This was our first family ski trip and first time to Granby. The house was excellent and perfectly accommodating to our group of 8 adults and teens. The ski in/out provided convenient access to the slopes a few steps outside the front door. We were actually part of a larger group and our friends who rented other properties liked our house and location the best. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Granby.

We've stayed at Granby Ranch multiple times, and this was our favorite rental. It is a fantastic ski in/ski out property, and our older kids loved that! We had six adults and two 10-year olds, and the space worked great. The house is wonderfully equipped, and the owners made it so easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice large home with plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 small children. There were toys and games available as well as a large play area in the basement. Granby Ranch is a great location. There are a lot of activities to keep you busy. Would definitely come to the ski haus again.

Our family had an amazing time in this home right on the ski slopes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and reflective of pictures and description. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this house over spring break. It was amazing-the best ski in/ ski out experience we have had. We loved walking out the front door and putting our skis on and jumping on the slope. The house was very nice and we enjoyed spending our down time there after a full day of skiing. Would definitely come back.

I could not be any happier with this house! We loved the location! We cooked every single meal at the house!! The beds were comfy, hot water and water pressure were on point! Lots of condiments left in refrigerator and spices in the cabinets. Ample trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. They have thought of everything! We felt right at home! I cannot wait to stay here again!

House was great! Big enough for our family of seven adults. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking all meals. Location was great ,will definitely stay again!

Very clean, beautiful property. Just off the runs, can ski directly from front door to the lift. Only thing to keep in mind is this particular lift is off a blue so pay attention skiing to lift. Property owner is helpful and very responsive.

Outstanding experience

This Granby ranch house tucked on the end of a short street was a great getaway for our visiting family members. The house was well stocked with linens & kitchen needs. When we were short on towels, a quick text & call with owners resolved the problem. Awesome to have access to washer & dryer! Would totally rent again

This was the perfect location for our family gathering. We were close to other family members. Good location for variety of activities. The "office" area was great for those who had to work while vacationing. We appreciated the variety of spices left for our use. Had everything we needed. thanks

I have rented several vrbo’s and this is the 1st time I have ever left a negative review. First the house is nice and is truly ski in /ski out. Only prob with that is it is off of the one lift that closes everyday 1 hr earlier than then the others. But my biggest issue with the home is we paid way too much for this home to have to come in and clean the entire place. There were dishes in the sink, the fridge, freezer and pantry had a lot of food in it (already opened) to the point that we had trouble putting our groceries away bc there wasn’t enough room. One of the beds had dirty (they were stinky) little girls socks in them so it was clear those sheet were never cleaned. Also, it says no pets but the owner def has a cat. If you are severally allergic to cats you will have issues, my poor dad had a horrible time bc of this... day one, my daughter dropped a grape and when she picked it up it had cat hairs all over it. What made me most upset about this is that I specifically messaged the owner and asked if it was professionally cleaned, due to not only covid but any sickness concerns bc my elderly parents as well as my baby would be staying in the home. She replied and said yes that is was professionally “deep cleaned.” When i reached out about the fact that the house was certainly not clean/cleaned before our arrival, she never replied.... Also be aware it says full baths but they are 3/4s. I looked at listing and they did only select shower, I missed that, I guess I assumed there would be a bath tub in the house for what we paid, but then again I thought it would have been cleaned too. No bathtub made it very difficult with a baby. We had friends who also rented nearby like one street over for MUCH less and the home was immaculate. Just was super disappointed. *update owner did refund a partial cleaning fee

Up to date home. Very cozy and clean. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Pool and hot tub near base camp was very nice too. Great place for quick access to Winter Park and Grand Lake. Owners were very responsive.

This home worked great for our Family vacation (family of7) to the area. Several extended family members Rented other homes in the Granby Ranch area. This was a great place for an family vacation of a total of 86! Only suggestions- we needed more garbage bags in home. Also it would have been really nice if the pool and hot tub was opened later at night instead of closing at 9pm. I would recommend this place!

My husband and sister in law stayed at this lovely home for 11 days. It was centrally located, east to get to, had everything we needed, the view from the back of the home was wonderful and we really enjoyed it. The beds were the most comfy. We would love to stay there again.

