Secluded Home w/ Pool in Gated Community, Steps From Beautiful Kailua Beach
Unser über 2.500 Quadratmeter großes Haus ist die perfekte Balance zwischen Luxus und entspanntem Komfort. Die Unterkunft verfügt über Marmorböden, hohe Decken, brandneue Geräte und stilvolle Möbel. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer (eines oben und eines unten) sind geräumig und komfortabel und haben jeweils ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Obergeschoss Master kommt auch mit einem Bartresen, Mini-Kühlschrank und separatem Außeneingang. Alle bis auf ein Schlafzimmer haben angrenzende Badezimmer. Das Gästezimmer im Erdgeschoss und das separate Badezimmer sind bequem zu erreichen. Die zentrale Klimaanlage steht im Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und im großen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss zur Verfügung. Alle anderen Schlafzimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume sind mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet.
Zu unserem Haus gehören auch ein Esstisch für sechs Personen, eine Garage für zwei Autos mit zusätzlichen Parkplätzen in der Auffahrt, ein großer Fernseher im Wohnbereich, eine Kaffeemaschine, Kochgeschirr und Geschirr, Haartrockner in jedem Badezimmer sowie frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Mit zwei kleinen Tischen im Schatten ist die Terrasse der ideale Ort, um einen entspannten Brunch oder ein romantisches Abendessen zu genießen. Der Pool ist klein und lustig, toll für Kinder.

We loved this house. Plenty of space, clean, easy beach access, and the host was terrific and very easy to work with. There was plenty of everything you need - plenty of towels, linens, soap, etc. - and it couldn’t have been easier. We really liked that each bedroom had its own A/C unit, which was a huge plus. Very, very, very happy we chose to stay here!

My husband and I took our two teenage daughters and our teenage niece and nephew for a graduation celebration. Plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 2 adults. They loved having the pool and used it every day. Having the beach right across the street was the absolute best part. Location was just what we wanted. Close to one of the best beaches and not super crowded. It was only a 20 minute drive to the busy side of Waikiki. And the drive was beautiful through the mountains. Would definitely rent this house again.

The house was fantastic!! Rooms for everyone and very spacious family area. We could not have asked for a better location, just a quick walk across a park to a beautiful beach that was never very crowded! Our mornings started out with a nice walk along the beach to a little market for coffee and muffins. Was also great to be able to spend days at the beach then come back to the house for a nice dip in the pool! Can’t get any better than that! We really appreciated that this beautiful house made us feel at home!

The weather didn't cooperate however it was nice having the house right across from the beach. When the sun came out it was a 2 min walk to the beach and when it was overcast and/or raining the pool was perfect for my little son to burn off some energy. We would love to visit and stay there again.

Our daughter graduated from HPU and we brought siblings and significant others to celebrate. This place is spacious, 4 bedroom with indoor/ outdoor mixing with a pool. Kailua is the best kept secret of Oahu, as is the beach at lanikai. Simply the best combination of location, space and management.

We loved the property. From the location near the beach to the pool off of the patio to the well appointed kitchen and the ample and comfortable bedrooms with 4 bathrooms it met every need of our family which existed of my wife and I, our adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren. One of the unexpected pleasures was the serenity of this 5-house gated community where the crowds of the popular beach next door faded into our own little paradise. We will go back to this VRBO as often as possible.

Had a great time and the location was perfect. Right across the street from a beautiful beach. Pool was small but adequate for the two teens. Could use a few more cooking pans that didn't have the teflon scrapped off.Also bring your own shampoo and soap as those are not provided as in other VRBO's. But we did have dish soap and laundry detergent provided. Beds were comfy and with all the fans and bedroom air conditioners everyone was happy.

We visit the islands each winter, but this was our first time staying at this property. The home is clean and had plenty of space for our family of five. Kailua Beach Park is a quick walk across the street and Lanikai Beach (our favorite on Oahu!) is right around the corner. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby, and we loved getting breakfast and lunch at the Kalapawai Market down the street. Mahalo for sharing your lovely home with us!

The house is spacious and comfortable, and directly across the street from Kailua Beach Park! We were a family of seven - 3 kids, set of parents and a set of grandparents. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The backyard feels cozy and secluded with a pool great for children to play in. Kailua has many great restaurants and eateries. The beach is long and beautiful and has subdued waves great for kids. There is also a walking/bike path too. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, and the laundry in the garage was so appreciated! Each room has A/C, and two sets of keys and two garage openers were provided. Just a note, our GPS tried to take us to the wrong driveway, the correct one has a long hedge in front of the property and a black metal gate, as it shares a driveway with a few other homes. We really loved staying here and it was a great place to call home for our vacation!

The house was elegant, well appointed, clean, secure and equipped. While the house is across from the beach, it is isolated from main road and pedestrian traffic associated with the beach. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Great place and location.

This is a beautiful property. High ceilings, lovely kitchen, plenty of seats to dine. The rooms are a very good size and my little one loved the pool.
The host gave me plenty of info and was responsive to all my questions. The bedrooms all stayed nice and cool but the common area was a bit warmer although the numerous fans kept it comfortable.

We did not have hot water during our stay. We discovered it on our first night & I called the property manager the next morning. The handyman came by & did what he could but we still did not have hot water. He came again the day before we left but it did not get fixed. The property is lovely but the hot water issue was not resolved.

The house was more amazing than we ever could imagine. The garage is equipped with all sorts of beach items, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkels, floaties. It was clean, spacious and just perfect for our family. Katy was great to work with. Definitely recommend

We all loved this house. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kailua Park and beach right across the street and easy walking to Lanikai Beach. Also, Buzz's Original Steakhouse was easy walking distance too. Due to the weather being rather rainy during our stay the pool was not used. Plenty of beach accessories were available. Snorkels, masks, fins, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chest/cooler and a wagon to tote all to the beach. Katy was so helpful on a couple questions we had. I'd definitely stay here again! Such a wonderful 70th birthday vacation to remember.

We highly recommend this home for your vacation to Oahu. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home near the beach. We were grateful for the air conditioning units in all of the bedrooms because it was so hot. Each room had their own bathrooms which was great for our guests. Included were all of the fun beach accessories (chairs, snorkeling gear, coolers, etc.) The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for our guests. The tiny geckos around the property were fun too. The host responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

The vacation house was large, clean and perfectly located across the street from Kailua Beach Park and Kailua Beach. And within quick driving distance of Kalapawai Market, and several great restaurants (Cinnamons, Uahi Island Grill...) The owner/manager of the house was very responsive to any request and provided super guidance regarding how to enjoy our stay in Kailua.
