could not have been any more accomodating. She was very sympathetic and said that she had no idea that this much noise was going on at the site. She refunded a portion of the rent that we had paid after she heard the noise during one of our phone conversations. She was very quick to correct any problem inside the unit its self. The AC stopped functioning one day. She had a repairman on site and the issue was resolved within an hour of notifying her of the problem.

Barb was a great host and accommodating during our trip. The listing is beautiful with a great porch to watch dolphins from. The unit is just as described in the listing. If I go back to Marco Island I would stay at this property again. Highly recommend as this host was responsive and helped make our stay better.

We had an amazing week at Barb’s condo- she was very responsive and helpful w questions- listing is accurate- condo had everything and more - including beach gear- decorated beautifully- balcony is perfect we saw lots of dolphins and beautiful sunsets- location can’t be beat- nice quiet complex and people very friendly - would definitely stay again but she is fully booked for Feb 2025 already! 😢 I don’t really want more competition…..😬

Barbara's condo is very nice, clean, and functional. The location cannot be beat! We enjoyed being able to have the expansive view of the beach and ocean right from the couch as well as direct access to the amazing beach - one of the cleanest beaches we have ever seen! It was very convenient having the Sunset Grille right in the building for a quick bite, as most other restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Having a reserved parking space was great, as the parking lot fills up on busy restaurant nights. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is perfect for beach lovers. It has everything you may need and has easy access to the bench. You have an amazing view of sunsets and you are within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Barbara is very responsive and made everything very easy (from check in to check out). We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful beach front condo on South Marco Island Beach. Updated, clean, 1 bedroom plus a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, convection microwave, stovetop and refrigerator. Perfect location, quiet, secure building with gated access and key entry security doors. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!!

Balcony view of ocean awesome. Watched dolphins almost every day. Beach great. Condo clean. Common areas could use some updating, but didn’t really matter and we were told that common area was going to be updated.

This condo is exactly how it’s described to a T. You really do see dolphins from the balcony. It’s small, but it’s plenty of room for two people. It was very clean. Right on the beach and it’s towards the end of the island so about half a mile walk or so to some restaurants. Very nice that you can park in the garage. The condo is also very secure.

We were very pleased with our stay at Barbara's condo. The description was very accurate, so no surprises. Being right on the beach was great not only for quick access, but just enjoying a morning coffee or sunset from the balcony was fantastic. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were beach chairs and a cart. The umbrella was a bit small, but was in good working condition. We hope to be back someday soon!

We had a great time celebrating our 50fh Anniversary! Condo was real nice/clean.
One minor problem, the toilet float value gasket is torn and kept the water running when you flushed the toilet. Had to lift the toilet lid to “reseat” the float. Needs new float value gasket. Might be just as well to replace the whole float system.

Our stay at Barbara’s condo was unbelievable. The unit has updated appliances & fixtures. The furniture in the living area is very comfortable and the walk-in shower is an extra added bonus. The balcony overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico offering beautiful sunsets & relaxing mornings makes this condo an exceptional value. Sunset Grill restaurant on the ground floor offers a large menu selection & the service is very good as well. Plenty of other restaurants are within walking distance or a short car ride. Barbara is a very gracious & attentive hostess, who answered any & all questions we had prior to arrival. You won’t be disappointed with this beautiful beach front sixth floor condo. We look forward to our return visit in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in Barbara's condo. The Apollo is a great building and we enjoyed everything about it. The unit was perfect for us; super clean, well stocked, and the VIEW, WOW! Beach supplies were great and we spent most of our time on the beach and in the ocean. Loved Marco Island as a whole, laid back and relaxing, but plenty to see and do if you wanted to get out a bit. Definitely want to come back here as this rental was perfect for us. Barbara is a great host, there if you need her, and very gracious.

The unit was perfect, great view, beautiful beach. The check in was horrible. After the flight, renting a car w e just wanted to relax however when we got there we were told we had to get the key 15 minutes away at the cleaning lady's mailbox which was not on our way. After the check in it was great.

This was the first time at Marco Island. The condo was convenient and the restaurant sunset grill also had great food and atmosphere. Our host was also quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend and stay at the Apollo again.

The condo was awesome. The elderly check in woman was not helpful and seemed like she was annoyed because we did not know how to use the elevator key. On our checking out we unfortunately had the same woman who was just as rude. Almost makes us not to want to come back to the Apollo and we’ve been to this complex many times for weekly vacations.

This is our third stay at the Apollo and Barbara’s condo is nothing short of amazing. She provides all the must haves for a beach get away and her stuff is in great condition! We’re looking forward to another stay in 602!

We spent two weeks in this condo and enjoyed every minute. Barbara was very helpful and everything we needed was provided. The condo is immaculate and the lanai is spacious with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for beach days and especially sunset watching. Hope to rent this unit again!

Condo 602 was clean, quiet and had everything we needed including beach chairs, an umbrella and a buggy to get it all to and from the beach! The best part was the view and the balcony! The entire wall facing the gulf is glass and the view is spectacular! Could not be happier with the experience and hopefully will get to visit again!

The space was appropriate since we stayed on the beach most of the day. Beautiful view from the balcony and amazing sunsets. Definitely would love to come back.