The accommodations were great!. The 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths were just what my family of nine needed (children & grandchildren). The home includes all the amenities needed for a great ski vacation (fireplace, heated storage for skis and boots, well equipped kitchen, big screen TV's, comfortable furniture, media room, and most importantly just seconds away from the slope. And lastly the owners were very responsive to text messages when we had questions.

The house was warmly decorated and spacious for our family of seven. The needed basics were provided and a grocery was within a short drive. We enjoyed fixing our meals while enjoying the awesome view from every window. Ski in/out worked great for the more experienced skiers but we also drove the short distance for the grandsons to ski the gentler slopes. A highlight was using the pool/hot tub one evening while the snow covered our heads! Amy was quick to answer any questions and we so appreciate them sharing their lovely home. Only a couple of items that might help-more lighting to read by and a hairdryer for each bath. It was a delightful stay!

The house is very nice! It has a great rock fireplace in the middle of the main floor with tv’s on both sides and the back porch was great for just sitting and enjoying the view. There are four nice golf courses in the area that as golfers we enjoyed! One is just down the hill from this house. This place feels like home which is nice. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful to stay in. The pictures do not do justice as the mountain views are breathtaking. It was so relaxing to sit on the back porch and take it all in. Amy was great with communications and I would recommend this house to anyone. We had 2 small families and the house had plenty of room, and bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with ample supplies and cooking utensils.

We really enjoyed staying in this home this summer . . . great location - near Winter Park, Fraser, Granby, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. We also were happy that there was air conditioning, as it was warm on a couple of days. We will definitely be back . . . I would highly recommend this home for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Arnold Ski Haus! Amy and Eric are wonderful hosts. I received clear instructions form them prior to our arrival and accessing the home was very easy. The home is beautiful with amazing views from every window. The heated ski storage room off the front porch was great for our gear. The house lay out was perfect for our group of eight. The kids loved movie nights in the surround sound room downstairs. We enjoyed watching the Olympics upstairs on the sink into couches after excellent ski days on the mountain. Being able to ski to the front door of the house was great for having lunch at the house. We have skied at Granby Ranch for several years now and it is one of our favorite resorts. It was the perfect mountain for our boys to learn how to ski. There were two non-skiers in our group. They enjoyed relaxing in the house and watching the grand kids ski down Kicking Horse. One family member said it was her favorite family vacation. We all had an amazing vacation at the Arnold Ski Haus!

First, Amy and Eric are excellent hosts. They were patient with our many questions and were able to accommodate every request. They even traveled to the house prior to our arrival in order to make sure everything would be perfect for our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The location was amazing, but unfortunately, the lift located only a few feet from the house was not operating due to lack of snow (obviously not the fault of the owners). But, this was not a big deal as we were able to be dropped-off at the basin and still able to ski home. The storage area for skis and equipment was amazing. It is definitely a bonus not having to drag your stuff through the house. Also, since it is heated, the boots and equipment were not cold the next morning. The living area was ideal for kicking-back and watching movies while staying warm in front of the fire. The fireplace is HUGE and really puts out the heat! We spent several evenings around the fire just chatting and making memories with our family. The kitchen was perfect for meal preparation. Although we had planned on eating at a few restaurants in the area, we actually prepared every meal at the house. It had everything we needed to cook soups and pastas, as well as a gas grill for us Texans that cannot live without our regular helping of steak. The house slept eight guests very comfortably. The loft had two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a pair of twin beds, which were perfect for the kids. The bedrooms on the main floor and the basement contained King-sized beds. The basement also boasted a home theater equipped with a large television and powered recliners that are guaranteed to make most men snore after a long day of skiing. If I had one complaint, it would be that the upstairs loft area would get a little warm at night. I am always hot, so it would get a little uncomfortable until we opened a window. Then again, I am the person that sleeps with a ceiling fan on during the coldest part of Winter. On the last day we were there, it snowed in the afternoon and throughout the night. To see the house and the area covered in a fresh blanket of powder was truly beautiful. I am not sure if we will travel back to Granby for our next Spring Break, but if we do, I will definitely contact Amy & Eric to see if their lovely home is available. I cannot overstate how special it was to spend time with our family in this beautiful setting.
