My husband and I had a lovely stay at this charming condo. It’s spacious and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The water and pool were steps away, and there were more starfish in the water near the condo than at Starfish Point a close walk away. Great stay, would return! We took the water taxi over to Camana Bay one day and that was fun and an easy way to get to and back from 7 mile beach without a long drive. Definitely need a car but the chill vibe was just what I wanted. Thanks!

We loved the peacefulness and beauty of Cayman Kai and the north part of the island. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Located next to the pool and on the ocean and next to Kaibo yacht club we were very relaxed! The only downside is the main grocery store (fosters) is a 45 minute drive away. Make sure when you’re in town and sightseeing that you plan to grocery shop. There was a local grocery store about 15 minutes away but it does not have much. Rum point was closed as they were renovating. We loved starfish point Beach which was walking distance from the condo. Very safe neighborhood! Judy the property manager was very nice and hospitable and the condo was very clean!

Had an amazing get away at this beautiful condo. Every little detail didn’t go unnoticed. Very much recommend this spot for a family or for someone looking to take it slow. The pool was our favorite spot!

thanks for a lovely stay. The unit was very clean, well stocked with supplies including extra towels, washer/dryer, outdoor furniture, snorkeling gear and a full kitchen. The Kaibo yacht club is very close with delicious food and drink. During the day we also enjoyed the coffee/sandwich shop. People were lovely, especially Judy our property manager. Beware of airport taxis who ripped us off on way to the unit!

Very nice place to stay. Condo was clean, nice linens, well-stocked with kitchen equipment. Location is a bit remote. 1/4 mile walk to Starfish Pointe, about 1 mile to Rum Pointe. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great property in a peaceful setting. We stayed during the off season (late September) so some amenities were closed, but we nearly had the place to ourselves. It was a great time and we would love to stay again.

Clear and easy checkin procedure. Perfect location for our stay, with wedding next door. Enjoyed dining at Kaibo Yacht Club, fantastic food!

Loved the propert and services

Beautiful condo, great location, well equipped with lots of extras! Steps from the beach and pool, and the Kaibo coffee shop, bar, and restaurant were just a 2 minute walk down the beach. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

We loved being on this side of island. Unit well equipped. Judy responded promptly to all of our needs. Close to great restaurants and Red Sail Water Sports. Beach a few feet from unit. Absolutely beautiful spot. Will come back!!!

The condo, pool area, and property were excellent. Amenities and excursion opportunities at yacht club were very convenient. Only drawback was rather small beach area.

This property was exactly as described. Very clean, well stocked and we loved having the pool and ocean right outside the lanai. Would definitely stay here again next year.

We stayed the 2nd part of our week in Cayman at the Kaibo Yacht Club #9 an it was perfect. The location was perfect for our family - have the screened porch overlooking the pool and the beach, and our family could very easily walk over to the Kaibo Yacht club for food, corn hole, ping pong or relax in their hammocks and chairs. The rentals from Sweet Spot were that close too. We had a car so made an easy 2 min drive to Rum Point many days. We also loved exploring the north and east end easily from our condo (Tukka was my favorite stop). Inside the condo, the place was clean, the kitchen was great to have, as was the washer and dryer. The beds were vere comfortable, including the pull-out couch! It was nice to have supplies like laundry detergent, paper towels, hand soaps, etc. available. We would definitely return!

Enjoyed the poolside and condo...very private and well supplied and maintained

We really had a great stay and the place was all we wanted. However, the in condo safe was unusable and one of the cable sources did not work, allowing for no TV in that room. We were able to get help but it took a little doing (three phone calls) and the issues could not be corrected.

Kaibo Yacht Club #9C was a fabulous condo. Great views, 1st floor with direct beach access. The condo was huge for a 2 bed/2 bath. The kitchen had all the comforts of home with appliances, utensils, great shape cookware. Well supplied beach gear , books and games. Discount coupons to local activities and restaurants were a nice treat too. The master suite was very comfortable. The screened in patio facing the pool and ocean was wonderful when we had a few minutes of liquid sunshine. We saw more Starfish at our beach than there were at the public Starfish beach down the road. Counted 40 one morning. We have rented condos in Cayman several times. This was by far, the nicest and most well stocked condo that I have stayed in. The rental arrangements were very streamlined. Having the restaurants right there were handy as we arrived on a Sunday and grocery stores are not open. The on site water taxi was a convenient way to explore Camana Bay. Beach was on the smaller side but plenty of chairs and loungers for sun and shade. Hot tub was nice for the cooler nights and star gazing. Thank you for allowing us to use your beach home.

The condo was very clean, close to Rum Point, the bio bay, and starfish bay. everything you need is in the condo, from sunscreen, shampoo, beach towels, snorkel gear and the beds were wonderful. The beach was so relaxing and clean, we also enjoyed the pool.The food at the marina next door was great also. Thank You, we will definitely be back

We loved this condo. 2 couples, lot of visits to the Caribbean, first time to Grand Cayman. We really enjoyed Kaibo. Good restaurant next door, directly on the sand. Even better restaurant down a mile at Rum Point. We took a round trip on the water ferry to Camana Bay and 7 Mile Beach. Enjoyed that day but found the north side of the island to be more relaxing and enjoyable. The condo itself is well done and recently updated, exactly as advertised.

What an amazing property! We couldn’t believe all the extras that really made our vacation! The linens are high quality and super soft! The location is lovely and quiet and better than pictured!

We had an excellent vacation in Cayman. I wholeheartedly recommend Kaibo Yacht club as a destination. Our particular unit was clean, modern, and spacious. No complaints whatsoever.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this Kaibo condo. The unit was well equipped (far beyond our expectations). Everything you needed & forgot to bring (in some cases) was there for you to use. It overlooks the pool and although you can clearly see outside, it is hard for those outside to see inside the unit. Don't miss Star Fish Point, Kaibo Club & Rum Point. Jacques Scott Liquor store is about 15-20 min away along Frank Sound Road. Also check out Kirk Market which is an awesome supermarket. Of course, on the other side of the Island you have Georgetown/ Seven Mile Beach. The West End has the Turtle Museum (did not go, but looked like a fun place for kids). There is a little spot in Georgetown near Burger King & Fish Market called "Cheeseburger Reef Snorkeling" where you can snorkel along a small reef (for free). We were able to see beautiful & colorful fish & sting rays. Also, if you enjoy snorkeling, check out the full face masks that are out on the market, made for an extra enjoyable experience. One more tip, if you don't own a GoPro underwater camera, you can purchase an underwater phone pouch (Amazon) for less than $20. Although we were hesitant in putting our smartphones under water, it worked extremely well and captured beautiful underwater pictures. One more thing, KYD is stronger than USD (about $1.00= .84 as of today) so keep that in mind when deciding on purchases on the Island. Overall a very pleasant experience and an enjoyable time in the Cayman Island.
