HILTON HEAD ISLAND VERMIETUNG. Dieses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern verfügt über 3.000 m² und einen beeindruckenden 2-stöckigen Versammlungsraum. Das Haus ist nur 120 Yards. vom Strand ohne Straßen zu überqueren. Das große Zimmer verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit einem großen TV / DVD-Player und einen eleganten Essbereich für 10 Personen. Die Küche wurde umgebaut. Aus dem großen Zimmer ist ein Balkon mit einem neuen Weber Gasgrill und Tisch für Mahlzeiten im Freien-es gibt auch einen Essbereich am Pool mit Lounge-Möbeln. Das erste Schlafzimmer grenzt an das Wohnzimmer. Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen TV. Außerhalb dieses Zimmers gibt es Zugang zu einem Vollbad mit Dusche. 16 Stufen führen auf die nächste Ebene des Hauses, wo Sie 3 weitere Schlafzimmer und einen Sitzbereich mit Blick auf das große Zimmer finden. Es gibt auch ein Doppel-Tagesbett am oberen Ende der Treppe. Die zweite Ebene hat ein Doppelbett und TV. Dieses Schlafzimmer teilt sich ein Bad mit dem nächsten Schlafzimmer, das ein Kingsize-Bett und TV / DVD hat. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen TV und ein eigenes Bad mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Es gibt auch ein privates Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang, die ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett mit TV, Schlafsofa, Küchenzeile und Bad mit Dusche bietet. Great location. Terrible response to problems we had. No gas in gas grill. Shower door had sign on it to be sure to shut or water would leak out and go into garage. Floor in that bathroom was very weak. Garage door would not open with code, had to go upstairs and then downstairs to open garage. Maintenance people cut limbs off trees and left a mess in pool, had to call 3 times to get pool cleaned. Management of this property was poor.

The main floor was an awesome place to enjoy our family. Plenty of room to play games, do puzzles, eat meals together. The kitchen is huge and well equipt. Beds and pillows are comfortable. My grandchildren loved the pool.

October 2020 Stay
We had a great time! Bedding was comfortable and loved that all beds were queen or king beds. Pool area was one of the best we have ever had and quick walk to beach. Kitchen was roomy and was well equipped. Had a small issue with dryer and it was fixed the same day. The only thing I would do is make the attached studio a little bit nicer. We would definitely stay there again

We loved the house and location. having 2 big couxhes to lounge on was great. we really enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach.
the kitchen had plenty of room for several of us to work at the same time. If the oqners would supply some beach chairs and wagon for the beach, the rental qould be near perfection. Our ever growing family likes to go someplace different each year, but this is a property we would come back to. Clean large, convenient.

We loved the house. plenty of room for 10 adults and a toddler both in the house and the pool. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely come again.

This house is great, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The only setbacks are that the “120 yds” to the beach is a stretch... the beach is definitely further away than anticipated. Be prepared for a long walk with semi-difficult terrain on the path to the beach which is not desirable, especially for my elderly in-laws. I suggest bringing a wagon to carry your beach belongings , though it will take more than one person to pull it across the long path to the beach through the woods and then hills of sand you’ll have to climb before getting there. Please build a public pedestrian walkway to the beach from Cassina Lane. Also, the private pool is great but needs rails and at least a small fence around it for young children.

Island Getaway staff were excellent to work with. Unfortunately, there were issues with the property that were not acceptable considering the cost of the rental property. Overall, my family and I loved Hilton Head.

thank you for a wonder stay. the house was clean well equipped and nicely maintained. the pool was great and the short beach walk was fantastic. we had 7 adults and 2 children. plenty of space for everyone!

We LOVED the property! The size of the house blew us away because it ended up being so much bigger than what the pictures showed. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the walk to the beach was so short. I will definitely stay here again!

we were a family gathering if 8 adults and two kids. The house worked perfectly for us. Kitchen well set up, plenty of dishes and glasses. We cooked all meals except one. The walk to the beach is short and direct, which is where we spent most mornings. spectacular sunrises and stargazing. The beach access is away from the crowds at the Marriott, so it was not crowded. The pool was a saving grace in the afternoons. The large gathering space worked well for board games, TV, and general lounging. It was a good experience!

Overall great experience. House was beautiful. Pool and garbage schedule not accurate. Pool cleaned 2nd time on Saturday when we were leaving. Sand and debris in it most of the week. Washer was usable but leaked severely all over the garage floor. Had to stand in water when doing laundry.

Good for families
We brought a family of 10 and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other. The beach access was convenient and close. The pool was necessary on hot August afternoons. We had two immediate con erns which were addressed same day by the rental agency, and have communicated to them that better oversight of the service contractors they use is needed.
The outdoor spaces worked well for us. The furniture is sturdy and reliable. The grill was used every night and was wonderful. Close to grocery store and away from the crowd at the resorts down the beach.
