We loved our time at Riverside on Vaughn. Gorgeous home, comfortable, immaculately clean! Owners were super easy to communicate with and answer questions as needed!
The huge covered deck was great for morning coffee to late night dinner and drinks! Close to river outfitters for floating the Caddo.
The kids loves the downstairs bunk room and game room! Really nice, close to home, vacation! We will be back!

I recently stayed here with my mother and my 5 children, ages 2-14. The first thing I noticed was how clean the house was. I have stayed in several rentals, and this was by far the cleanest. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit. The bunk room was perfect as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions, and was very pleasant. Overall we had a great time here, and would absolutely come back!

Trip was great and relaxing. Far enough away from town but close enough to run and grab something you forgot. Owners were easily accessible. The cabin was stocked with tp, paper towels, few trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Beds were comfy and check out was a breeze. Our kids loved the huge yard and easy access to the river (it was down when we were there).

The views were outstanding!!!! We came for a much more active vacation but my kids were sick all week. We were disappointed but soon realized with the views, there was no better place to be stuck inside! The house has all quality finishes and necessities.

We stayed there with the intent to drive up to Mount Magazine which was amazing, both the drive and the destination. The drive up Vaughn road was a bit scary and intimidating because it is so narrow. For that reason we limited ourselves from going anywhere after dark. We fished in the river, explored the rocks of the gravel bar and enjoyed the very beautiful and very comfortable accommodations of the cabin. The deck was so relaxing. Wonderful place.

What a perfect cabin for my stay in Glenwood. I enjoyed taking day trips to nearby Albert Pike, relaxing by the river in the evenings, and stargazing on the porch once the sun went down. Do not miss out on the porch experience. The fireflies were magnificent (never have I seen so many) and the stars were out of this world!

Perfect Family Get-a-way in Luxury Cabin.
Gorgeous, quiet, and very clean stay. It was easy and close to have river access- which was perfect for my 11 and 15 year old. I appreciate that this cabin is more secluded than the cluster of rentals farther down, which made it feel private. We had friends staying with us, so we took a vehicle to the public access point and floated there from our cabin and that was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The evenings on the porch were super enjoyable. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

This spacious cabin is perfect for a family vacation. The view of the river is beautiful. The walk to and from the river is a bit taxing, but it’s not too far of a trek.

Awesome Getaway
We had a great time at the cabin. It was so clean, and Lori answered every question I had within minutes. Location is close to town for food and errands, but far enough out to feel like we were out of town. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin. The River access was perfect and our whole family spent a perfect spring break relaxing and enjoying the spacious front porch, fire pit, and clean indoors.

Great place for a family getaway!!
Some friends and I were in town for a golf outing. Our place was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet, and the views of the river from the rap around porch and amazing. I will be booking this cabin again! The only slight thing was the router for the internet had been struck by lightning a couple days before our arrival, and the property manager forgot to inform me. This normally wouldn’t have been a problem, but when I tried to turn on the TV to watch the basketball game, I got nothing. I’m a huge Arkansas Razorback fan. And was hoping to catch the game. Nevertheless my overall rating of our stay was still a 5 star experience.

We had a nice time. Beautiful view and firepit was fun for smores. Fireplace indoors needed adjustment and they did that quickly. Google maps couldn't find it, so ask for coordinates.

Roomy
The cabin was great. Plenty of room for a large family. Scenery was beautiful. There is additional room downstairs however it was not available (renovations maybe?). Since we have a very large family it would be nice if the entire cabin were available when we come in town again. Overall it was a very nice stay despite the glum nature of our visit.

Quiet and beautiful
This cabin is beautiful, very clean, and although initially it looks small, it has lots of room inside, a large wrap around porch, and a massive yard with a fire pit and an easy sloping trail to the river. We were very happy with our stay.

Long weekend getaway
We enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The TV didn't work but this was not an issue for us as we were rarely inside. I saw some other reviews about the neighbors, we didn't have any issues with them and the ones we met were very nice. It was quite a hike to get to and from the river, we wished we had brought a wagon, but the water was beautiful and it was worth it. It is def on our list of places to return to tho.

Beautiful River Front Cabin
This home/Cabin is beautiful, but our favorite feature is the location!! We did a river float right down to the back yard! No loading back up wet tubes! Thank you Lori for a wonderful vacation, we will be back!

We enjoyed this location because it was 20-30 minutes away from the key attractions we visited. (Hot Springs, Mt. Ida, CDSP) and at the end of the day, one can cool off in the river.

SO AMAZING!
Communication with owner made everything easy and smooth. The property itself was so clean and in such a beautiful setting. Very peaceful. Everything you would need is available and is all in new or extremely good condition. Our 2 children (10 and 13) had a great time in the cabin as well! The walk down to the river is easy and over a well maintained stretch of grass. Location of this property is perfect for relaxation and a bit of exploring as well. Highly recommend this property and owner and we would absolutely love to stay here again! So great!

Huge deck and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The upstairs is sparce, and beds not for over age 10. We ended up using the couch, and had no seating upstairs for kids to hangout. Kitchen was wonderful with all the essentials. We had ages 5-80, and the only stairs were the 4? Up to the front door. The large grassy area was walkable for our elder too.

Great house and location!
The house was clean and check instructions were easy. Any questions I had were answered really quickly! The property was beautiful and we loved the river. There is one neighbor really close to the house but we never saw them. We went to Crater of the Diamonds State Park and also hiked Little Missouri Falls at Albert Pike. The house was a short drive to both of those. We will definitely be back!

Great! With room for improvement
We had a wonderful time, love this house; however there is some sort of septic problem...a sewage-type smell in the downstairs bathroom and guest bedroom was very unpleasant and needs to be addressed. One more thing: both upstairs mattresses need replacement badly! They sink towards the middle, and are noisy at every turn. I would love to stay in this house again...but need to be assured that these serious issues are taken care of. As I stated in the survey results above, we love the place! However, Your rental is too too pricey to make your tenants endure the horrible upstairs mattresses and the sewage odor.

Poor cleaning
The property was not clean we have to cleaned ourselves before we can get our stuff inside of the cabin . They don’t have a trash container outside and they change me additional because we left the trash in the property. In addition it is no internet on the property
