Das Hauptaugenmerk des Hauses liegt auf der großen, begehbaren Galerie, die alle Bereiche um einen zentralen Terrassenbereich mit Swimmingpool, Patio und Garten herum miteinander verbindet. Der Pool ist eher eine Freiformlagune mit Wasserfall, wodurch der Garten sehr tropisch wirkt. Tagsüber wird dieses Gebiet von einer Vielzahl von Vögeln frequentiert. Unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und öffnet sich zur Terrasse und zum Essbereich, sodass die Gäste kommen und gehen können, wie sie möchten.
Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Die Master Suite ist eine separate "Casita" mit einem Wohnbereich, einem kompletten Badezimmer und einer Außendusche. Wenn Sie noch nie eine Außendusche erlebt haben, ist dies ein Genuss!
Wir haben ein Surfbrettzimmer und einen Duschbereich, so dass Surfer und Kinder mit sandigen Füßen durch ein Seitentor eintreten und sich waschen können, bevor sie den Hausbereich betreten.
Es gibt Parkplätze für zwei Autos vor dem Haus. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen kleinen Safe für Wertsachen.

Sie servieren köstliches Essen und veranstalten zweimal pro Woche Musik- und Grillabende am Strand. Das Morgenfrühstück mit Brüllaffen in den Bäumen ist etwas, wofür sie berühmt sind. Viele dieser Heuler sind am frühen Morgen von der Hacienda zu hören. Eine Tasse Kaffee in der Hacienda am frühen Morgen zuzubereiten und dann den Sonnenaufgang am Strand zu beobachten, ist eine großartige Möglichkeit, um einen Tag in Costa Rica zu beginnen.

We had the most beautiful experience in Tamarindo, Costa Rica! There were 7 of us girlfriends who have been planning a 40th birthday getaway for years! We couldn’t have had a more magical or memorable trip! The house was perfect, including location. We had a couple meals catered to the house and enjoyed a cacao ceremony/sound bath at the home as well. We were steps from the beautiful beach and just a walk from some amazing restaurants, shops and bars. Everything was beautiful, everyone was friendly, and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us and helping us create lifelong memories. Pura Vida!

We loved Hacienda Del Pacifico! The house is beautiful! The pool was a perfect refresher after surfing at the beach. The location to the beach is excellent. And the wildlife we encountered was unbelievable—monkeys, iguana and a big crab!

1000% would recommend this home! Location 10/10, privacy, cleanliness was insane, beautifully built, safe, pool was perfect size, and monkey visits were a bonus! House was exactly as advertised online and maid was amazing. Beach is 1 minute walk cross street. We enjoyed massages and dinner at Capitan Suizo hotel next door. Owner was extremely responsive and booked our transportation to and from airport. We will be back.

We stayed with 4 couples. Each had our own bathroom attached to the bedroom. The outdoor space was beautiful. Loved eating our breakfast outside. Well equipped kitchen though we ate out for most dinner meals. Groceries were more expensive than I anticipated. The pool was perfect. A refreshing temperature. We saw monkeys in the neighbors trees and a few iguanas that snacked on the dropped fruit in the backyard. There was a gecko and small crab in our room but didn’t bother us. The housekeeper is there daily to sweep, clean and wash towels. The beach is just across the street between the neighbor houses. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. We were a short walk on the beach or by sidewalk to the downtown scene with lots of great food and shopping. We had an amazing time and would love to return with our kids. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

We came to Tamarindo for a wedding, but didn’t want to stay at the hotel. There were 7 adults in our group who wanted something more private so we chose Hacienda del Pacifico.
Pros: Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Courtyard area with pool and outdoor kitchen was AMAZING. Cleaning service came on certain days. Property felt safe and secure. Check in/out was very easy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was VERY convenient. House provided beach chairs, towels, ice chests.
Cons: Our group had no complaints. Everyone enjoyed the home.

What a fantastic home! Felt like we were away from it all year close to everything. The house was so spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor living spaces and the bedrooms were nice and cool. The beach and shops and restaurants are all steps away. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this property and proximity to beach/town. It was perfect for our 2 families of 4. House was well designed and thought out. Loved the private bedrooms and open air concept for the kitchen and outdoor dining. Nice to go to the beach then come back and jump in the pool to cool down. Beach was right across the street and town was just a short walk with lots of great restaurants and stores. We’d definitely stay here again if visiting Tamarindo.

