Large Luxury Townhome- Sleeps 12- 4 BR- 3.5 Bath - Snowcreek 4 - BTC # 7382
Diese schöne neu renovierte Stadthaus hat ca. 2379 n. f., 4 Schlafzimmer und 3. 5 Bäder. Schlafen insgesamt 13 Personen. Dies ist die größte Einheit in Snowcreek 4. Wir haben einen schönen Bach im Hinterhof und Teiche auf dem Grundstück (kein Angeln in den Teichen). Das Sportzentrum Snowcreek ist zu Fuß erreichbar (gegen Gebühr). Snowcreek Golfplatz ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (gegen Gebühr). Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und Bad (für 2). Schlafzimmer zwei (Zweite Master) hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und Bad (für 2). Schlafzimmer drei hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein Hochbett (3 Personen). Schlafzimmer vier hat zwei Etagenbetten (4 Betten). Alle Zimmer sind im Obergeschoss. Königin Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss in Zimmer neben Küche (für 2). Schlafen insgesamt 13 Personen. Garage für zwei Autos (passen zwei Fahrzeuge). Andere Parkplätze in der Einfahrt und andere Parkplätze in der Nähe auf dem Parkplatz. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Geräten einschließlich Geschirrspüler. Insgesamt sechs neue Flachbildschirm T. V. "s (zwei im Erdgeschoss und eine in jedem Schlafzimmer). Grill mit Propan auf der Außenterrasse. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt einen neuen Whirlpool in einem separaten Gebäude, das von allen Besuchern von Snowcreek 4 genutzt werden kann (Ende November 2017).

We just had a fantastic time in Mammoth Lakes. The house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 5 kids). Whenever we had questions the communication also was great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to anywhere we needed to go: local restaurants, groceries, mountain lakes (for trails and swim) and an entrance to Yosemite. We highly recommend this house

We came up for my brothers birthday weekend, with my family of 13 we all fit perfectly fine. The house is clean and very organized! We had a small incident with one of the toilets and thankfully the owner had a plumber come up the very next day to fix it. After that we had an amazing weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our second stay at the property. Check-in and check-out was easy. The property is in great condition and everything worked as expected. We love being able to cook our own breakfast and we love having a grill available for dinner. We look forward to staying here again.

The overall impression of the home was amazing . My family and I truly enjoyed the home in its entirety. It was very welcoming and felt homey . From the bedrooms , to the kitchen to the living quarters , everything was welcoming. They offered so much within the home .

We brought 9 people up to Mammoth to celebrate 5 of our students hard work in Sunday School. It was the perfect set up where the guys and girls got separate rooms. Spacious family room. Very good accommodations.

All the standard great things apply to this place: Great location, spacious rooms, full amenities, overflowing (cookware, condiments, dinner ware, utensils, NOT garbage!) kitchen.
But what truly sets this house apart is the love and care that the owners put into it. Immaculately maintained, and with beautiful and thoughtful décor that showcases the owners' love of the outdoors, fishing, and each other, you will fall in love with this house faster than you do for Mammoth mountain and town (which you definitely will as well).

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We cooked every meal and the kitchen is well stocked. There are parkings right in front of the units which is a huge plus. We had a couple of minor issues but Steve responded right the away and got them fixed. We definitely will be back. Thank you for having us.

We loved this property. Clean, roomy, nicely appointed. Only issue was the snow overload and as a result of the garage / driveway being extremely piled up and super icy we could not park both cars inside. A function of the weather.. I would've appreciated having bags of snow melt salts in the garage so we could've at least done it ourselves .

We traveled with three families, with children ranging from 8-11. Each set of parents were able to have a bedroom and the children shared the bunk bed room and loved it. Even when choosing rooms, the adults were happy with all of them because they had plenty of space for organizing clothes, a dedicated bathroom, and comfortable beds.
The location was perfect, the kids didn't need to leave to play in the snow. There are multiple bus stops nearby, a large athletic center, and plenty of room for 4 cars. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. The addition of a washer and dryer was very convenient as well. There is a grocery store just down the street.
The owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. We really appreciated their flexibility and cannot wait to stay here again next year!

The House
It has everything we need—kitchen utensils, paper products, toiletries, hand soap, trash bags, etc. We just had to buy groceries from Vons, about a mile away. The creek sound at night felt like white noise. It was beautiful in the morning. We drove to Yosemite National Park from this place, which took us about 2hrs 15min. To the Yosemite Village.
The Host
The host gave us all the information a couple of days before the trip. I reached out a couple of times for some one-off things, and Steve was prompt with replies. Besides being a great host, he is a good person. I booked the incorrect dates at first, and I called him and explained how I accidentally booked the wrong dates. Steve immediately updated the reservation with the correct dates without hesitation. I'm very thankful to him for doing that. Thank you, Steve!

If you need a place for multiple families to stay in Mammoth Lakes, this is the place to book.

This trip was one on the top of our lists far as Vrbo's go. Steve and Kelly have the perfect home for most family gatherings. It is spacious nicely furnished and very well equipped. The location is close to any and everything you could ask for. Stores, bike trails, lakes, golfing and much more. The creek behind their place was so cool for our 4 grandkids to have tons of fun. Unfortunately it was a bit cold the days we were there but warmer days they would have had a blast playing in the water. Highlight of the trip was watching our 6 year old grandson catch a 2 pound Brown in one of the catch and release ponds on the property.
You will not be disappointed.

It's a great floor plan and a nice property at a wonderful and central location. We come to Mammoth frequently in both Winter and Summer, and have stayed at many places. This house rivals Mammoth Westin Hotel. Thank you Steve for your hospitality.

Great property/Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here—the condo was clean, well stocked, really functional layout for 6 adults and 6 children ages 6-13. There was a perfect number of tables/chairs for dining and just enough room for 3 vehicles. The price was absolutely affordable and we’ve paid more to stay just a few blocks away, but will likely never do so again. Thank you so much! Great owner!

Mountain bike getaway in mammoth
Really nice house near a peaceful creek. It held a group of friends easily and was close enough to ride bikes wherever we wanted to go. Would return.

Great family getaway
The house is spacious, clean and generously stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. We had enough space for the small kids to run around and the backyard was a hidden gem for fishing. It's conveniently located by the grocery stores and lakes for day time adventures. We are glad we found a place we hope to return to for our annual family trip.

Perfect for large group/family
This is a great property and location. Very clean and perfectly equipped. Our party was made up of 2 families with children and teens. The property worked really well and the WiFi very much appreciated! Pre arrival communication, check in and other comms were really quick, clear and helpful.

Best 4 bedroom floor plan in snowcreek
Stayed here April 22' for a week. Ages ranged from toddlers to 90 year olds and everyone enjoyed their trip. The lay out is perfect. 4 bedroom places with only 2 stairs to get to the main living area is hard to come by. Having the garage, kitchen, family room, 1/2 bath, 2 or 3 dining areas, a den and the mudroom all on the same level you park on was amazing! Cooking supplies were great and so was a TV in every room. Parents will really appreciate the den behind the kitchen for the kids to watch their own tv but still be close. Will be coming back here for sure!

Beautiful Spacious Property
We rented this condo previously and were impressed with the new flooring, furniture, and comfortable beds.
Would definitely like to rent this unit again.
Only one thing. We would have liked a container for recycling or at least instructions on where to go in Mammoth to leave the items that we wanted to recycle.
