House was clean and updated within walking distance to downtown. There was a leak in 3rd floor ceiling. Ceiling was hanging down. Leak was old and not repaired. Neighbors were a pain and rude! They watched our every move through their front door. It was creepy. And immediately reported to the owners things they didn’t like. Nosy neighbor was rude when letting us know there was no vaping on property or on public sidewalk in front of the property. My son in law was barely out our door (and not vaping at the time) when nosy neighbor opened his door to yell out the rules. My son in law said ok and walked down the block. Another time my son in law gently laid a half smoked skinny cigar (that was not lit) towards the back of the flower pot as he entered the house. His intention was to pick it up an hour later on his way out for dinner. He did not want to bring it in the house or leave it on the sidewalk in front of the unit. It was gone when we left. Within an of the cigar being placed in the back of flower pot the nosy neighbor took it from pot. Then they called the owners of the unit, and the owners called me about neighbor saying we were vaping and smoking on property, which we were not, and putting out cigars in flower pot, which we did not. I did not know the whole story at that point but reassured owner that we would not smoke, vape or put out a cigar in the pot. I wanted to write this review so that renters know about the rude nosy neighbor. Uncomfortable being watched!

Great location, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Townhouse kitchen has everything you need and so nice to find a true 3 BR / 3 bath. Great communication with owners!

Wonderful townhouse with secure underground parking in the perfect in town location. We have lived downtown Annapolis before and different streets have their difficulties getting in and out, and this location is perfect to be in town but have multiple ways in and out incase of blocked streets which often happens during events, (boatshows, dinner under the stars, parades, ets). The home it self is beautifully appointed and very well maintained with each bedroom offering a private bath and a first floor powder room. Would definitely recommend, and would return in a heartbeat.

Property is very clean and newer than most in Annapolis yet history all around. Neighborhood is very convenient to everything in Annapolis Hosts are fantastic, will definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot with tons of room and upgrades. Felt right at home with all the amenities and underground garage parking. In town to visit USNA son and attend the football game. Great location for both!

Our group of 6 had a fabulous time in this luxurious townhome. Three masters provided everyone their own space. Close to Church Circle and West St so walking distance to everything downtown. Very clean, well maintained home with underground off-street parking.
