Modern secluded home in wooded Setting
Das 2500 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss im Erdgeschoss mit Wohnraum Küche und Bildschirm Veranda auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Ein separates Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer in der vor dem Haus. Das Erdgeschoss hat auch eine 1/2 Bad mit Waschmaschine. Es gibt zwei Eingänge ... Einer der Haustür oder einen separaten Eingang in eine Diele. Die Veranda ist massiv mit Bereichen zum Entspannen. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer .... Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß mit einem separaten Wohnbereich mit Sofa, Futon und TV ausgestattet. Das Master-Schlafzimmer Badezimmer ist mit einer tief entspannenden Badewanne und separater Dusche ausgestattet. Die 2 weitere Schlafzimmer haben eine große sonnige Atmosphäre mit Doppelbetten. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und Badewanne Combo würde durch die zwei weitere Schlafzimmer genutzt werden ... Die Küche ist ganz modern mit Granit, Edelstahl-Geräte und Zentrum der Insel mit 3 Barhocker Geselligkeit zu genießen ... Der Speisesaal ist mit Tisch und 6 Stühle für eine intime kulinarisches Erlebnis eingerichtet .... Das beste an diesem Haus ist die Außen im Zimmer Surround gescreent von Wald und voll möbliert mit Rattanmöbeln für Entspannung in einem Bug-freie Umgebung. Unten im Keller ist ein großartiger Ort, der Tischtennisplatte, Airhockey und Gewichtmaschine hat, um Gäste zu unterhalten. Dieses Haus ist so ein wunderbares Zuhause für Paare oder Familien, um Zeit miteinander zu haben

This is always a great place to stay for our family in the Otis Reservoir area. House is clean and has everything we need for a getaway. Owner is easy to work with.

We ( my sister, son & wife ) stayed August 5 - 8, and my other son, wife & two grandsons came over for dinner one evening. They live nearby in Becket, and it was great to have the whole family together.
The new dining table & chairs were perfect & the screened porch gets great cross breezes. This might be our last visit though as we get older we require safety bars in the shower & higher toilets

Sometimes a listing for "secluded" isn't really so. But here it was wonderfully true. When turning off Rte 23 to High Rise Rd, it looks like a single-lane gravel driveway. Then you continue and continue over the rough road until this amazing house appears in a clearing. It's a hidden gem in the woods. Despite difficulty with the lockbox (you need extraordinary strength) and one car getting a flat tire after driving over High Rise Rd., we had a great time in the house. The master suite can easily sleep at least 5-6 people between the bed, couch, futon, and rollaway found in a closet, and they would share a full bathroom. Plus there are 2 more bedrooms, and they would share the 2nd full bathroom.

We wanted a peaceful rest and that is what we got. House is off a road and you cannot hear anything just the birds. First time in the Berkshires and it was close to everything we wanted to do. House had plenty of room and all the amenities you needed. Used the gas grill a couple of time to cook. Sitting outside in the morning the front porch was nice and cool and at night the back porch.

It is a lovely home - very neat and clean with comfortable beds!. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were plenty of places for guests to sleep and plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially loved the back screened in porch!
The host was a pleasure to interact with. She checked up on us during the first few days to be sure we had everything we needed.
The only downside is that is in a fairly isolated area and takes almost 30 minutes to drive to into 'town'.

Great place to stay as escape from city
Our family stayed there (mine and my brother) with children. We liked the house, big and comfortable, well equipped. Close to the beach on the lake with options for swimming, fishing and hiking.

A wonderful weekend!
My friends and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay here in Otis! The home was beautiful and very clean! Vicki was absolutely wonderful! She checked with us to make sure we made it to the house and left the porch light in for us because we were arriving in the evening. That made us feel so welcome! On the porch there is a game called Ringo that was so simple and fun! We all got addicted to it. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to return!

Four Friends Getaway
The property was very secluded in a beautiful bucolic setting. We were 4 friends getting away from the city. The house was comfortable and had many areas to relax and lounge about, which was tested due to the rainy weather we encountered. We had an opportunity to walk on tree and wildflower lined paths, surrounded by waterfalls. It was very relaxing and renewing.

