Bevor Sie zum Spielzimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses gelangen, gehen Sie an der Waschküche, Ihrem Master im ersten Stock, dem zweiten Schlafzimmer und dem Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche vorbei.
Die Küchenzeile umfasst einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer und einen 3-in-1-Spieltisch zum Spielen von Bumper Pool, Poker oder Dine.
Das Game Room bietet bequeme Ledersitze, einen 55-Zoll-SMART-Fernseher und einen DVD-Player.
Das gesamte Spielzimmer überblickt die Terrasse und den privaten Pool dahinter, woher die 'O'Aces' in unserem Namen stammen (ein Wortspiel, um auf den Pool dahinter und die mehreren Kartentische hinzuweisen). Vor dem Betreten des Pools können Sie eine Außendusche abspülen.

Our group had grandparents, three adult children with their three spouses and four cousins ages 6-8. The four primary bedrooms were great for adults and the upstairs with two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds worked for the four children. We enjoyed the beach access and our pool. Gold carts were not needed!! The house was very well furnished and worked well for meals and games. We hope to book it again!

Very nice location wish the pool would have been cleaned when we got there put took care of the issue within 48 hours so missed really using the pool all of Sunday and most of Monday. Enjoyed how close to the Beach and short drive to main part of the village. Gave us East Coasters what the gulf coast is like

We had several generations of family stay in this beautiful home for a beach vacation. It was much larger than it appears in the pictures. We loved the pool and used it nightly. We will definitely stay here again next year for our family trips to Port A.

We had a wonderful stay at IslandOaces. Really enjoyed the private pool,close walk to beach! We had an issue with air conditioners but owner acted very quickly and kept us comfortable! We would really recommend this place to anyone with a large family. Beautiful home!!!

We had plenty of space for five couples. The main floor with kitchen, living and dining areas was very roomy. Kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was clean. Super close to the beach boardwalk. We did walk into "town" to eat one night, but it was ~45 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a group of 17 girl first cousins ranging from 50s to 70s. This home is the perfect place for us to gather together to reminisce and enjoy each others company. Some of us only get to see each other once a year and this home is the perfect spot. A beautiful home and we look forward to coming back next year.

The pictures don’t do this beautiful house justice . It’s so much nicer than it looks online. The location is outstanding and there was so much room for everything ! Hoping to book again soon !

The property was awesome. Biggest downside was parking and the first floor had broken chair. Freezer downstairs did not work. I put an ice cream cake in their when we arrived and woke up next day to melted ice cream. Owner was great but I didn’t compare to her at all.

This was our favorite house we have rented in our 6 years of visiting Port A. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Plenty of room for everyone to have space. We loved being by the board walk for easy beach access. The door to the pool has an alarm which made everyone rest easy knowing a little kid can't fall in the pool unknown. HIGHLY recommend this home.

We rented this home for a long weekend for 8 adults and 4 children three years and under. The house was well suited for our needs and thankfully we had the heated pool since the weather was cold, rainy and windy. The pool was used a lot! There was plenty of room indoors for games and activity when it was stormy. We enjoyed the home and will likely rent again during a better beach time of year! This was our second year to stay at Island Oasis. It is perfect for our family of 12 as everyone has their own space. Check in was a little dicey as the code we were given didn't work. The owner gave us a new temporary code that worked and said she would get us a code the next day. We never did hear back from her and the temporary code stopped working. We ended up leaving the pool door unlocked when we left, which wasn't great but better than pushing one of the teens up to the balcony floor to let us in - which we had to do once! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we love being so close to the beach. We would definitely recommend this home!

I’m leaving a review months later because it seems I forgot at the time, but the house in Port Aransas could truly have not been any better. We had a gathering there for Sandfest and my neighbor’s birthday. The house is brand new and so sparkling clean. They had everything one needed for cookwear and all of the amenities for a relaxing stay- games and comfy furniture - sooooo much seating everywhere - it was awesome there was so much lovely natural light in the rooms, but you could also really rest there. The porches were great and the pool was incredible under shade so no sunburns for our neighbors teenager, who basically lived there when not at the beach :). It was quiet while we were there - no partying like mentioned in other reviews. We wouldn’t have cared, but everyone was respectful. Pretty much all the other houses are rentals, so you never know what neighbors will show up, but we had very friendly ones. So close to the beach and just the perfect spot to stay. No complaints and we will be back! Memorable weekend all around. Thanks to our host!

It was just wonderful for our group! Chantel was easy to communicate with and responsive. We truly had a great trip and enjoyed our stay!

House is beautiful and the pictures don’t show how big and well kept it is. One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen. Very clean. Everything is labeled, even light switches, so you know where everything goes. Plenty of hooks for hanging wet stuff (this is great as most places have no where to hang anything!). Plenty of storage for food. There’s soap, travel sized toiletries, and face wipes in all the 6 bathrooms. Plenty of bath and dish towels (no beach or pool towels though). A few pool toys. Many games puzzles, and movies. A smart tv in every room. Two spacious living areas and huge table for 14 in kitchen. The onlynegatives are the pillows are not great (beds are just fine though), and the homes are very close together (a hair’s width apart) so there is no outdoor privacy. The beach is a two minute walk across the pedestrian bridge- very convenient. Note that there is not much at all to do in the immediate area other than hang on the beach- so be aware of that. If you want to simply hang at a great house close to a beach this is a really great house.

Clean and neat. Well organized kitchen. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Easy walking distance to the Gulf. Fairly quiet. Nice patio; heated pool was enjoyed by all.

We gathered for a family reunion and Papa's 75th Birthday get together.
The house is awesome. It is totally worth the cost of having the pool heated if you have kids. I think that was their favorite part of the stay.
