We had an amazing reunion with friends at this property. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, there were enough sheets for every bed and the highlight was the amazing pool. It is uncommon to find a rental that sleeps so many comfortably and be able to sit down and eat dinner all as one large group. Albert was easily accessible with communication and ensured we had a great time.

A short vacation with family and friends at this estate property was perfect with everything that it has to offer. Other than the property being very spacious and fully equipped with every amenity, there is so much outdoor space for playing sports/games and the heated outdoor pool tops it all. Gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors can accommodate large groups of people which allows people to spend time together. Albert was very responsive and helpful with any queries or needs we had. I would certainly plan to visit again!!

It was such a perfect house and property for what we wanted out of this family trip. We were hoping for a little peace and quiet, with plenty of room to let the kids run and play. The house was clean and everything was up to our standards. There was even a family of foxes outside our window the first morning. I’ve never seen 3 baby foxes running and playing before. So many fun memories made, and it was very low-stress thanks to how the house is set up, stocked, and maintained. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Ithaca College graduation. Location is gorgeous & peaceful. Enjoyed being surrounded by nature and the expansive grounds were perfect for yard games or flying a kite. The pool was massive and came in handy on the 90 degree day (thank you for opening it early for our arrival). Lounging around surrounded by the orchard was heaven. The pool is 5ft. deep all the way across so we bought a bunch of noodles and floats to avoid treading water or swimming. The kitchen is very well stocked. The main house is gorgeous and perfect for hosting a gathering inside and out. The bunk house is great for the young crowd. The hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions/concerns. Highly recommend!

Just enjoyed a great Cornell graduation weekend at this beautiful bucolic property. Perfect for family reunions and graduate events.

Our group travels to the area annually, and it has been challenging to find a proposers that can accommodate our large group, but this place was definitely one of our best experiences. Great set up of rooms for multiple families and wonderful common space inside and out.

I have never left a review but feel compelled to do so here. It was awful and the worst experience we have ever had in renting. We arrived around 5 pm and the house was dirty. Kitchen had old garlic bread in the oven, and the freezer was dirty. We had to spent at least 45 minutes cleaning. As we were doing so, we noticed a very bad odor coming from the sink in the kitchen. Smelled like a combo of bad eggs and sewer water. Multiple members of the family were nauseous. We checked the bathrooms and the same horrific odor. We texted the owners through the Vrbo app and have saved the entire text chain. At around 6:30 pm, she called my cell. I described the above situation, and she tried to convince us that the water was from a well and that it’s normal. We said we are familiar with well water, and there was something very wrong with the system. She said she was sending someone to the house. We agreed that if the problem wasn’t resolved by 8 pm, we would have no choice but to leave, and scramble to find a place to stay for our group of 9. It was Cornell move-in, pouring outside, and the house is in a remote spot so we knew we would have to drive at least 30 minutes to find accommodations. We desperately were hoping the owners would fix the water issue. At 8 pm, no one had showed up, let alone try to fix it. I sent following text: “Unfortunately, no one has shown up and the water issue is not fixed. We are leaving the house to unfortunately try to find a hotel as it the water still smells terrible and we are not comfortable exposing our family and children to a potentially dangerous and at the minimum an absolutely disgusting situation. Please refund our money. Thank you.” We waited til 8:30 pm in our cars in the pouring rain, and then left the premises. After we left, she claims the housekeeper came and said everything was fine. I responded later that evening through text: “Evona, It has been a miserable evening and we just found multiple rooms in different hotels. If that’s the same housekeeper who told you the house was clean, you should find another person. The water situation is absolutely disgusting. There is no way anyone could stay at that house. Please refund our monies and we can end this nightmare of an evening. Best luck fixing your plumbing issues” We had to scramble to find accommodations. It cost us thousands of dollars of incremental expense, not to mention the headaches. They have yet to process our refund.

