Decent water pressure and internet. Room good size. Had to ask for kettle but that makes sense, not everyone wants one. Good size desk and chair with back. Self checkin/out worked well. Right off the terminal but with the construction, was hard to find. Staff helpful.

They have laundry machines but expensive. Would like a luggage rack in the room. No tv in room, they have communal tvs in lobbies which got tied up.

I love everything in this Hotel! They allow me to check in early. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern. You have every basic things that you might need. There's a common area and a kitchen, that has a vending machine, for coffee, something to drink and snacks. My room has a single bed and a huge bath. I loved it! Would definitely come back here! :)

There's no TV but who needs a TV if you have a lot to see outside? :)

Convenient location (close to the harbour for ferries to Helsinki and close to the Old Town), great amenities, well kept, modern and clean.

Die Lage ist super, man kann die Stadt von hier sehr gut zu Fuss erkunden und es gibt eine Vielzahl von Bussen, wenn man etwas raus zB ans Meer will. Mein Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Momentan sieht man in Baustellen, hatte da aber kein Lärmproblem. Frühstück im hauseigenen Restaurant fand ich ebenfalls gut, es gibt Plätze mit Schaukel :-) Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum und kl Supermarkt in einem 10 Minuten Radius. Mir hat es gefallen.

Meerblick ist mE etwas übertrieben, man sieht durch eigenen Häuserspalt ins Hafenbecken, trotzdem schön, aber ich hatte andere Erwartungen. Neutral, weil individuell - durch das viele Glas war es etwas kühler im Raum, es war doch gut unter Null draussen. Die Klima/Heizung war aber auch auf höchster Stufe nicht richtig warm. Insgesamt aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

This hotel definitely has one of the best price-value ratio. The building is well maintained and nicely designed, located 3 minutes walk from Rotterman district and the port. Also there is a public parking lot only a few steps away where you can park for €4/day. The check-in can be conducted on a kiosk very swiftly where you get your card and room number. On the 2nd-3rd floor there are public spaces as well such as lounge area with TV or kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, and vending machines. The room itself is perfect for a short stay - well designed, soft mattress (you decide if it is a pro or con), clean bathroom with toiletries and floor heating. Great place to have some rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was modern and very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a very decent size. It was also great that they allow pets, though there was a 10e extra fee per night, which was not mentioned here. The location was very convenient, even if it's next to a construction site. There is a common area with a full kitchen, which we only discovered on our second day, one of the downsides of an automated check in. We got a late checkout (2pm) for only 15e extra, which was nice.

The rooms were very minimalistic to a point of being a bit underwhelming. There was no fridge or a kettle in the room, though you could borrow a kettle from the reception. Might not have been an issue if we'd realized the existence of the kitchen. Water pressure in the shower was abysmal.

I thought the food was excellent, good value and beautifully presented every time so keep the chef and his team. If I stay again I would like to have breakfast as part of my stay deal. Its a real pity the restaurant was not open in the evening, my only issue with the food!!

Convenient to restaurants and shopping (old town), excellent restaurant in building, walking distance to just about anywhere I was interested in going. View was enjoyable even with construction.

I accidentally broke the bathroom mirror by leaning on the corner and it cost me 180 EUROS. Very much a box and no way to invite someone over to chat, really

There was a breakfast restaurant at 1st floor but apparently different company. Price for breakfast 15 euros plus additional 3 euros for a coffee !!! Way too expensive......went to some other place for a breakafast.

Enjoy this place while it lasts- I really hope they maintain the current pricing level because they have hit the sweet spot of price/quality. The hotel is in super clean condition and although all the processes from parking to check-in &check out have been fully automated and there is no staff visible, everything works like a charm. The rooms are clean, well maintained and big enough for travelers. It looked like the hotel is almost sold out with a lot of budget travelers. I recommend this place 100% and hope the hotel maintains attractive pricing, it is just enough lower to accept that some services like staff, tv in the room or air conditioning are missing.

A modern hotel but with its own style - lots of concrete, muted colours and plants in the shared areas. The shared (and very clean) kitchen was an added bonus. We paid for breakfast which you take in the next door cafe and it was amazingly good. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean property with all the basics you need. Even had a communal shared kitchen with disposable dishes and cutlery. Really liked the “carpet” which was dirt resistant and easy to clean. Felt cleaner than other carpets. It’s self serve check in and check out but there is staff in the office if you ever need any help.

No kettle in the room but you can use the one in the shared kitchen. Our soap dispenser in the bathroom must’ve been slightly broken and you had to press just in the right spot to get soap.
