No perdonal comunication, incorrect desciption in site

this is a great property lovely and clean with all necessary and more amenities

Well, it was cheap and the two single beds were vaguely comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. Fifteen minute walk to town centre. And Soria is a wonderful city.

We arrived after a six hour drive, hot and tired. No one to greet us but only telephone instructions to collect the keys from another hostal a kilometre away. We had no map but with the gracious assistance of a passer by, I made my uncertain way to the address, rang the buzzer which opened the door to reveal a set of keys thrown on a table - no communication with anyone. No greetings, no explanations and no request for documents. Walked back, found the room . No information and no way to connect to wifi until a guest gave us the network and password from his phone. Small room, (not like the photos), central light didn't work, bare electrical points which sparked if you didn't connect precisely. Shower was a tight fit and the towels were small and thin. Street parking is difficult as cars are continually circling for an empty space.