We enjoyed the beautiful setting, accommodations, and access to the many wonderful area attractions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was amazing. There was lots of room for our party. Only complain I had was that the pool heat was not working and the gate to the pool area was locked so we had to go thru the bunkhouse which was a little inconvenient. But both can be fixed easily .. overall a very positive experience which we will surely do again

Orchard Place was just what we needed to recharge with family. The property is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, and the location is serene and beautiful. We are a very busy family, and on the first day our super energetic six year old said “I feel so good here- it’s so calm- I love it.” We also heard “best vacation ever” multiple times from the little ones! In addition to relaxing at the house, were able to enjoy Seneca Lake (we rented a boat for a few days) and spent time in Ithaca- both about 20 minutes away. We had the most amazing clear nights for star gazing and even caught a meteor shower. The trip was just what we needed to recharge for some screen free, nature filled family time.

We loved staying on this property, it was perfect for the group of 17 of us!!

This place is amazing. Very quiet area perfect for a relaxing getaway. Quick drive to Seneca or Cayuga. Definitely would return with a large group.

Evona was very responsive when we arrived and found a few things that didn’t seem to be in line with their other reviews and sent someone to remedy them right away. The kitchen was well equipped and we easily prepared meals for 13 people all weekend. We had a lot of fun enjoying the open space the house provided coming from NYC. Unfortunately we had a cold front while there so we only wish we could’ve turned up the pool heater to be able to swim more!

Beautiful property in a great location!! Large family gathering for the weekend was perfect!! Wheelchair accessible for my father was very convenient. The bunkhouse was perfect for the younger adults to socialize and not bother the older contingent in the main house. Pool towels would have helped reduce the towel shortage, but we purchased 10 towels for future renters to use. Quiet and very secluded, enjoyed by all, thank you!!

We had the pleasure of staying here for the last few days of December 2018 and welcoming in the 2019 New Year. We were 20+ with room for all. The bunkhouse was a favorite for the kids. The great room in the main house adjoining an updated kitchen was the focal point of our stay. Sitting around the fireplace, playing games and enjoying great family time together. Plenty of area to hike on the immediate property and we enjoyed hiking in two of the local state parks -Taughannock Gorge and Buttermilk Falls. Close to stores, Atlas Bowling and local dining. The property is fantastic! The Joergers were easy and a pleasure to deal with for us.

Shared this house with 10 friends for the weekend. Beyond our expectations... the pool was amazing. I am a high maintenance person when traveling in groups... meet all my expectations! The main house has a bathroom for each room, definitely a necessity when traveling in large groups. Kitchen was up to date and the pool house was a perfect addition not only was it cozy but great convenience while entertaining by the pool. Already told my husband we are coming back for couples weekend! Only set back was the charcoal grill. I unfortunately don’t know how to operate, wish there was a gas one on hand.

We had the pleasure of staying here for our son's graduation from Cornell. It was more than enough house for our extended family of 10. We could have hosted twice that number with the detached barn/game room. The property is about 13 miles from the Cornell campus on a pretty, picturesque farm surrounded by cows and occasional deer. The closest supermarket, restaurants and shopping center are also about that far away, so it helps to plan ahead as it is a 20-30 minute drive to "civilization". That said the privacy and relative isolation of the house make for true R&R. The best thing was the huge open plan kitchen/dining/great room which made it easy to have family meals without having to eat out, as well as the covered patio area where you could sit and relax outdoors with tons of seating. The pool was not open for the season, a little disappointing for the kids as we were hit with a heat wave. Highly recommended for large groups and family reunions.

Close enough to Ithaca but also removed enough from other homes to have a perfect retreat. Very clean, easy check in, great customer service!

We loved our time at the farm houses with our wedding party for the weekend of our wedding. The houses are exquisite and we'll maintained, exactly as described.

House is beautifully set up to entertain. The outdoor patio is breathtaking and so peaceful. We could not have imagined a better place to celebrate our son's graduation from Cornell.

My husband and I had a great visit, the property exceeded our expectations. The children had plenty to do to occupy their time. We enjoyed the house, the bunkhouse was cute as a button with its bunkbeds and air hockey table. The property is well located for hiking, dinning and bicycling. We will definitely like to come back in the future.