Perfect getaway for a family
Vick’s property is super clean, very well equipped and welcoming, has a lot of space with many big windows to see the beautiful wooden surroundings. Communication with her is really easy, she will answer immediately all your questions. As a plus the house has a game room in the basement next to the door to the bbq area so you can play or train as you cook.. there is a little grocery store 8 minutes drive from home in case you missed something, they also serve sandwiches, shakes and sodas.

A great getaway
The property was beautiful. The place was as beautiful in person as the website. The master bedroom is gorgeous. The place was fully stocked with any thing you needed to prepare meals. The host was wonderful. I would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be making the lock box for entry easier to use.

Weekend getaway
We had a great time in Otis this past weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, updated and spacious. Vicki was an attentive host from check in to check out. (She called me days before to warn of inclement weather and then remotely turned on the heat for our arrival!) We enjoyed exploring neighboring communities and local hikes/walks on our pandemic weekend getaway. We definitely will be returning!

The house was beautiful and was even better than the pictures. The place was spacious and worked well for staying with friends particularly during these times. Relaxing vacation in Berkshires
Had a great time. The location is secluded and the home is wonderful. Looks new and has lots of space. Beds are comfortable and spacious. Nice big tub in master bedroom. I haven’t soaked in a tub in years. The kitchen has lots of space and is well equipped. Have nice screen porch but the weather really wasn’t warm enough for us to spend a lot of time there. Very clean house.

My wife and our two daughters rented Vicki’s home for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the home extremely comfortable and relaxing. All rooms are spacious, and the master bedroom is enormous. The kitchen is well equipped and there are two grills outside. The girls enjoyed playing air hockey and ping pong in the basement. The house is secluded, which is what we were looking for given the covid-19 restrictions, but in short driving distance of Lee, Great Barrington, etc. The phone reception was poor, but the wifi was reliable throughout the house. Vicki was very responsive and attentive host. We’re looking forward to meeting you in person next time we come to Otis. Thank you!

Great house!
We were 2 couples looking to escape NYC for 2 weeks. The house was large, comfortable and very well equipped. Cooking and baking were easy given that everything we needed was present. The master bedroom was more like a suite. One of us was teaching remotely at a university and another holding work meetings and the internet met their needs. Vicki and her husband were friendly and accommodating. What more could you ask for?

Great house in the Berkshires
We've been coming to the Berkshires for years, but can no longer fit in the same house with my daughter's family, so we rented this house. We were a group of 5, my wife, 2 sons and 1 girlfriend. The house was plenty big for all of us. The house is very well equipped for all your cooking needs, as well as a washer and dryer. The AC was excellent, especially important as the temperatures were in the 90's while we were there.
We recommend Otis Town Beach, just 10 minutes away by car. Easy access to Lee and Great Barrington. We would definitely stay again!

Vicki was the perfect host! Very attentive and thoughtful, both during the process of booking and while we were there. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped. Our family had a great time in Otis and loved staying in the house - game nights on the screened-in porch, ping pong matches, and lots of family meals spent together. A very clean and comfortable stay
Our family of 7 total had a great getaway stay in Vicki's home in Otis in the Berkshires. We found the house clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all. The house is located not far from the Otis reservoir and Tolland State Forest along with a number of short local hikes. On the way up, we stopped and picked up groceries at a Stop and Shop in Connecticut and then supplemented with a trip to Big Y Super market in Lee (about 20 minutes from the house). The kitchen had plenty of pots and cooking utensils and the gas grill was a pleasure. We found Vicki easy to reach and very helpful as needed. It was a great family weekend!

The home had all the amenities you may want in a rental...from a kitchen with all the cooking utensils and pans needed. to games for the whole family.

This house was great! We have been renting vacation places for the last 10 years and I have to say this was one of the cleanest ones we have stayed at!! Also Vicki was super easy to deal with and was extremely nice! The house has plenty of space! We stayed with a family of 5 and it was great. The master bedroom is huge! The house is tucked away on a private road so it was nice and secluded. We had a great time at the house and would highly recommend it!
