Treten Sie ein und genießen Sie das offene Wohnkonzept. Der Wohnbereich ist das Zentrum und das Herz des Hauses mit Blick auf die Küche. Die Küche verfügt über einen Essbereich und eine Frühstückstheke zum einfachen Essen oder Unterhalten während des Kochens. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über Geräte aus Edelstahl. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und die großzügige Hauptbadezimmer-Suite haben einen eigenen Flügel auf der einen Seite des Hauses und auf der anderen Seite des Hauses befinden sich 3 zusätzliche Queensize-Zimmer und ein Bad.

home was perfect for our needs. we go every year and this was our favorite place to stay. safe pool area and toys available. lots of towels. Everything was clean, the kitchen was great for cooking everything you need. great for walking and grocery stores near by.

Overall we had a great experience! The house was spacious and very comfortable. (Beds were ALL comfortable!)There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the games in the closet.

Great house, great location for us
We had a great stay at this home, though the pool never warmed up. The property manager refunded our pool heat fee so everything was fine but my suggestion would be to put a cover on the pool so that it can retain heat at night (otherwise it doesn’t seem like it will ever be warm enough for swimming in winter). The location was of primary importance for our family so that’s why we chose it. The home itself is lovely and just what we needed. We appreciated the popcorn and snacks set out for us and the coffee!

Great house, good location
Booked the house for family coming into town. There was ample room for everyone. The house is simply decorated but that worked great for us. The kitchen was well stocked, that was a nice bonus. The only down grade was that we requested, and paid extra for, the pool to be heated, it was cold when we got there and it never warmed up. When I texted the owner about it, they did not respond. They had been very responsive prior to that. Even with that, I would book the house again if we need it.

Nice updates
We have stayed at this home and it never stops surprising us. The updated flooring and brighter interior colors as well as the new outdoor patio furniture are a nice touch. We spent several weeks here and felt like we never had to leave as we had all we needed right in the back yard. The heated pool and comfy outdoor furniture was used extensively.

This place is clean and spacious. Plenty of room for four couples. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. We will be back next year!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, Memorial Day Weekend. Perfect little get away, while life has changed for us all but our stay together, made us feel normal for a bit. Thank you so much! Nice House
The house was very nice, but the Queen Creek location was too far away from grocery stores, church, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. The neighborhood dogs were very annoying, especially the ones next door to the house. The pool was not heated, and it was very expensive to pay for heat. There was pet hair on the furniture and blankets. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and fun to cook in. We had to cut our visit short because of the Corona virus.

Great Experience!
Stayed at Stratford Place for a long 4-day weekend. Everything was smooth as silk. The operators always got back to me very quickly. There was only one little hiccup... the pool heater wasn't working. But the folks that managed the property took care of it right away.

Completely inviting and accommodating. Big house with lots of seating in kitchen and living areas. Big patio table and chairs by pool. Pool is big and so nice. Huge master bedroom with en-suite. Kitchen had everything we could want. Did I mention how clean it all was? It was so clean inside the house and outside! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!, Rich

Nice place
I loved the house. A few things the other rooms should have tv’s so everyone can get away if needed. And the listing should say you can heat the pool at a cost. Not heated pool then at the bottom say the price to heat it. And a one K- cup would be great.

November 2019 Stay
Was perfect location for what we needed. Neighborhood was good to get out and walk the dog. Only feedback would be that the leather couches while nice looking were not very comfortable to sit on and the water heater makes a terrible sound after use. May be showing signs of going out.

From the time we booked till the time we left everything was so great with ever part of the experience we went through at this property and with the people who we came into contact with to make this trip work so smoothly. March in San Tan Valley
The weather in March 2019 was very nice in San Tan Valley! We enjoyed the heated pool. The Stratford Place house was okay. It could use some upgrades. There is no water & ice dispenser on the frig, so plan to buy water & ice. Barking dogs at the neighboring houses were annoying at times. The Apache Sun Golf Course is only five minutes drive away & reasonably priced, which we took advantage of several times.

Great house great value
Enjoyed staying at this house again. Love the pool especially when we can get the water heated this time of year. So many great things to do locally and love spending time down here. Management company is great to work with and gave great check in instructions.

Excellent place to stay
I love staying at this property. I have stayed there several all times and every times and it is always enjoyable. The pool is so nice and we spend every second out there that we can. We enjoy knowing we will be arriving to a clean house and that if we have a problem it is a top notch company to handle anything that may come up. We will definitely be back.

Your property was cozy and felt very warm, Very comfortable environment. The home had everything plus too make my stay very nice. 𝖡𝖾𝖽 was comfortable and the layout of the home was very nice. I didn't want too leave when it was time too go. Neighborhood and next door neighbors were very nice. I'm looking forward too staying in your home again.

Relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood!
We enjoyed our stay at this home!! It is spacious with every amenity you would need. We especially loved the heated pool and backyard! The welcome basket upon arrival was a nice touch and gave us all the items we needed to get settled. Location was great for us as it is near Queen Creek Marketplace and easy to navigate to other outings. The house is very clean and we would highly recommend this vacation home for a couple or a family!!!