Location makes this exceptional. Short walk to Southern end of an outstanding beach that offers safe swimming for all ages. Beach chairs and boogie board were used every day. Initial worries about outdoor living area were quickly put to rest with pool and shaded areas. It was very hot while we were there but AC in bedrooms and living room was lovely at times. Staff kept the place clean and there was quick attention to a couple issues. We were without water for about 14 hours, but it seems like it was a fluke and everyone tried their best to fix the situation. This was our third trip to Tamarindo and our favorite rental for our adult family ranging in age from 20-77. We enjoyed renting an electric golf cart for quick trips to grocery and restaurants. During our two week stay we rented a car for one week to visit other beaches and for excursions. Arranged airport pickup/dropoff through Lexie is seamless. Enjoyed having Georgia from Sunset Catering prepare and deliver several dinners and breakfasts for our gang after busy days. Reasonable and delicious! Highly recommend this home and would stay here again if we return!

Our family went to Tamarindo to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Right from time of booking this beautiful property, Lexie, the owner, was amazingly helpful! She answered many questions, helped arrange airport transport and caterers for our fantastic anniversary dinner. Arelyn, the housekeeper, and Leonel, the gardener, were such joys to have around! Loved the closeness to the beach and to all the excellent Tamarindo restaurants. Loved the openness of the house, the relaxing pool, and the very neat outdoor shower! Thanks, Lexie, for helping our family create some great, long lasting memories!

Our group of friends has a marvelous time celebrating our landmark birthdays at the Hacienda. The beautiful house is perfectly laid out for four couples, with lovely public spaces along with plenty of privacy for each couple. Fantastic location for walking to the ocean beach and in easy walking distance to some excellent restaurants. We highly recommend a visit here.

The open air concept , the pool , and the landscaping at the house are awesome.
The housekeeper and the groundskeeper are very helpful , and kept the house spotless throughout our stay.
The two issues that were really minor annoyances , but worth mentioning , were the alarm, that went off everyday , and usually at 5:30 am… probably caused by the raccoons or cat next door( very cute and friendly white cat with tabby tail)
The other issue is the toilet paper which must be placed in a waste paper basket rather than flushed down the toilet.
It wasn’t mentioned before hand, and was a bit off putting at first, but we all got used to it.
We just bought some Huggies wipes, and Lysol

Great week with family at Hacienda del Pacifico! Perfect location- across the street from the beach. The open architecture created the feel of outdoor living with a variety of birds singing and nightly visits by a neighborhood cat and a curious raccoon that can open cabinet and frig:) The pool is small but just right. A troop of howler monkeys in trees across from the hacienda had adorable babies. So glad we brought a hammock to set up between the pillars around the kitchen. The on site staff, Anester, Leo and Arelyn did a wonderful job keeping the house and grounds tidy. Fresh tropical fruit and coffee upon arrival is a great touch. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap, if desired (only soap bars are provided).
Lexie is very responsive to any questions and her recommendations for activities and restaurants were spot on. The Friday night beach barbeque at Hotel Suizo next door was a fabulous way to end our trip.
Advice unrelated to the home. If renting a car, warning - Costa Rican laws around required rental insurance are stringent and rental car companies (both international and local providers) demand payment of extra fees. Do your homework and purchase insurance before you arrive if you can (bring hard copies of contract). If staying Saturday to Saturday during busy season, be prepared for a LONG (1 hour +) wait to get through Liberia airport customs on both arrival and departure.

Fantastic property with close proximity to the beach. Close enough to shopping, restaurants, etc, but enough distance from the busy areas of Tamarindo to enjoy quiet mornings and evenings. Cleaning and maintenance staff were excellent. We will definitely book this property in the future.

Hacienda Del Pacifico is just across the street and a short walk down a path to the beach at Tamarindo Beach. The House is in great shape, the staff Aniesta and Lionel are incredibly helpful, and overall it is a great place to stay in Tamarindo/Langosta. We highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at this lovely property. It’s a very private oasis. We love lounging by the pool, cooking in the well equipped kitchen, and seeing the wildlife that visits the house. It’s a quick walk to the beach with the provided beach chairs. Easy walk to many great restaurants. Look forward to returning again.

We loved the location of Hacienda del Pacifico! Head down the path to the beach and walking distance to town. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, towels, etc and also enjoyed the open airiness of the hacienda. Pool was smaller than pictures looked but it was still very nice for us and we spent a good amount of time enjoying it. Bedrooms were comfortable and we really liked that each had its own bath. Host was very helpful and responses were quick. It was wonderful, a great stay for our family!

Hacienda del Pacifico was the perfect accommodation for our family traveling with 3 adult children. The house is perfect in that everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. The outside courtyard/pool and kitchen is the best gathering spot. Location to the beach and restaurants was an easy walk but far enough that it was quiet. Lexie was super communicative and even arranged for our airport transportation. It was hard to leave this morning!

We loved everything about our stay at Lexie’s hacienda! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation. It was a very short walk to a beautiful beach. It was clean - Anestar and Leo were fabulous, keeping everything neat and tidy and towels continuously washed and dried. We rented golf carts but could easily have walked. Proximity to great restaurants. And Lexie was always available to help with any of our questions or needs. Highly recommend! We hope to return again!

