If a family has a child playing at Cooperstown All Star Village this is definitely the place to stay! Spacious comfortable and just so convenient to go back and forth to the village.

We wouldn't stay anywhere else for an All Star Village tournament. Book this NOW for next year! Within a mile of the park which is so key with the changing times of games. Walking distance to multiple good restaurants, Dunkin, DQ, Rite Aid. Great neighborhood for a walk. Once inside, there is more room than you could imagine. We stayed with my MIL, wife and two kids. Plenty of room! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need except food. I've never stayed at a place with all the things you use everyday at home, but don't have in a hotel/timeshare. Washer/Dryer is key so you don't have to pack a week's worth of clothes. Multiple showers and bathrooms means everyone can get ready at the same time. Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent. Can't say enough good things about this property. Thank you!!

Great property. We spent so much time at the All Star Village fields but when we weren’t there we were so happy to have a nearby space to catch a rest, have a drink, make sandwiches to bring back for the boys who were always hungry. Showers were great. Beds comfy and the ac units did the trick. Also jays, nicks and sloanes were close so we ran into baseball people and they were jealous we were so nearby.

This property was conveniently located to All Star Village which made it easy to go back and forth between games. The property was well stocked and very clean!

Fantastic location to All Star Village. We even walked a few times. Was able to bring our son back easily in between games for a shower and food.

The hosts were great! Very attentive and way to work with. The house is charming and met our every need! Right across the street from drugstore and other shopping/restaurants! About a 25 minute trip to COOPERSTOWN DREAMS PARK.

We loved how close we were to the Cooperstown All Star Village. Made getting to games so easy! Also great recommendations for local restaurants. It was a great home base for our week.

Property was exactly as advertised. It met all of our needs and was super convenient to all star village.

Very nice older small house. Recently remodeled and done very well. More renovations are coming, I am sure……exterior. Surprising number of bedrooms(5). Bathrooms are very nice. Owner should be complimented for being very well stocked: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, trash bags, coffee supplies, etc. We would definitely stay again if we head to the Oneonta area.

Dave was super easy to work with. Very easy check in. The house had a fantastic location, very short drive to CASV. I would highly recommend this house if you are attending CASV!!

We had such a nice time at Dave’s house. Before you put your car in drive you are at the CASV watching baseball. Fantastic !!!

Dave and Frank are awesome! Answered all our questions ahead of time and provided great local tips. Also, made sure we knew they were always available if any issues; however we never experienced any issues during our stay so never had to reach out. House was stocked with everything we needed. It is perfectly located to All Star Village about a mile/ 3 minute drive. Also, super convenient being across from Rite Aid and a couple fast food/restaurants. However, it is about a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown/Main Street area, Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods and what seemed to be the only grocery store in Oneonta, so want to make sure to plan those trips accordingly between baseball games. We had 3 adults during our stay so more than enough room for us. As advertised all rooms have queen beds and rooms are a good size. However, I would imagine if staying with young children could get a bit tight. It we ever make our way back out to Oneonta would definitely stay in this home again!

This house is just what we thought we were getting. Very comfortable great location and great communication. No complaints at all! Highly recommend it if you are playing baseball at All Star Village!

We rented the house since our son was scheduled to play baseball for the week at All-Star Village. The owner provided detailed communication before our stay and was attentive to our questions. The location of the house was extremely convenient to Cooperstown All-Star Village (less than 5 minutes). The house itself had five bedrooms which allowed us to spread out for sleeping arrangements. However, we were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the house. I’m not sure if the cleaning crew failed to show up, but we had to mop the kitchen and clean the bathroom ourselves. (Example: the no-slip bathtub mat was still in the bathtub with a wad of hair under it.) When wiping up some spilled water in the living room area, it was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned recently as it turned the towel dark with dirt. The carpet upstairs is in serious need of replacement, and the sofa needs to be steam-cleaned. Clean towels were ready and all necessary kitchen needs were available (toaster would have been nice). Overall, once we got the house cleaned up, it was acceptable and was very close to the fields.

EXCELLENT property!! Wonderfully stocked, SO CLOSE to CASV, extremely clean and just PERFECT for our week at CASV. Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough!! 5 adults stayed in this home and we had the best week.

Munson Manor was the perfect place for myself and some teammates’ families during our sons’ week at All-Star Village. Location was perfect (we walked to the park...about a mile), and the house was larger than it seemed in the listing. Bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean.

We were here for a week while our son played baseball at All-Star Village! It was close to everything and convenient!!! Dave was extremely attentive to our needs. Check in was easy!!!

This was a great place to rent for our family’s visit to Allstar Village. It’s a nice little house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Dave was great to respond to any requests or questions we had. Highly recommended.

We needed a homebase for house hunting with our daughter. The house was convenient to both Oneonta and neighboring areas, near but not on a bigger road (stoplight at the intersection was good). Always a parking spot right outside. Kitchen had what we needed, Internet was good and beds were comfortable.

Everything was great. Host was great with communication and we had a great time.

House was perfect for what we needed. Right around the corner from All Star Village. Washer/Dryer , nice kitchen. Close to everything.

Stay was pleasant with 3 sets of baseball parents. Kitchen looked brand new. Owner was attentive. One parent left some clothes and owner is sending to her @ no charge.

We had a great day. This place was very clean and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! My son played baseball at All Star Village and it was a 3-5 minute drive over there. Walking distance to restaurants, gas station, pharmacy and more! The neighbors on both sides are very friendly and quiet. House is clean with very comfy beds, plenty of towels and amenities. Dave is very accommodating to whatever you need. So glad I chose this place! Thank you!

Overall the stay was wonderful. The person who rented it was very corteous and helpful with info regarding the week we were there. Beds were comfy. House was clean. Air conditions in rooms upstairs were a life saver. I didn't do my homework before we left, we were going to be within 1 mile of Cooperstown park, there are 2 of them. The Allstate village and the Dreamspark. So we were 30-40 drive away each way daily - not his fault, mine for not doing better investigation. The ONLY complain I had was it being one bathroom upstairs - that is hard to do with 5 people. However, I loved the property and the original old feel to it. Would rent again from him.

We had a wonderful stay in this four bedroom home. From the very comfortable beds with amply supplied linens, the brand new kitchen, well thought out decor even to the rain showerhead, our "home away" was just that! Hartwick College was a short drive to my granddaughter's graduation and close proximity to Rite Aid and D D was an added perk. Highly recommended with prompt responses from the very accommodating host. Looking forward to a return visit.
