We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great communcation, beautiful location, and the house is perfect for a large group. We plan to visit again!

Our adult children joined us for the Clemson Military Appreciation game. Both of our boys currently active duty one a graduate of Clemson joined us as we returned to our Alma Mater for the game. House was perfect size, plenty of room for all and the property was gorgeous! Enjoyed the fire pit to make s’mores and a great time was had by all.

The home was beautiful in a quiet setting. There was plenty of room for 9 people and plenty to do, like fishing off the dock, canoeing and relaxing. We had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. Lake Keowee was a great place for a fall getaway!

When we arrived to the house, the A/C was out on the main floor. Gene quickly responded and had a guy out to fix it within an hour. Great overall communication from host and fantastic stay.

Most beautiful property. Very peaceful. Warming nature energy. We reserved this location for our small intimate wedding ceremony. Absolutely perfect in every way. We were able to have the ceremony in the spacious backyard looking out at lake. We had 30 people as guest and everyone was comfortable and all loved the property. I’m sure there will be some bookings from our friends and family for this property. Gene, the owner, was above and beyond in communicating with us. Even though I didn’t get to met him he just felt like a longtime friend of the family.

Our family enjoyed this property for a week. The location on the lake was perfect for exploring both the north and south ends of Lake Keowee. The dock was spacious enough for sitting and it offered the perfect setup for tying up our boat. The home was clean and spacious. The master bed was very comfortable. The beds in the downstairs had very firm mattresses according to family members. The kitchen has most everything you need although it could use some organizing and cleaning out of items that are in disrepair. We always appreciate it when homes allow us to bring our dogs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

Pictures don't do the place justice, it is setup and maintained as a very nice comfortable vacation home. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and hot water. The yard and docks are well maintained, there is a nice beach to launch the canoe. On the lake the house is situated at the end of private cover so it gets no boat traffic, but the cove opens up to an area perfect for tubing and towing someone so don't have drive far. Slight problem with check in but was resolved within 5/10 minutes and communication was good throughout. The house has all the little things you'd want, you can tell its maintained well and the owner takes care of it.

Well appointed home in fantastic location. Kitchen is well stocked. Top quality beds and linens. 4 min boat ride to landing at High Falls. 7 min boat ride to The Lighthouse.

This property is beautiful. We loved the location. There is a great dock in a cove away from the main lake traffic. The kids could swim without the worry of boats coming close. 100% the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. This home had lots of space and everything my family needed. I would rent it again.

We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed it each and every time.

Often overlooked is the easy access to the dock. People with limited mobility need to consider this home. Only a couple of steps from the main floor out the garage and it’s a gentle slope to the dock. You’ll not find a better house on Keowee.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake! The house was perfect for our family of 12 that included two teens and two babies. The house was very clean and well supplied with clean linens. The master bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms always had hot water available. The kitchen was very roomy and allowed for several adults to be cooking and preparing at the same time. There were ample kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and crockpot, which was greatly appreciated! The yard, firepit and cornhole was a big hit. The lake was absolutely lovely and the cove was quiet. I would love to return and would highly recommend this lovely home!

Excellent!!! Gene and Judy are the Best! We had a wonderful vacation at their beautiful lakefront home even if the weather was a little rainy! We will be back again next summer!

My 3 siblings and I enjoy having a week together outside of the holidays. This was a great experience with nieces and nephews and grandchildren in a beautiful location.

This was our second year renting Gene and Judy's home. We left today and I just booked the house for next year! It is a great house for a large group! Location is awesome! 5 stars for sure!!!!!

This rental is amazing. Very clean. Lots of bedrooms for a big family enjoy. Big yard to play games in. Fire pit to sit around and enjoy s’mores. Amazing view of the lake. Plenty of docks for boats and swimming. The water is very clean and clear. The owner is very quick to respond for any needs. Will definitely stay again!!

Gene and Judy’s place was perfect for our family trip between Christmas and New Year’s. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there was an abundance of towels for the 3 bathrooms. The AC/heating system easily maintained a comfortable temp throughout the house. Our families really enjoyed the canoe, and the entire property is gorgeous. We felt the home owners’ touches of hospitality all over the place - clearly they want guests to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. We went into Seneca for shopping and a couple very good meals at G’s pizza House and Mayberry’s. We also visited Clemson’s beautiful campus and did a lovely hike to Station Mountain Falls. Best of all though was relaxing at the fantastic house together, doing puzzles, watching Jeopardy, making s’mores at the fire pit, and playing in the yard. Gene was quick with communication, answering our questions and giving us extra details on what to expect at the house. Hope we have a chance to return!

We could not have asked for better home to stay in to celebrate our first holiday without our parents/grandparents. The younger ones enjoyed kayaking and playing soccer in the back yard. The rest of us enjoyed hanging on the porch playing card games or just hanging out. It was a bitter sweet weekend that we won’t forget.

Great house, great location, perfect for our situation! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. I would have no hesitation coming back for another extended weekend down the road. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Ridge point. We had three different families, adult children, and two dog and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all to live comfortably. The house had two decks, a patio and a fire pit all which we utilized both on rainy and sunny days. The property is beautiful and Gene was available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and discussed renting longer than a weekend to enjoy the property during the warmer months. Thank you for a great place to stay to visit our Clemson student and attend a Clemson game!

Loved our stay , great location to campus! Had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway!

The home was in great shape, very clean, many beds to use and quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything in it you may need. The kids loved using the kayaks and canoe. Many small Sunfish kept the kids happy fishing, although plan on using a boat if hoping to readily catch larger fish. Very quiet area. The only minor drawback was the main living area is a little tight when trying to get everyone around the TV for an evening football game. Would readily plan another back trip to this great house!

Our party of 8 stayed here and everone loved it. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We definitely plan on returning.

We had a great week at Pine Ridge Point! We swam off the dock, went fishing, and even rented a boat from nearby for 5 days so we could tube and waterski! The porch is great, and the grassy yard is great for the kids and yard games. We had 3 families with us. Plenty of room for Kids to sleep. The adult bedrooms are not all equal, and only two have private bathrooms attached. 4 bathrooms total in the house. The kitchen was great, and the host easy to work with! All Amenities were as described in the listing! We plan to Come back next summer!