We have a family of 8, with kids ranging from 10 to 24. When we arrived we were greeted by Leonel who walked us through everything we needed to know for the week. Anester was there each day to tidy the house and do laundry which was awesome. We were so thankful for her work throughout the week. Finally, the location was great. We absolutely loved our stay in this home!! From the moment I booked, the owner, Lexie, kept me updated and answered all my questions. When we arrived, we were greeted by the groundskeeper who went over all the important details about the house. They had even stocked the fridge with fresh fruit, milk, juice, and coffee. The housekeeper kept it clean and washed our clothes and towels daily. The pool was very relaxing after a day of hiking and surfing. And, the bedrooms were cool with comfy beds to dream of your next day’s adventures!! The house sits across the street from the access to the beach. It’s an easy walk to town for restaurants and shops! I definitely recommend this home!!

Wow! The layout of the Hacienda is gorgeous. 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, a large enclosed family room and a wonderful open air kitchen which all surround the courtyard with pool. Lexi, the owner was always quick to respond to all my questions and she was very willing to give recommendations for airport transportation, fishing excursion and hooked us up with a wonderful concierge. Her staff, Leo and Anester were always diligent in their work (gardening and cleaning). They even put up with our poor Spanish skills. Overall, the house was perfect for a family of 5, in a safe and quiet neighborhood and a short walk to a great beach. Thanks Lexi for a great week spent at your property.

This was such a great house for our group of 6 - mom, dad, three teen/young adults sons and one friend. Everyone had plenty of space and we all enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen so much! The walk down to the beach is so easy and allowed our fishermen to head over to the rocks near Playa Langosta to fish and our surfers to go the other way to surf Tamarindo. The groundskeeper and housekeeper were just amazing and kept the house so neat and clean. We did have an issue with the master bedroom AC not cooling properly — it was resolved with a new AC unit for the room that works great. Thanks for a great week with wonderful family memories!

Our group of adults had an amazing stay in Tamarindo at this property. Loved being on the quieter side of the beach and having beach chairs, coolers and umbrella was perfect. All were surprised how close the beach was, just down a short path across the street. If you enjoy the busier crowd, it really is just a short walk to town, which felt extremely safe. Lots of great shops and restaurants. Anester, the housekeeper, kept the house immaculate. The pool was used daily either to start or finish the day. At the hacienda we saw monkeys, iguanas, geckos, squirrels, raccoons, opossum and the daily visit from the cat. I had a few concerns about the safety and the outdoor space but am so happy to say it was incredible and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tamarindo. Thank you Lexie!

There were four of us, all 50+, we throughly enjoyed the property. House has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, beautiful patio, washer & dryer, perfect size pool, and security. Very clean. Quiet area (except for the howling monkeys) There is a visiting cat, very friendly and it loves milk.
House keeper and gardener come every day. We just preferred more privacy, therefore we requested they only come Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Both only spoke Spanish but were very nice.
Beach access is directly outside the front door.
The beach is perfect, there’s fewer people at this end.
House has beach chairs & umbrella, and beach towels.
Do recommend you get a golf cart as it’s a bit of a walk to the center of town. Best to pre-arrange, hard to find on Sunday. Also, makes it much easier to go to the grocery store.
Home owner is great to work with and always responds. She set up our transportation with Andrea, who was provided excellent service and was a wealth of knowledge.
This is the perfect area for surfing.

Excellent property! One of my all time favorites and we are well-traveled. Wonderful area close to town and beach. Great layout for families with older children or adults. Each room has a bed and bathroom. The master shower is outside and you can hear howler monkeys as you shower. Tropic Tamarindo and Nogui were our favorite restaurants, but all of the food we ate was great. Took two excursions from Native’sway - Guachipelin Adventure Combo and Rincón de la Vieja Volcano National Park. Both were worth the time and money, but if you can only do one the combo was amazing especially the River tubing. Lexie the owner was very responsive and booked our transport from and to the airport at a cheaper rate than I found online. She also recommended a sports fishing boat. Went fishing, but did not catch much - still had a great time - saw at least 15 sea turtles. Add this one to your bucket list!!! Pura Vida!!!

Located close enough to town to be able to walk done the beach into town and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and somewhat secluded. The house has everything that you need. I actually wish we had cooked more vs eating out. When we did cook fresh fish, it was by far better than in any restaurant.
Lexie is an amazing host and was available to answer any questions we had. Anester the housekeeper is wonderfully kind and attentive. Thank you Lexie for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Our experience at the hacienda was wonderful!! Even better than I imagined. My whole family was so impressed with the beauty of the house and the location. It was a dream come true for me to be in this paradise with my children and grandchildren.
