Very clean property, short walk to the end of the strip, we would stay there again

Stayed a few nights with my parents and my dog. It was a nice layout with a location close to the Strat casino. Smooth check-in and check-out, clean place, ongoing correspondence with owner...everything went well and we had a great time :)

Misleading pictures
I booked this condo based on the pictures on the VRBO website, however the condo was nothing like the pictures we got a completely different condo one I would not have booked.

Spacious and superby clean. Manager very attentive.
Would def recommend. Pool was nice and clean. Never stayed anywhere cleaner. Newly remodeled. Spacious, practical. Full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Su per comfy beds. Close to the strip. Well worth the price.

It was OK.
The location was .5 miles from the end of the strip, so we still had to do a lot of Uber driving. It was cold in the condo with no way to bump up the heat. Several of the lamps/lights didn't work and several of the outlets didn't work. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Rexford experience
This was a great place to stay in Las Vegas right by the stratosphere close to all the fun!! Very clean and easy to get too. The house had all the things you need to have a great time very comfortable!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Good experience
My daughter and I stayed at this property and it was very comfortable and convenient. It was nice to be able to have enough room to spread and and relax and everything was clean and comfortable.

Great Price, Great Location, Very Responsive Personnel
Probably the best aspect of this property is location. Roughly 10-15 mins from the strip. Only a 10 minute walk to Stratosphere (which can act as a pick up/drop off spot for some transportation around Vegas). The pool looked fantastic, though it was too cold to jump in when I went.
Very clean and tidy space, ample counter space, open, laid-back living room area for a larger group.
Also, you'll get a kick out of the light up furniture!

Clean and Comfortable Place on a Budget
Overall a very good basic place with everything we needed for our stay. Older apartment, but very clean and roomy, with all basic necessities provided. It was our first time in Vegas celebrating our son’s birthday, and everything was a quick Lyft away. We had a great stay. Thanks Yaniv!

Convenient Location
We came to Las Vegas for a wedding at the Wynn. It was a very convenient location for us. The unit was clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The one problem was we could hear the guest upstairs walking back and forth for most of the night. Other than that, it was a very quiet location. I thought it was a good value for the money.

Overall we had a great stay. Roy was onsite and very helpful. One suggestion would be to put an electronic key code for the front gate.

Remarkable !
Roi is such a great manager ! He was very helpful and anything I needed he brought it right to me . Love the quietness and very clean rooms . I will be staying here again when I come back in town ! Thank you guys so much for making my first time in Vegas amazing.

Nice place, nice people.
Yaniv was very helpful and provided a nice place to stay while in vegas. The apartment was well kept and clean. Very close to the noth end of the strip. (Stratosphere & westgate)

Our Three Night Stay
Everything was as described in the ad. Beds were very comfortable and
management was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we
needed. The young lady in charge even picked up some coffee creamer for me, because
she said she had to go to store anyway. Very much appreciated!!
