The townhome was fully stocked with everything from a crockpot, to beach chairs, to hand soap. It was very clean and you couldn’t beat the location….just steps away from the beach. I would totally stay here again.

It was very easy to rent the property. Information with Vrbo was accurate. The unit was very clean when we arrived and it had all necessary amenities. Met the owner when we arrived and he was very helpful

We’ve stayed here before and plan to come back! Wonderful location, awesome layout and great quality of everything in the townhome! Our only issue was the fact that the pool wasn’t open the entire week due to needing an inspection.

Great week on the North Carolina coast! This Kure beach location is perfect! Walking distance to peer, restaurants, and right on the beach! Condo was huge and very well equipped. Pool is great and owner Freddie was responsive to needs. Thanks for a great week!

This property is a 3 story townhouse located directly across from the boardwalk and beach access. Beautiful oceanfront views. The bedrooms are huge and can accommodate a family of 4 in 1 room. There are oceanfront balconies on both 2nd and 3rd floors. Spacious kitchen and dining for 10 people. We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for all our family and friends without being crowded. Fred was easy to deal with and responded quickly to our requests. We will definitely be booking here again. Also this property is dog friendly but dogs are not allowed on the beach during the turtle season which we did not know beforehand so caution to anyone planning to bring their dogs. However Carolina beach 5 miles up does allow dogs on the beach so we just took ours to that beach for his exercise.

This property is a gem in Kure Beach. Terrific ocean views and an easy journey to having your toes on the sand. You do have to cross a quiet, one way street to be on the beach, but this is a very short trip and was safe to do, even with very small kids (it's not the main road of travel in KB). The property itself was very well maintained and had ample resources that made our stay comfortable. Rooms are large and nothing felt cramped. We had excellent communication with Fred throughout our stay and he was focused on ensuring that we had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again!

Mr. Green was awesome. He was very easy to get along with and very friendly. The house is awesome also. Very spacious and very clean. Beautiful scenery of the beach and pier. Mr Green had everything there at the house, such as Beach chairs, grille, silverware, toiletry, beach games. Etc. Could not ask for more. We will be back!!!!!!!

Fred was very accommodating . The beach chairs that were here didn’t work. I told him about them and the next day there were 5 new chairs for us to use. The house was spacious and the view from the balcony was great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice location and proximity to everything we wanted and planned on doing on vacation. Fred was great and was very accommodating. We arrived a little ahead of schedule and he allowed us to change in the basement bedroom and hit the beach our first afternoon. Beautiful views and scenery. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had a great vacation in Kure Beach. Great location. Awesome owner! Grandchildren were thrilled with the beach and pool. Loved the balcony off of the living room for hanging out!

The location was perfect, sitting on the porch was as good as sitting on the beach. The house was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, furniture was comfortable and I slept great every night. It felt like home. We will be going back!

The owner, Fred, of this townhouse was very accommodating and helpful! I emailed him multiple times with extremely quick responses which makes things so much smoother. We arrived much earlier than expected and he allowed us to change and leave our dog in the room off of the garage, until the rest of the unit was ready. This allowed us to get breakfast and go to the beach much sooner! There were four adults and four kids in our group and the unit had plenty of space for all of us. The unit was neat and tidy and had everything we needed--even a pool! We liked the location and it is just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Carolina Beach and boardwalk. The kids ( ages 9 to 15) enjoyed the "freedom" of walking out to the pier, and the arcade, which is just a short walk. There is even a park within walking distance that the kids went to in the evenings. The neighborhood seemed very safe and family friendly. The unit has two balconies that you can relax and enjoy the view of the ocean and Kure Beach Fishing Pier. The kitchen was well stocked, and had pretty much everything you would need to prepare meals. The garage also included many items to make our stay more comfortable such as beach chairs, a grill, and even sandcastle toys! Another convenience was the laundry room, it was even stocked with supplies if needed! We had plenty of towels for our two families. We all had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Nothing is better on vacation than waking up to the view of the ocean outside you window! Our stay was better than anything we could have expected! The property was clean, well taken care of, and the décor was welcoming. It was just like being at home. Fred, the property owner, was friendly and thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to return!
